3007, SD40u, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32975, FN 7962-8, as Missouri Pacific 707. It was renumbered 3007 in March 1974 and later as Union Pacific assigned 4007, Class SD40, in July 1985. It was retired on October 9, 1992. It was rebuilt by AMC and rebuilt as HLCX 3007 on March 14, 1994.
3008, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32976, FN 7962-9, as MP 708. It was renumbered 3008 in March 1974 and later as UP assigned 4008, Class SD40, in July 1985. It was retired on June 5, 1991, and sold as Helm Leasing 3008. It was sold as NRE 3008 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on July 25, 1994, as Southern Pacific 8645. It was assigned Union Pacific 4671, Class SD40M-3, and became UP 2721 on May 29, 2004. It was returned as NREX 2721.
3009, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32977, FN 7962-10, as MP 709. It was renumbered 3009 in March 1974 and was assigned UP 4009, Class SD40. It was retired May 18, 1988, and sold as Helm 3009 on June 28, 1988. It was sold as NRE 3009 on March 14, 1989, and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on July 27, 1994, as SP 8646. It was assigned UP 4672 and became UP 2722 on March 14, 2005.
3010, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32978, FN 7962-11, as MP 710. It was renumbered 3010 in March 1974 and was assigned UP 4010, Class SD40, n July 1985. It was retiredon October 9, 1992, and sold to Helm on May 2, 1993. It was overhauled at AMC Montreal as HLCX 3010 on December 16, 1993. It was rebuilt by Boise Locomotive as HLCX 6058, SD40-3, on August 2, 1996.
3015, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31429, FN 7865-16, as UP 3015, Class SD40. It ws retired on October 8, 1992, and sold as HLCX 3015 on May 28, 1993. It was rebuilt by AMF Montreal on September 1993 and sold as I&M Rail Link 207 in April 1997. It was retired at Huron SD on March 12, 2003, and sold for parts to National Railway Equipment in 2008.
3020, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1968, #33741, FN 7057-1, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 620. It became Burlington Northern 3020, Class GP-40, in 1970, and retired in April 1984. It was sold as Helm 3020 and sold as NRE 3020. It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises in June 1994 as Kansas City Southern 4741 and renumbered 2825 in 2006. It was sold as Locomotive Leasing Partners 9902 and sold as Allegheny Valley RR 4004 in 2011.
3022, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31436, FN 7865-23, as Union Pacific 3022, SD40. It was retired on February 9, 1987, and to Helm on January 11, 1988, and sold to NRE on March 14, 1989. It was leased as NREX 3022 and sold to Morrison-Knudsen and assigned as MKCX 9405 in early 1994. It was rebuilt by MK Rail completed as a SD40M-2 as Canadian Pacific 5491.
3065, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1966, #32412, FN 7932-13, as Union Pacific 3060. It was retired on October 8, 1992, and sold to Helm on May 26, 1993. It was rebuilt by AMF on November 25, 1993, as HLCX 3065, and sold as I&M Rail Link 208 in April 1997. It was sold as Iowa Chicago & Eastern 208 in 2002.
3072, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1970, #36168, FN 5759-3, as Illinois Central 3072. It was sold to Helm as 3072 and rebuilt as Amtrak 656. It was later returned to Helm as 656 and later renumbered 4403. It was sold to WATCo as WAMX 4038.
3074, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1967, #33238, FN 7987-25, as New York Central 3074, Class EF-30. It became Penn Central 3074, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Consolidated Railroad Corp 3074, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold as HL 3074 and rebuilt as Union Pacific 872, GP-40, on February 6, 1989. It was returned to Helm and rebuilt by Boise on February 8, 1999, as Union Pacific 2543, Class GP38-3. It was planned as 1043 but returned as HLCX 1043 in 2010.
3077, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1967, #32888, FN 7965-9, as Denver & Rio Grande Western 3077, Class DE B-B 58. It was reclassified as Class EF430D-2 and retired in August 1995. It was sold to Progress Rail Services in August 1995. It was sold to Helm Leasing as HLCX 3077 and renumbered HLCX 806. It was transferred to Helm Atlantic Leasing as HATX 806.
3101, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1967, #33585, FN
7074-4, as Southern
Ry 3108. It was sold to HL as 3101 in October 1987.

3102, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36121. FN 5755-13, as CNO&TP (Southern) 3102. It was retired in August 1987 and sold to HL as 3102 in October 1987.

It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7787, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became Chicago Missouri & Western as 2034 in 1987. It became Gateway Western 2034 and sold as HLCX 2034 in 1995. It was rebuilt as 3606 in sold as Rail Link - Ottawa Valley 2008. It was returned as HLCX 3633.
3607, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35427, FN 7191-124, as PC 7798, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7798, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold to CM&W as 7798 in 1986. It was renumbered 2038 and became GWRR 2038 in January 1990. It became HLC (HLCX) 2038 and rebuilt as HLCX 3607. It was leased as Iowa Northern RR 3607 and returned as HLCX 3607.

3614, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1966, #32665, FN 7946-6, as Maine Central RR 256, Class DRS-4. It was sold as HL 256 and renumbered 3614. It was sold as Missouri & Northern Arkansas RR 5556 and transferred as Salt Lake Southern RR 5556. It was renumbered and transferred as Arizona Eastern Ry 3815 and transferred as Central Oregon & Pacific 3815. It was transferred as Kiamichi RR 3815. It was sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.
3614, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35376, FN 7191-73, as Penn Central 7747, Class EF-20. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7747, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7747 in 1986. It was renumbered 2020 and became Gateway Western 2020 in 1990. It later went to Helm Leasing as 2020 and was rebuilt as 3614. It was sold as Yadkin Valley RR 3614 in 2005 and became Knoxville & Holston River RR 3614 in 2006. It became Carolina Southern RR 4002 in 2008.

It was rebuilt by VMV as New Hampshire & Vermont as 3800. It was returned as HLCX 3619 and then sold to Ottawa Valley Rail Link as 2000.
3622, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1971, #36950, FN 7291-24, as PC 7891, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7891, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as HLCX 3622. It was sold to Watco as WAMX 3809 and returned as HLCX 3809.

3628, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33341, FN 7060-24, as B&O 3823, Class GP-38. It was later 2023 in 1986 and then became CSX 2023, Class GP-38, in 1987. It was retired on December 18, 1996, and sold to Helm as HLCX 117 on February 24, 1997. It was leased as RLOV 2003 in 1997 and transferred as Toledo Peoria & Western 2003 in 1999. It was returned as HLCX 117 and renumbered 3628 in May 2000.

It later became CSX 2588, Class GP38-2, in April 1986. It was sold to Helm as 2588 on April 1, 1993, and rebuilt by AMF in July 1994 as SP 158. It was renumbered 4853 on March 30, 1995, and assigned 1979 in September 1997. It became UP 479 on December 1, 2003, and retired on October 13, 2003. It became HLCX 3843 on February 8, 2005.

It became Seaboard System 4073 in January 1983 and renumbered 2583 in 1984. It then became CSX 2583, Class GP38-2, in April 1986. It was sold to Helm as 2583 and rebuilt AMF on April 4, 1994, as Southern Pacific 153. It was renumbered 4848 on March 30, 1995, and became UP 472, Class GP38-2, on September 30, 2003. It was retired on October 13, 2003, and returned as HLCX 3848.
3854, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72704-29, FN 72704-29 as L&N 4089, Class GP38-2. It became SBD 4089 in January 1983 and renumbered 2599 in 1984. It became CSX 2599, Class GP38-2, in April 1986. It was sold to Helm as HLLX 2599 and rebuilt as SP 4863 and became UP 489, Class GP38-2, on January 17, 1995. It was retired and became HLCX 3854 on January 25, 2006.

It became Union Pacific 2110, Class GP38-2, on October 15, 1990, and retired on May 6, 1994. It became HATX 216 and rebuilt as UP 1846 on November 30, 1996. It was renumbered 346 on June 23, 2003. It was returned as HLCX 346 in 2010 and renumbered HLCX 3864 in 2010.
3867, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1972, #72604-8, FN 72604-8, as L&N 4097, Class GP38-2. It became SBD 4097 in January 1983 and was later renumbered 2606 in 1984. It then became CSX 2606, Class GP38-2, in April 1986. It was sold as Helm 2606 on April 1, 1993, and rebuilt as SP 4870. It became UP 1996 on February 6, 1997, and retired on October 13, 2003. It became HLCX 3867 in 2003.
3875, GP38-3, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32876, FN 7961-1, as Illinois Central 3056. It became Illinois Central Gulf 3056. It was sold as Kansas City Southern 792 in March 1982 and sold to Morrison Knudsen in 1991. It who rebuilt by Motive Power Industries on 1998, as HLCX 3875, GP38-3. It was sold as New Orleans & Gulf Coast 3875.
1st 3876, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32878, FN 7961-3, as IC 3058, GP40. It became ICG 3058. It was sold as KCS 794 in March 1982 and sold to Morrison Knudsen in 1991. It who rebuilt by Motive Power Industries on June 1, 1998, as HLCX 3876, GP38-3. It was sold as NO&CG 3876.
2nd 3876, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1972, #72604-9, FN 72609-9, as L&N 4098, Class GP38-2. It became SBD 4098 in January 1983 and was later renumbered 2607 in 1984. It then became CSX 2607, Class GP38-2, in April 1986. It was sold to Helm as 2607 and rebuilt on February 24, 1995, as SP 4871. It became UP 497 on December 17, 2001, and retired on December 27, 2001. It became HLCX 3876 on January 2, 2002.
3884, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1973, #71702-20, FN 71702-20, as Missouri Pacific 942. It was renumbered 2093 in September 1974 and became Union Pacific 2092, Class GP38-2, on October 18, 1991. It was retired on April 4, 1994, and became HATX 204. It was returned as UP 1834, Class GP38-2, on April 15, 1997, and renumbered 334 on March 30, 2001. It was returned as HLCX 334 and renumbered as 3884 on November 21, 2012.
3950, GP39-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1978, #776116-6, FN 776116-6, as Kennecott Copper Corp 795. It was renumbered 110 in 1987 and returned as 795 in April 1988. It was returned to Helm Leasing in August 1995 and rebuilt as HLCX 3950. It was leased as Union Pacific 2749 on August 25, 1996, and assigned as 1249 in December 1999. Instead it was retired on January 3, 2001. It was sold to Independent Locomotives Service as 1390.
3951, GP39-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1978, #776116-8, FN 776116-8, as KCCX 797. It was renumbered 111 in 1987 and returned as 797 in April 1988. It was returned to Helm in August 1995 and rebuilt as HLCX 3951. It was leased as UP 2750 on September 12, 1996, and assigned as 1250 in December 1999. Instead it was retired on January 3, 2001. It was sold as ILSX 1389.
3952, SD39, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1970, #35821, FN 7219-7, as Southern Pacific 5324, Class EF623-2. It was sold as Copper Basin Ry 304 and sold to Helm as HATX 3952. It was renumbered 353 and leased as Indiana Harbor Belt 3902 in 1996. It was returned to Helm in 2002.
