The M&NA operates between Kansas City and Diaz, AR, over former Missouri Pacific trackage.

8, SW1200R, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1942, #2352, FN E586-2, as Phelps-Dodge Corp 8, NW2.  It was rebuilt by Electro-Motive as SW1200R.  It was sold to RailTex as Austin & NorthWestern RR 8 and transferred as M&NA 8.  It was transferred as South Carolina Central RR 8

75, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1964, #29244, FN 4463-6, as Kansas City Terminal Ry 75, Class 70.  It was sold as M&NA 75 and renumbered 751.

483, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1960, #26058, FN 5624-14, as Union Pacific 713, Class GP20. It was renumbered 483 in December 1963 and wrecked in July 1978. After stripping of parts, it was sold to Bargains Galore in April 1979. They sold it directly to Diesel Electric Service who sold it to Nebraska Western Technical College as 483. It was then sold to Weber Industries and renumbered 438. On February 8, 1989, it was sold to Wilson Railway Co who sold it as San Diego & Imperial Valley 1438. In May 1993 it was sold to M&NA as 483.

505, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34082, FN 7102-6, as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 199.  It became Union Pacific 505 on June 9, 1989, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to RailTex as MNA 505 in October 1952 and was transferred as Indiana & Ohio RR 4008. 

 

508, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34085, FN 7102-9, as MKT 202. It became UP 508 on June 9, 1988, and retired on October 9, 1992. It was sold to Railtex as MNA 508 and was transferred to Dallas Garland & NorthEastern as 508 in March 1996. It was renumbered 4025 in March 1999.

510, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34087, FN 7102-11, as MKT 204.  It became UP 510 on August 4, 1989, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to Railtex  as M&NA 510 and wrecked on January 3, 1993.  It was sold for scrap to Erman Corp.

512, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34089, FN 7102-13, as MKT 206. It became UP 512 on October 10, 1990, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to Railtex as M&NA 512 in December 1992. It later became Virginia Southern as 512 and later Godrich-Exeter RR 4046.

515, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34092, FN 7102-16, as MKT 209.  It became UP 515, Class GP40, on June 6, 1989, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to Railtex as M&NA 515 in December 1992.  It became IORY 4011.

645, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1970, #36400, FN 7263-15, as CRI&P 4714. It became UP 645 on April 4, 1980, and later MP 645 on February 20, 1985, and back to UP 645 on January 25, 1990. It was retired on October 23, 1991, and sold to National Railway Equipment Co on March 17, 1993. It was sold to M&NA 645 and renumbered 4045.

1000, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1959, #25388, FN 5602-B1, as Union Pacific 400B, SD24B. It was rebuilt at Paducah in August 1979 as Illinois Central Gulf 2000 and sold to RailTex in 1994 as M&NA 1000. It was rebuilt at VMV as rebuilt in DGNO in September 1998 and was renumbered 2000 in October 2001.   It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co in March 2010, #5602-B1, a 3GS21C.

1001, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1959, #25397, FN 5602-B10, as Union Pacific 409B, SD24B. It was rebuilt at Paducah in September 1979 as ICG 2001 and sold to RailTex in 1995 as M&NA 1001. In October 1995 it was transferred to DGNO and relettered the following year. It was rebuilt at VMV in September 1998 as 1800 HP and renumbered in May 1999 as 2001.  It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co in April 2010, #5602-B10, a 3GS21C.

1011, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive  in August 1959, #25373, FN 5602A-16, as UP 415, SD24.  It was rebuilt at Paducah in March 1980 as ICG 2011.  It was sold as NRE 2011 on March 13, 1995, and sold to RailTex as M&NA 1011.  It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co in May 2010, #5402-A16, as 3GS21C, as DGNO 2002.

2167, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1952, #17011, FN 5170-12, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2784, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in August 1979 as 2167, Class 2050. In August 1990 it was sold to Railtex as North East Kansas & Missouri 2167 "Spirit of Hiawatha" and transferred to the M&NA as 2167 in October 1991.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment as NREX 2167 and sold to Motive Power Resources Inc as MVPX 2167. It was sold as Grafton & Upton 2167 and rebuilt as 1800 in December 2013.

2210, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1952, #15798, FN 5110-1, as AT&SF 2698, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in October 1980 as 2210, Class 2050. It February 1990 it was sold to Railtex as NEK&M 2210 and later transferred to M&NA as 2210.  It was sold as NREX 2210 and sold as MVPX 2210.  It was sold as G&U 2210 and renumbered 1801 in December 2013..

2728, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1968, #33854, FN 7993-51, as Pennsylvania RR 6230, Class EF-36.  It became Penn Central 6230, Class EF-36, in 1968 and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 6230, Class SD-45, in April 1976.  It was sold as Chicago & North Western 6553 on October 19, 1983, and retired on October 10, 1989.  It was rebuilt by MK Rail as Southern Pacific 8652 on September 21, 1994.  It was assigned UP 4678, Class SD40M-2, in September 1997 and became UP 2728 on May 16, 2005.  It was sold as M&NA 2728 in 2011.

2778, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1959, #34573, FN 7145-4, as C&NW 940, SD45.  It was retired on November 19, 1987, and sold to VMV Enterprises in October 1989.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as SP 8702 on October 22, 1994, and assigned as UP 4728, Class SD40M-2 in December 1999.  It became UP 2778 on May 12, 2003, and retired on October 12, 2010.  It was sold to Citicorp and then to US Bank Equipment Finance.  It was sold to M&NA 2778 in October 2012.

3075, GP40u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34823, FN 7158-1, as Baltimore & Ohio 3700, Class GP-40.  It was leased as 9700 between February 1981 and April 1981.  It was returned to General American Transportation Co on May 17, 1984, as 3700.  It was rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as BN 3075, Class GP-40G, on June 1, 1989.  It was retired on February 28, 1992, as GATX 3075.  It was leased to M&NA as 3075  in May 1993 and then to DGNO as 3075 in September 1993.  It was transferred as CORP 3075 in December 1994 and as New England Central as 3075 in March 1996.  It was renumbered 4030 in 1998.

3077, GP40u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34838, FN 7158-16, as B&O 3713, Class GP-40.  It was retired and became GATX 3713 on May 17, 1984.  It was rebuilt at Livington Rebuild Center as BN 3077, Class GP-40G, on May 13, 1988, and returned as GATX 3077 on February 28, 1992.  It was leased as M&NA 3077 in December 1992 and transferred as DGNO 3077 in September 1993.  It was transferred as CORP 3077 in August 1995 and transferred and renumbered as Godrich-Exeter RR 4022 in November 1998.  It was transferred as Cape Breton & Central Nova Scotia 4022 in June 1999.

3078, GP40u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34837, FN 7158-15, as B&O 3714, Class GP-40. It was returned to GATX on May 17, 1984, as 3714. It was rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as BN 3078, Class GP-40G, on May 3, 1989. It was retired on February 28, 1992, and became GATX 3078 on June 1, 1992. It was leased to M&NA as 3078 in December 1992 and then to NEC as 3078 in January 1995. It was renumbered 4047 in July 1999 and retired in October 2011.  It was rebuilt at Juniata by Railpower in March 2013, #RP178-004, as Dallas Garland & NorthEastern 145, RP20BD.

3084, GP40u, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1969, #34862, FN 7158-40, as B&O 3739, Class GP-40.  It was wrecked in 1976 and restored.  It was leased as 9739 on August 13, 1979, until January 1980.  It was returned as GATX 3739 on May 17, 1984, and rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as BN 3084, Class GP40G, in April 1989.  It was retired on February 28, 1992, and returned to GATX on June 1, 1992.  It was leased to M&NA as 3084 in December 1992 and transferred as Salt Lake City Southern 3084 in 1995.  It was transferred as Central Oregon & Pacific 3084 and renumbered 4024 in 1998.

3392, SD40M-2, was built by Electr-Motive in March 1968, #33760, FN 7085-4, as Denver & Rio Grande Western 5328, Class DE C-C 98.  It was reclassified as Class EF636D-2 and sold to National Railway Equipment Co in July 1997 and sold to CIT Financial Corp.  It was rebuilt as UP 4741, Class SD40M-2, on February 16, 1999, and renumbered 2791 on April 15, 2002.  It was retired on April 15, 2003, and returned as CIT, as CEFX 2791.  It was sold as M&NA 2791 and renumbered 3392.  It was relettered as Kiamichi RR 3392 in July 2017.

3898, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #36994, FN 7299-2, as Penn Central 7605, Class EF-20.  It later became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7905, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became CSX Transportation 1980, Class GP-38, in 1999.  It was sold to General American Transportation C as GMTX 2656 and sold as M&NA 3898.  It was transferred as Chicago Fort Wayne & Eastern 2099,

4003, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34081, FN 7102-5, as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 198. It became Union Pacific  504 on July 27, 1990, and retired on October 9, 1992. It was sold to RailTex as M&NA  504 in October 1992.  It collided with Branson Scenic RR 83 and rebuilt as 4003 in 1998.

4004, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34084, FN 7102-8, as MKT 201. It became UP 507 on November 10, 1989, and retired on October 9, 1992. It was sold as MNA as 507 in June 1993 and renumbered 4004.

4006, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34080, FN 7102-4, as MKT 197.  It became UP 503 on June 2, 1990, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to RailTex as MNA 503 in October 1992 and renumbered 4006.

4007, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968,  #34079, FN 7102-3, as MKT 196.  It became UP 502 on July 18, 1990, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to RailTex as M&NA 502 in October 1992 and renumbered 4007.

4009, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34086, FN 7102-10, as MKT 203.  It became UP 509 on November 13, 1989, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to Railtex as MNA 509 and renumbered 4009 in 1999.

4010, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34088, FN 7102-12, as MKT 205  It became UP 511 on January 18, 1990, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to Railtex as M&NA 511 in December 1992 and later renumbered 4010.

4012, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1970, #36397, FN 7263-12, as Chicago Rock Island & Pacific 4711. It was assigned as UP 642 and became Missouri Pacific 642 on June 5, 1985, and stored as UP 642 in March 1990.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co on March 17, 1993, and sold as M&NA 642.  It was renumbered 4012.

4013, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36387, FN 7263-2, as CRI&P 4701. It became UP 632 in April 2, 1980, and later MP 632 on July 26, 1985. It was retired May 29, 1992, and became National Railway Equipment in March 17, 1993. It later became M&NA 632 and later renumbered 4013,

4014, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36391, FN 7263-6, as CRI&P 4705. It became UP 636 on April 3, 1980, and was sold to NRE on March 17, 1993. They sold it to M&NA as 636 and renumbered 4014.

4015, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1970, #36395, FN 7263-10, as CRI&P 4709.  It became UP 640 on April 23, 1980, and retired on October 23. 1991.  It was sold to NRE on 17 March 1993 and sold to Railtex as MN&A 640.  It was renumbered 4015.

4021, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34827, FN 7158-5, as Baltimore & Ohio 3704, Class GP-40.  It was renumbered 9704 in March 1984 and returned as 3704 in March 1984.  It was returned as General American Transportation Co 3704 on May 17, 1984 and rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as Burlington Northern 3076, Class GP-40G, on May 26, 1989.  It was retired on February 28, 1992, and returned to GATX on June 4, 1992.  It was leased as M&NA 3076 in May 1993 and assigned as Indiana Southern RR 3076 in June 1993.  It was returned to GATX in August 1994 and leased as Central Oregon & Pacific 3076 in 1995.  It was renumbered 4021 in August 1998 and transferred as M&NA 4021 in February 2002.  It was transferred as Otter Tail Valley RR 4201.

4022, GP40u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34838, FN 7158-16, as B&O 3713, Class GP-40.  It was retired and became GATX 3713 on May 17, 1984.  It was rebuilt at Livington Rebuild Center as BN 3077, Class GP-40G, on May 13, 1988, and returned as GATX 3077 on February 28, 1992.  It was leased as M&NA 3072 in December 1992 and transferred as Dallas Garland & NorthEastern 3072 in September 1993.  It was transferred as CORP 3077 in August 1995 and transferred and renumbered as Godrich-Exeter RR 4022 in November 1998.  It was transferred as Cape Breton & Central Nova Scotia 4022 in June 1999 and renumbered 3022 in April 2013.

4030, GP40u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34823, FN 7158-1, as B&O 3700, Class GP-40.  It was leased as 9700 between February 1981 and April 1981.  It was returned to GATX on May 17, 1984, as 3700.  It was rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as BN 3075, Class GP-40G, on June 1, 1989.  It was retired on February 28, 1992, as GATX 3075.  It was leased to M&NA as 3075  in May 1993 and then to DGNO as 3075 in September 1993.  It was transferred as CORP 3075 in December 1994 and as New England Central as 3075 in March 1996.  It was renumbered 4030 in 1998.

4044, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1968, #34078, FN 7102-2, as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 195  It became Union Pacific 501 on August 19, 1990, and retired on October 9, 1992.  It was sold to RailTex as M&NA as 501 in October 1992 and renumbered 4044 in 1999.

4045, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1970, #36400, FN 7263-15, as CRI&P 4714. It became UP 645 on April 4, 1980, and later MP 645 on February 20, 1985, and back to UP 645 on January 25, 1990. It was retired on October 23, 1991, and sold to National Railway Equipment Co on March 17, 1993. It was sold to M&NA 645 and renumbered 4045.

4047, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1969, #34837, FN 7158-15, as B&O 3714, Class GP-40. It was returned to GATX on May 17, 1984, as 3714. It was rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as BN 3078, Class GP-40G, on May 3, 1989. It was retired on February 28, 1992, and became GATX 3078 on June 1, 1992. It was leased to M&NA as 3078 in December 1992 and then to NEC as 3078 in January 1995. It was renumbered 4047 in July 1999 and retired in October 2011.  It was rebuilt at Juniata by Railpower in March 2013, #RP178-004, as Dallas Garland & NorthEastern 145, RP20BD.

4080, SD40-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1975, #75604-1, FN 75604-1, as Soo Line 787.  It became Canadian Pacific 787 in July 1990 and sold to Uni-Capital in 1999.  It was sold as M&NA 4080 on January 5, 2000.

4081, SD40-2, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1975, #74690-25, FN 74690-25, as Missouri Pacific 3188.  It became Union Pacific 4188 on February 2, 1988, and retired on April 19, 1990;  It was sold as GATX 2006 on December 9, 1990, and then as Canadian Pacific  5428 on October 5, 1994.  It was then sold to Helm Leasing on September 23, 1999, and resold as M&NA 4081 in November 1999.

4163, slug, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1955, #20519, FN 5398-5, as Denver & Rio Grande Western 5911, Class DE B-B 61, a GP9.  It was retired on April 25, 1984, and sold to Mid America Car in June 1984.  It was leased as Kyle RR 5911 in July 1984 and resold to Railtex in December 1986.  It became Austin & Northwestern 33 in March 1987 and later rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co to M&NA 4163, a slug.  It was sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

4164, slug, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1956, #22077, FN 5469-10, as D&RGW 5952, Class DE B-B 61, a GP9.  It was retired on April 10, 1984, and sold to Mid America Car in June 1984.  It was was leased as Kyle 5952 in July 1984 and resold to Railtex in December 1986.  It became A&NW 11 in January 1987 and rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co to M&NA 4164, a slug.  It was sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

4211, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1967, #32620, FN 7944-12, as Seaboard Air Line RR 641.  In July 1967 it became Seaboard Coast Line 1556 and later Seaboard System 1556.  It was later renumbered 6711 and then became CSX Transportation 6711, Class GP-40.  It was sold as M&NA 4211 and rebuilt as Chesapeake & Albemarle 3841, a GP38M. It was transferred as Virginia Southern RR 3841 and sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

4217, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1967, #32960, FN 7944-18, as SAL 647.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1562 and later SBD 1562.  It was later renumbered 6717 and then became CSX 6717, Class GP-40.  It was sold as M&NA 4217 and rebuilt as CA 3842, a GP38M. It was transferred as VSO 3842 and sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

5556, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1966, #32665, FN 7946-6, as Maine Central RR 256, Class DRS-4.  It was sold as Helm Leasing Corp 256 and renumbered 3614.  It was sold as M&NA 5556 and transferred as Salt Lake Southern RR 5556.  It was renumbered and transferred as Arizona Eastern Ry 3815 and transferred as Central Oregon & Pacific 3815.  It was transferred as Kiamichi RR 3815.  It was sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

6527, GP35, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1963, #28469, FN 7695-8, as Southern Pacific 7415, Class DF-623. It was renumbered 6527, Class EF425-1, in 1966 and later sold to Purdy Co. They leased it to Pabco Gypsum Co as 2117 but it was never delivered. It was then sold to M&NA as 6527. In 1999 it was sold to Paducah & Louisville who rebuilt it as 2118.
