Electro-Motive GP40 Diesels

749 was built in October 1968, #34613, FN 7154-3, as Penn Central 3172, Class EF-30. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 3172, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and was sold to KCS 749 in January 1984. It was renumbered 4749 in June 1991 and then rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison-Knudsen in December 1991 as KCS 4787.  It was renumbered 2834 in 2005.

750 was built in November 1968, #34614, FN 7145-4, as PC 3173, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3173, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and sold to KCS as 750 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4750 in June 1991 and rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison-Knudsen in December 1991 as 4789.  It was renumbered 2836 in 2005.

751 was built in November 1968, #34615, FN 7145-5, as PC 3174, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3174, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and sold to KCS as 751 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4751 in June 1999 and rebuilt as GP40PH-2 by Morrison Knudsen in May 1993 as New Jersey Transit 4147.

752 was built in November 1968, #34618, FN 7145-8, as PC 3177, Class EF-30. It became Conrail 3177, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and was sold to KCS as 752 in January 1984. It was renumbered 4752 in June 1991 and then rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison-Knudsen on October 4, 1991, as KCS 4780.  It was renumbered 2827 in 2005.

753 was built in November 1968, #34619, FN 7145-9, as PC 3178, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3178, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and was sold to KCS as 753 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4753 in June 1991 and then rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison-Knudsen on December 12, 1991, as KCS 4790.  It was renumbered 2837 in 2005.

754 was built in November 1968, #34621, FN 7145-11, as PC 3180, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3180, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and was sold to KCS as 754 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4754 in June 1991 and rebuilt as GP40WH-2 by Morrison-Knudsen in 1994 as Maryland Area Rail Commuter 55.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries and rebuilt as SunRail 102, MP32PH-Q, in December 2013.

755 was built in November 1968, #34622, FN 7142-12, as PC 3181, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3181, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and was sold to KCS as 766 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4755 in June 1991 and rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison-Knudsen on October 9, 1991, as KCS 4781.  It was renumbered 2828 in 2005.

756 was built in November 1968, #34624, FN 7142-14, as PC 3183, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3183, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and was sold to KCS as 756 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4756 in June 1991 and rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison-Knudsen in December 1991 as KCS 4795.  It was renumbered 2842 in 2005.

757 was built in November 1968, #34626, FN 7145-16, as PC 3185, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3185, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and was sold to KCS as 757 in September 1983.  It was renumbered 4757 in May 1991 and rebuilt as GP40-3 by Morrison Knudsen in December 1991 as 4794.  It was renumbered 2841 in 2005.

758 was built in November 1968, #34627, FN 7145-17, as PC 3186, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3186, Class GP-40, in Apil 1976 and was sold to KCS as 758 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4758 in June 1991 and then rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as GP40-3 as KCS 4788 on Dececember 9, 1991.  It was renumbered 2835 in 2005.

759 was built in November 1968, #34628, FN 7145-18, as PC 3187, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3187, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and was sold to KCS as 759 in January 1984.  It was renumbered 4759 in June 1991 and then rebuilt to Morrison Knudsen as Virginia Railway Express V21, GP40H-2.  It was sold as United States Army 4670 in 2012.

760 was built in September 1968, #34307, FN 7127-26, as PC 3130, Class EF-30  It became Conrail 3130, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and sold as Kansas City Southern 760 in September 1983.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on August 22, 1996 as Dakota Minnesota & Eastern 3831 "City of Cavour", GP38M-3, and sold as Rapid City Pierre & Eastern 2086 in October 2014.

761 was built in September 1968, #34308, FN 7127-27, as PC 3131, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3131, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and sold as KCS 761 in September 1983.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as GP40-3 in December 1991 as KCS 4791.  It was renumbered 2838 in 2005.

771 was built in September 1968, #34323, FN 7127-42, as PC 3146, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3146, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and sold to KCS as 771 in September 1983.  It was rebuilt as GP40WH-2 by Morrison Knudsen in 1994 as Maryland Area Rail Commuter 60.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries and rebuilt as  SunRail 107, MP32PH-Q, in April 2014.

775 was built in September 1968, #34327, FN 7127-46, as PC 3150, Class EF-30.  It became Conrail 3150, Class GP-40, in April 1973 and sold to KCS as 775 in September 1983.  It was rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen as KCS 4783 on October 18, 1991.  It was renumbered 2830 in 2005.

776 was built in September 1968, #34328, FN 7127-47, as PC 3151, Class EF-30. It became Conrail 3151, Class GP-40, in April 1976, and was sold to KCS as 776 in September 1983. It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as GP40-3 in December 1991 as KCS 4792. 

778 was built in February 1967, #32861, FN 5723-2, as Illinois Central 3041. It became Illinois Central Gulf 3041.  It was purchased in April 1982 and numbered 778. It was retired in 1991.

780 was built in February 1967, #32864, FN 5723-5, as IC 3044. It was purchased in April 1982 and numbered 780.

781 was built in February 1967, #32865, FN 5723-6, as IC 3045. It later became ICG 3045. It was sold to KCS as 781 in April 1982. In 1991 it was traded to Morrison Knudsen who rebuilt it as GP38-3 in 1996 and sold it to  Dakota Minnesota & Eastern as 3830 "City of Meridian" in September 1996. It was wrecked in May 1999 and rebuilt by Boise Locomotive in October 1999.

785 was built in February 1967, #32869, FN 7959-1, as IC 3049. It was purchased in April 1982 and numbered 785. It was retired in 1991 and rebuilt at AMF in 1997 as a GP38-3 Roberval & Sageuenay 63.

789 was built in February 1967, #32873, FN 7960-2, as IC 3053.  It was sold as KCS 789 in March 1982 and traded to Morrison Knudsen who rebuilt it as GP38-3.  It was sold as DM&E 3832 "City of Hermosa" in September 1996 and became Rapid City Pierre & Eastern 2087 in October 2014.

790 was built in February 1967, #32874, FN 7960-3, as IC 3054.  It was sold as KCS 790 in March 1982 and wrecked on November 2, 1983.  It was sold to Morrison Knudsen and rebuilt as Maryland Area Regional Commuter 64 in 1994.  It was sold to MPI and rebuilt as SunRail 101 in September 2013.

791 was built in February 1967, #32875, FN 7960-4, as IC 3055.  It was sold as KCS 791 in March 1982 and sold to Morrison Knudsen.  It was rebuilt as GP40WH-2 as MARC 65 in 1994.  It was sold to MPI and rebuilt as SunRail 104 in April 2014.

792 was built in March 1967, #32876, FN 7961-1, as IC 3056. It became ICG 3056.  It was sold as KCS 792 in March 1982 and sold to Morrison Knudsen in 1991.  It who rebuilt by Motive Power Industries on  1998, as Helm Leasing Corp HLCX 3875, GP38-3.  It was sold as New Orleans & Gulf Coast 3875.

794 was built in March 1967, #32878, FN 7961-3, as IC 3058. It became ICG 3058.  It was sold as KCS 794 in March 1982 and sold to Morrison Knudsen in 1991.  It who rebuilt by Motive Power Industries on June 1, 1998, as HLCX 3876, GP38-3.  It was sold as NO&CG 3876.

3150 was built in August 1970, #36786, FN 7272-4, as Western Pacific 3525, Class RS-68.  It was assigned Union Pacific as 674, Class GP-40, and retired on August 20, 1985.  It was returned to Helm and in April 1987 it became Chicago Missouri & Western 3008.  It became Gateway Western  3008 in January 1990.  It was sold as KCS 3150 and renumbered 2700.  It was sold to Utah RR 2700 and renumbered 3002.

3152 was built in September 1971, #37848, FN 7332-11, as WP 3537, Class RS-68. It was assigned UP 685, Class GP-40, but was retired on September 1986 and returned to GATX. It went to CM&W as 3020 in April 1987 and became GW 3020 in 1990.  It became KCS 3152.
