9119, Class RCPHE4, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1966, #31776, FN 7885-10, as Seaboard Air Line RR 609 GP40. In July 1967 it became Seaboard Coast Line 1524 and later Seaboard System RR 1524 in January 1983. It was renumbered 6680 in 1984 and then became CSX 6680, Class GP-40, in April 1986. It was renumbered 9727, Class MOW, and rebuilt as 9119, Class RCPHE4. It was rebuilt as 2374, Class Road Slug, in 2008.
9120, Class RCPHE4, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1971, #39256, FN 5811-20, as Chesapeake & Ohio 3790, Class GP-40. It was renumbered 6565 and became CSX 6565, Class GP-40. It was rebuilt as 9120, Class RCPHE4, in 2004, and rebuilt as 2369, Class Road Slug, in 2008.
9246, Class RCPHG4, was built by General Electric in April 1985, #44849, as Seaboard System RR 5846, B36-7. It became CSX 5846, Class B36-7, in April 1986 and rebuilt as 9246, Class RCPHG4, in 2003.
