1503, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1973, #72649-3, FN 72649-3, as P&LE 1538, Class ES-15. It was sold as CM&W 1538 and renumbered 1503. It became GWWR 1503 in 1990 and sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 1503.

It later went to Helm Leasing as 2020 and was rebuilt as 3614. It was sold as Yadkin Valley RR 3614 in 2005 and became Knoxville & Holston River RR 3614 in 2006. It became Carolina Southern RR 4002 in 2008.
2021, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35379, FN 7191-76, as PC 7750, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7750, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7750 in 1986. It was renumbered 2021 and became GWWR 2021 in 1990. It later went to Helm as 2021 and was rebuilt as 3610.
2022, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35390, FN 7191-87, as PC 7761, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7761, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7761 in 1986. It was renumbered 2022 and became GWWR 2022 in 1990. It later went to Helm as 2022 and was rebuilt as 3615. It was sold as Yadkin Valley RR 3615 in 2005 and assigned as Conecuh Valley RR 3615. It was renumbered 2022 in April 2013.

It was renumbered 2023 and became GWWR 2023 in 1990. It later went to Helm as 2023 and was rebuilt as 3611. It went later to Rail Link - Ottawa Valley as 2009,

It became GWWR 2025 in January 1990 and rebuilt by VMV Enterprises as Kansas City Southern 2002 in 1998, GP38-3. It was renumbered 2005 and became GWWR 4098. It was retired in 2008 and rebuilt by Motive Power as Kansas City Southern de Mexico 401, a GPTEB-C slug in January 2010.

It was sold to Progress Rail as RMGX 9706 and sold as Georgia Northeastern RR 9706.
2028, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1969, #35403, FN 7191-100, as PC 7774, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7774, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold to CM&W 7774 in 1986. It was renumbered 2028 and became GWWR 2028 in January 1990. It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment in 1999 as KCS 2002 and rebuilt by Motive Power as KCSM 400, a GPTEB-C slug in December 2009.
2029, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1969, #35406, FN 7191-103, as PC 7777, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7777, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold to CM&W as 2029 in 1986. It became GWWR 2029 in January 1990 and became Gateway Eastern Ry 2000 in 1993.
2032, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35415, FN 7191-112, as PC 7786, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7786, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as CM&W 7786 in 1986. It was renumbered 2032 in 1987 and became GWWR 2032 in January 1990. It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises as 2101 and became KCS 2003.

It became GWWR 2034 and sold as HLCX 2034 in 1995. It was rebuilt as 3606 in sold as RL-OV 2009. It was returned as HLCX 3633. It was sold as WAMX 3817.
2035, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35418, FN 7191-115, as PC 7789, Class EP-20, GP38. It became Conrail 7786, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became assigned as CM&W as 2035 in 1987 but became National Helm as 7786 in September 28, 1989. It became Union Pacific as 1974 in September 28, 1989, and was returned back to Helm as 3613 as March 28, 1994. It was then rebuilt as GP38-3 as UP 2415 in September 10, 1997, and renumbered as 915 on July 11, 2003.
2037, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35426, FN 7191-123, as PC 7797, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7797, Class GP-30, in April 1976, and was sold to CM&W as 7767 in 1986. It was renumbered 2037 and became GWWR 2037.
2038, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35427, FN 7191-124, as PC 7798, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7798, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold to CM&W as 7798 in 1986. It was renumbered 2038 and became GWWR 2038 in January 1990. It became HLC (HLCX) 2038 and rebuilt as HLCX 3607. It was leased as Iowa Northern RR 3607 and returned as HLCX 3607.

It became Kansas City Southern 2006 in 2007 and sold to Independent Locomotive Service as ILSX 1348 in 2009. It was sold as Ellis & Eastern 47 in January 2010.

2045, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35439, FN 7191-136, as PC 7810, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7810, Class GP-38, in April 1976. It became CMNW 7810 in 1986 and was renumbered 2045 in 1987. It was returned to as HLCX 3609 and leased to IANR 3609.
2047, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1969, #35452, FN 7202-9, as PC 7823, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7823, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as CM&W 7823 in 1987. It was renumbered 2047 and became GWWR 2047. It was sold as Chicago Central & Pacific 2009 in 1985 and sold to Railcar Limited as RGMX 2009. It was sold as Toledo Peoria & Western 3821.
3001, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1970, #36825, FN 7272-2, as Western Pacific 3518, Class RS-69. It was assigned Union Pacific 667 and retired on August 20, 1985. It was returned to Helm Financial Corp, and in April 1987 it became CM&W 3001. It became GWWR in January 1990. It was sold to Morrison Knudsen in July 1990 and rebuilt as St Louis Southwestern 7277, GP40M-2, on November 12, 1990. It became UP 1494, Class GP40M-2, on October 17, 2005. It was reclassified as GP40N in August 2019.
3002, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1970, #36826, FN 7272-3, as WP 3519, Class RS-68. It was assigned UP as 668 and retired on August 31, 1985. It was returned to Helm Financial Corp, and in April 1987 it became CM&W 3002. It became GWWR 3002 in January 1990. It was sold to Wilson Ry Corp in September 1990 and then to Wisconsin Central Ltd as 3002 in December 1990.
3003, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1970, #36827, FN 7272-4, as WP 3520, Class RS-68. It was assigned UP as 669 and retired on August 31, 1985. It was returned to Helm Financial Corp, and in April 1987 it became CM&W 3003. It became GWWR 3003 in January 1990. It was sold to Wilson Ry Corp in September 1990 and then to WCLtd as 3003 in December 1990. It was retired on December 17, 2006, and sold.

It was returned to Helm and in April 1987 it became CM&W as 3017. It became GW 3017 in January 1990 and sold to Wilson in September 1990. It was sold to WCLtd as 3017 in November 1990.
3019, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1971, #37847, FN 7332-10, as WP 3536, Class RS-68. It became UP 684, Class GP40, in August 1985 and retired on September 30, 1986.
