Electro-Motive GP40 Diesels

6646 was built in May 1967, #33099, FN 7990-3, as Atlanta & West Point 726.  It became SBD 726 in January 1983 and renumbered 6646 in 1984.  It became later CSX Transportation as 6646, Class GP-40, in April 1986.

6647  was built in July 1968, #33882, FN 7093-2, as AW&P 727.  It became SBD 727 in January 1983 and renumbered 6647 in 1984.  It became later CSX 6647, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold to Progress Rail.

6649 was built in February 1969, #34751, FN 7153-4, as AW&P 729. It became SBD 729 in January 1983 and renumbered 6649 in 1984.  It became CSX 6649, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was rebuilt by Boise as GP38-3 in January 26, 1998, as Union Pacific 2523 and renumbered as 1023 on October 14, 2003.

6650 was built in May 1970, #36171, FN 7250-4, as AW&P 730.  It became SBD 730 in January 1983 and renumbered 6650 in 1984.  It became CSX 6650, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as Helm Atlantic Leasing Co 404.

6651 was built in May 1970, #36172, FN 7250-5, as AW&P 731.  It became SBD 731 in January 1983 and renumbered 6651 in 1984  It became CSX 6651, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and scrapped at Waycross, GA.

6653 was built in May 1967, #33100, FN 5728-1, as Georgia RR 751.  It became SBD 751 in January 1983 and renumbered 6653 in 1984.  It later became CSX 6653, Class GP-40, in April 1986.

6656 was built in July 1968, #33884, FN 7093-4, as Georgia RR 754.  It became SBD 754 in January 1983 and renumberd 6656 in 1984.  It was later became CSX 6656, Class GP40.  It was sold to Morrison Knudsen.

6659 was built in December 1966, #32352, FN 7929-3, as Atlantic Coast Line 917. It became Seaboard Coast Line 1502 in July 1967 and then SBD 1502 in January 1983. It was renumbered 6659 in 1984.  It then became CSX 6659, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold to Helm Atlanta Leasing Co as 405. It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment by SD39M-2 as Ferrocarril del Pacifico SA D2302.

6660 was built in December 1966, #32353, FN 7929-4, as ACL 918.  It became SCL 1503 in July 1967 and then SBD 1503 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6660 in 1984 and became CSX 6660, Class GP-40, in April 1986.

6661 was built in December 1966, #32354, FN 7929-5, as ACL 919.  It became SCL 1504 in July 1967 and then SBD 1504 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6661 in 1984.  It then became CSX 6661, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and rebuilt at Boise on February 28, 1997, as Union Pacific 2505, GP38-3, and renumbered 1005 on March 7, 2003.  It was retired on November 26, 2007, and sent to Helm Leasing as HLCX 1005.  It was sold as Nebraska Central 1005.

6663 was built in December 1966, #32356, FN 7929-7, as ACL 921.  It became SCL 1506 in July 1967 and SBD 1506 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6663 in 1984 and became CSX 6663, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as Idaho Northern & Pacific 4500 in 2004 and sold as Pacific Imperial RR 4500 in July 2014.  It was lettered STBX temporarily for transit.

6667 was built in December 1966, #32360, FN 7929-11, as ACL 925.  It became SCL 1510 in July 1967 and then SBD 1510 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6667 in 1984.  It became CSX 6667, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold to Helm as HLCX 4000.  It was sold to Progress Rail as PRLX 4000 in 2008.

6668 was built in December 1966, #32361, FN 7629-12, as ACL 926.  It became SCL 1511 in July 1967 and SBD 1511 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6668 in 1984 and became CSX 6668, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as I&NP 4501 in 2004 and sold as PIRR 4501 in July 2013.  It was lettered STBX temporarily for transit.

6669 was built in December 1966, #32362, FN 7929-13, as ACL 927.  It became SCL 1512 in July 1967 and then SBD 1512 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6669 in 1984.  It became CSX 6669, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold as VMV Enterprises as 6669.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on June 14, 1991, as Virginia Railway Express V01.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries as MPEX 101 in 2011 and sold as Bay Line RR 2318 in 2012

6671 was built in December 1966, #32364, FN 5717-1, by ACL 929.  It was merged as SCL 1514 in July 1967 and then SBD 1514 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6671 in 1984.  It then became CSX 6671, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and later sold as Mississippi Export RR 95.

6672 was built in May 1966, #31767, FN 7885-1, as Seaboard Air Line RR 600. In July 1967 it became SCL 1515 and later SBD 1515 in January 1983. It was later renumbered 6672 in 1984 and then became CSX 6672, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was sold to VMV Enterprises as 6672 and then was rebuilt as Union Pacific 859.

6679 was built in May 1966, #31775, FN 7885-9, as SAL 608.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1523 and SBD 1523 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6679 in 1984 and became CSX 6679, Class GP-40, in April 1976.  It was sold to and rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen in 1994 as Maryland Mass Transit Administration 62.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries and rebuilt as SunRail 106, MP32PH-Q, in April 2014.

6680 was built in May 1966, #31776, FN 7885-10, as SAL 609.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1524 and later SBD 1524 in January 1983.  It was later renumbered 6680 in 1984 and then became CSX 6680, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was renumbered 9727,  Class MOW, and rebuilt as 9119, Class RCPHE4.  It was rebuilt as 2374, Class Road Slug, in 2008.

6682 was built in May 1966, #31778, FN 7885-12, as SAL 611.  It became SCL 1526 in July 1967 and SBD 1526 in January  1983.  It was renumber 6682 in 1984 and became CSX 6682, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold to and rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen in 1994 as MARC 63.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries and rebuilt as SunRail 105, MP32PH-Q, in April 2014.

6689 was built in May 1966, #31787, FN 7885-1, as SAL 618. GP40.  It became SCL 1535 in July 1967 and became SBD 1535 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6689 in 1984 and became CSX 6689, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on April 16, 1991, as  Southern Pacific 7113.  It was assigned Union Pacific 5383 in 1997 and became UP 1483 in January 13, 2002.

6690 was built in June 1966, #31788, FN 7897-4, as SAL 619.  It became SCL 1534 in July 1967 and became SBD 1534 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6690 in 1984 and became CSX 6690, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen to GP40M-2, as St Louis South-Western 7289 on January 18, 1991.  It was assigned UP 5424, Class GP40M-2, in September 1997 and became UP 1524 on August 30, 2001.

6692 was built in July 1966, #31790, FN 7897-6, as SAL 621.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1536 and later SBD 1536 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6692 in 1984 and then became CSX 6692, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as VMV 6692 and rebuilt as United States Army 4631.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as 4631 and sold as Fort Worth & Western 2020 "Wyatt Earp" in December 2011.

6697 was built in July 1966, #31795, FN 7897-11, as SAL 626.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1541 and later SBD 1541 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6697 in 1984 and then became CSX 6697, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt at Boise on February 26, 1997, as Union Pacific 2506, GP38-3, and renumbered 1000 on June 3, 2003.  It was returned as Helm Leasing Corp HLCX 1000 on November 26, 1947.

6705 was built in January 1967, #32618, FN 7944-6, as SAL 635.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1550 and later SBD 1550 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6705 in 1984 and then became CSX 6705, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt as 9731, Class MOW, and retired.

6711 was built in January 1967, #32620, FN 7944-12, as SAL 641.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1556 and later SBD 1556 in January 1983.  It was later renumbered 6711 in 1984 and then became CSX 6711, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as Missouri & North Arkansas 4211 and rebuilt as Chesapeake & Albemarle 3841, a GP38M. It was transferred as Virginia Southern RR 3841 and sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

6714 was built in January 1967, #32623, FN 7944-15, as SAL 644.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1559 and became SBD 1559 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6714 in 1984 and became CSX 6714, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was retired.

6717 was built in February 1967, #32960, FN 7944-18, as SAL 647.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1562 and later SBD 1562 in January 1983.  It was later renumbered 6717 in 1984 and then became CSX 6717, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as M&NA 4217 and rebuilt as CA 3842, a GP38M. It was transferred as VSO 3842 and sold to Bro-Tex International Metals in October 2011.

6720 was built in February 1967, #32963, FN 7944-21, as SAL 650.  In July 1967 it became SCL 1565 and later SBD 1565 in January 1983.  It was later renumbered 6720 in 1984 and then became CSX 6720, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as HATX 803 and Webb Asset Management Co 4047.

6721 was built in December 1969, #35079, FN 7183-1, as SCL 1566.  It became SBD 1566 in January 1983 and renumbered 6721 in 1984.  It became CSX 6721, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was retired

6722 was built in December 1969, #35080, FN 7183-2, as SCL 1567.  It became SBD 1567 in January 1983 and renumbered 6722 in 1984.  It became CSX 6722, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on May 17, 1991, as Southern Pacific 7115.  It became Union Pacific 1485 on December 13, 2001.

6723 was built in December 1969, #35081, FN 7183-3, as SCL 1568.  It became SBD 1568 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6723 in 1984 and then became CSX 6723, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Precision National as 2207, Class Road Slug, in January 1989.

6726 was built in December 1969, #35084, FN 7183-6, as SCL 1613. It became SBD 1613 in January 1983.  It was renumbered SBD 6726 in 1984, and then CSX 6726, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was sold as Georgetown RR 9403 and resold as Providence & Worcester 3003.  It was sold as Luzerne & Susquehanna 3003 in 2010 and became Lehigh Ry 3003 in 2011.

6727 was built in December 1969, #35085, FN 7183-7, as SCL 1572.  It became SBD 1572 in January 1983 and renumbered 6727 in 1984.  It became CSX 6727, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold as Idaho Northern & Pacific 4503 in 1994.

6728 was built in January 1970, #35086, FN 7183-8, as SCL 1573.  It became SBD 1573 in January 1983 and renumbered 6728 in 1984.  It became CSX 6728, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by AMF in March 1994 as Kansas City Southern 4753 and renumbered 2844 in 2005.

6731 was built in January 1970, #35089, FN 7183-11, as SCL 1576. It became SBD 1576 in January 1983 and renumbered 6731 in 1984.  It became CSX 6731, Class GP-40 in April 1986. It was rebuilt by AMF in May 27, 1994, as KCS 4759 and renumbered 2856 in 2005.

6739 was built in January 1970, #35097, FN 7183-19, as SCL 1584.  It became SBD 1584 in January 1983 and renumbered 6739 in 1984.  It became CSX 6739, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and rebuilt as 9715, Class MOW.  It was rebuilt as 2385, Class Road Slug, in 2008.

6741 was built in January 1970, #35099, FN 7183-21, as SCL 1586.  It became SBD 1586 in January 1983 and renumbered 6741 in 1984.  It became CSX 6741, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and rebuilt at Boise in March 1998 as Texas-Mexican Ry 1170.  It was returned as First Union Rail 1170.

6742 was built in January 1970, #35100, FN 7183-22, as SCL 1587. It became SBD 1587 in January 1983  and renumbered 6742 in 1984.  It became CSX 6742, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold to RailTex as Indiana & Ohio  6742 in 1997 and renumbered 4033 in 1999.

6743 was built in January 1970, #35101, FN 7183-23, as SCL 1588.  It became SBD 1588 in January 1983 and renumbered 6743 in 1984.  It became CSX 6743, Class GP-40, in April 1986. .  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen to GP40M-2 as St Louis South-Western 7288 on December 28, 1990.  It was assigned Union Pacific 5423, Class GP40M-2, in September 1997 and became UP 1523 on January 22, 2004.

6744 was built in January 1970, #35102, FN 7183-24, as SCL 1589.  It became SBD 1586 in January 1983 and renumbered 6744 in 1984.  It became CSX 6744, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold to Helm Atlantic Leasing Corp as HATX 422.  It was rebuilt as TM 1158, GP40M-3.

6745 was built in January 1970, #35103, FN 7183-25, as SCL 1590, GP40.  It became SBD 1590 in January 1983 and renumbered 6745 in 1984.  It became CSX 6745, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on June 14, 1991, as SP 7120 and became UP 1490, Class GP40M-2, on July 20, 2001.

6746 was built in January 1970, #35104, FN 7183-26, as SCL 1591.  It became SBD 1591 in January 1983 and renumbered 6746 in 1984.  It became CSX 6746, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold as HATX 804.  It was leased to Rocky Mountaineer and Webb Asset Management Co 4048.

6747 was built in January 1970, #35105, fn 7183-27, as SCL 1592.  It became SBD 1592 in January 1983 and later 6747 in 1984.  It then became CSX 6747, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by VMV in June 1994 as KCS 4745 and renumbered 2846 in 2005.

6750 was built in January 1970, #35108, FN 7183-30, as SCL 1595.  It became SBD 1595 in January 1983 and later 6750 in 1984.  It became CSX 6750, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold as Wisconsin Central Ltd 3008.  It was rebuilt as 3018.

6752 was built in March 1970, #35898, FN 7229-2, as SCL 1597.  It became SBD 1597 in January 1983 and renumbered 6752 in 1984.  It became CSX 6752, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and rebuilt as 9716, Class MOW.  It was rebuilt as 2348, Class Road Slug.

6760 was built in May 1970, #35907, FN 7229-11, as SCL 1606.  It became SBD 1606 in January 1983 and renumbered 6760 in 1984.  It then became CSX 6760, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as Helm Atlantic Leasing Co 419 and Green Mountain RR 305 in January 2000.

6763 was built in May 1970, #35910, FN 7229-14 as SCL 1609. It later became SBD 1609 in January 1983 and was renumbered 6763 in 1984.  It became CSX 6763, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was later sold to Railtex as Indiana & Ohio 4035.

6764 was built in May 1970, #35911, FN 7229-15. as SCL 1610 .  It became SBD 1610 in January 1983 and renumbered 6764 in 1984.  It became CSX 6764, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt as 9710, Class MOW, in September 1995 and it was sold as Southwestern RR 9710.

6765 was built in May 1970, #35912, FN 7229-16, as SCL 1611. It became SBD 1611 in January 1983 and renumbered 6765 in 1984. It became CSX 6765, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on June 19, 1991, as Southern Pacific 7135.   It became Union Pacific 1341, Class GP40-2, and rebuilt as Class GP40N in March 2018.

6767 was built in May 1970, #35914, FN 7229-28, as SCL 1613.  It became SBD 1613 in January 1983 and renumbered in 6767 in 1984.  It became CSX 6767, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold as Idaho Northern & Pacific 4505 in 1994.  It was renumbered  Webb Asset Management Co  WAMX 3532.

6770 was built in May 1970, #35917, FN 7229-21, as SCL 1616.  It became SBD 1616 in January 1983 and renumbered 6770 in 1984.  It became CSX 6770, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt as General American Transportation as GMTX 2695, GP38-2.

6773 was built in May 1970, #35920, FN 7229-24, as SCL 1619.  It became SBD 1619 in January 1983 and renumbered 6773 in 1984.  It became CSX 6773, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and sold to National Railway Equipment Co.  It was sold as Point Comfort & Northern 3000 and sold to J&L Consulting.  It was sold as New Orleans Public Belt 3003.

6774 was built in May 1970, #35921, FN 7229-25, as SCL 1620.  It became SBD 1620 in January 1983 and renumbered 6774 in 1984.  It became CSX 6774, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises as Florida East Coast 446 in September 1994 as a GP40-3.  It was transferred as Alabama & Gulf Coast 446 in 2011.

6776 was built in May 1970, #5923, FN 7669-27, as SCL 1622.  It became SBD 1622 in January 1983 and renumbered 6776 in 1984.  It became CSX 6776, Class GP-38, on April 1986 and sold to Locomotive Leasing Partners as LLPX 3202.  It was sold as St Lawrence & Atlantic 3202.

6777 was built in May 1970, #35924, FN 7229-28, as SCL 1623.  It became SBD 1623 in January 1983 and renumbered 6777 in1984.  It then became CSX 6777, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on June 21, 1991, as SP 7123, GP40M-2, and became Union Pacific 1501, Class GP40M-2, on July 30, 2001.

6779 was built in June 1970, #35926, FN 7229-30, as SCL 1625.  It became SBD 1625 in January 1983 and renumbered 6779 in 1984.  It became CSX 6770, Class GP-40, in April 1986 but the lettering was slow in marking.  It was scrapped in 1998.

6780 was built in June 1970, #35927, FN 7229-31, as SCL 1626.  It became SBD 1626 in January 1983 and renumbered 6780 in 1984.  It became CSX 6780, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and rebuilt as 2333, Class Road Slug.

6784 was built in June 1970, #35931, FN 7229-35, as SCL 1630.  It became SBD 1630 in January 1983 and renumbered 6784 in 1984.  It became CSX 6784, Class GP-40, in April 1986 but it was not relettered for over a year.  It was rebuilt as 9713, Class MOW, and rebuilt as 2371, Class Road Slug, in 2008.

6786 was built in June 1970, #35933, FN 7229-37, as SCL 1632. It became SBD 1632 in January 1983 and was later renumbered 6786 in 1984. It then became CSX 6786, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was sold to and rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen in 1994 as Maryland Mass Transit Administration 53.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries and rebuilt as SunRail 103, MP32PH-Q, in September 2013.

6789 was built in September 1971, #5793-3, FN 5793-3, as SCL 1635. It became SBD 1635 in January 1983 and was later renumbered 6789 in 1984. It became CSX 6789, Class GP40, in April 1986. It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen in August 1991 and was completed on August 23, 1991, as Virginia Railway Express V05. It was sold to Motive Power Industries as MPEX 105 in 2011 and sold as Bay Line RR 2320 in 2012.

 

6790 was built in May 1967, #33098, FN 7990-2, as Atlanta & West Point RR 401.  It became Western Ry of Alabama 401 and became SBD 401 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6790 in 1984 and became CSX 6790, Class GP40, in April 1986.  It was sold as Vermont Ry 301.

6797 was built in October 1966, #32443, FN 5718-1, as Louisville & Nashville 3000, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3000 in January 1983 and later 6797 in 1984.  It became CSX 6797, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm Leasing Co as HLCX 4002.

6802 was built in November 1966, #32448, FN 5718-6, as L&N 3005, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3005 in January 1983 and later 6802 in 1984.  It became CSX 6802, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold as HATX 418 and sold to Progress Rail Service as PRSX 4181.  It was sold to General American Transportation Co as GMTX 3005 in 2008.

6803 was built in October 1966, #32449, FN 5718-7, as L&N 3006, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3006 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6803 in 1984 and later became CSX 6803, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Atelier in 1992 as North Carolina Department of Transportation 1792 "City of Raleigh", GP40PH-2, and wrecked at Mebane, NC, in May 2010.  It was parted out.

6804 was built in November 1966, #32450, FN 5718-8, as L&N 3007, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3007 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6804 in 1984 and later became CSX 6804, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Boise Locomotive in 1998 as Texas-Mexican Ry 1165 and returned to First Union Rail as FURX 1165.

6806 was built in August 1967, #33449, FN 7075-1, as L&N 3010, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3010 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6806 in 1984 and later became CSX 6806, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Boise Locomotive as Union Pacific 2512, Class GP38-3, on April 20, 1997, and renumbered 1012 on November 15, 2002.  It was retired on November 26, 2007, and sold to Helm as HLCX 1012.  It was sold as Wichita Tillman & Jackson 1012 in April 2012.

6807 was built in September 1967, #33450, FN 7075-2, as L&N 3011, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3011 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6807 in 1984 and later CSX 6807, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  Apparently it was not relettered for a year or so.  It was rebuilt as United States Army 4653 in January 2004.

6809 was built in September 1967, #33452, FN 7075-4, as L&N 3013, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3013 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6809 in 1984 and CSX 6809, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  Apparently it was not relettered for a year or so.  It was rebuilt by Boise Locomotive as UP 2508, Class GP38-3, on March 9, 1997, and renumbered 1008 on April 10, 2002.  It was retired on November 26, 2007, and sold to Helm as HLCX 1008.  It was sold as WT&J 1008 in April 2012.

6811 was built in September 1967, #33454, FN 7075-6, as L&N 3015, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3015 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6811 in 1984 and later became CSX 6811, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen GP40M-2 on February 25, 1991 as SP 7294 and was assigned as UP 5429.  It became UP 1529 on August 4, 2001.

6813 was built in September 1967, #33456, FN 7075-8, as L&N 3017, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3017 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6813 in 1984 and later CSX 6813, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Boise Locomotive as UP 2507, Class GP38-3, on March 26, 1997, and renumbered 1007 on May 30, 2002.  It was retired on November 26, 2007, and sold to Helm as HLCX 1007.

6814 was built is September 1967, #33457, FN 7075-9, as L&N 3018, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3018 in January 1983.  It was renumbered 6814 in 1984 and later CSX 6814, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen in September 1991 and was completed on September 29, 1991, as Virginia Railway Express V09, a RP39-2C.  It was sold to Motive Power Industries as MPEX 109 in 2011 and sold as Bay Line RR 2321 in 2012.

6817 was built in September 1967, #33460, FN 7075-12, as L&N 3021, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3012 in January 1983 and renumberd 6817.  It later became CSX 6817, Class GP-40, in April 1986 and was rebuilt  by AMF in March 1993 as Kansas City Southern 4752.  It was renumbered 2818 in 2005.

6818 was built in September 1967, #33461, FN 7075-13, as L&N 3022, Class GP-40. It later became SBD 3022 in January 1983 and renumbered 6818 in 1984.  It became later CSX 6818, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was rebuilt as a GP40-3 in September 1994 as Florida East Coast 445.

6824 was built in September 1967, #33467, FN 7075-19, as L&N 3028, Class GP-40.  It became SBD 3028 in January 1983 and renumbered 6824 in 1984. It later became CSX 6824, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by Motive Power Industries as Union Pacific 2501, GP38-3, on February 11, 1997.  It was renumbered 1001 on September 3, 2001, and retired on November 26, 2007.  It was returned as Helm Leasing Co 1001 and leased as Kansas City Southern 1001.  It was sold as Wichita Tillman & Jackson 1001 in April 2012.

6825 was built in September 1967, #33468, FN 7075-20, as L&N 3029, Class GP-40. It became SBD 3029 in January 1983 and renumbered 6825 in 1984.  It became CSX 6825, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm as HATX 520 in 1993 and sold to US Rail Partners as USRP 520 in 2011.  It was rebuilt as USRP 402 in 2011 and sold to Helm as HLCX 4224 in 2014.
