401, GP40, was built in January 1971, #36773, FN 7278-1.  It was sold to Progress Rail Service as PRSX 401 in 2008.

402, GP40, was built in January 1971, #36774, FN 7278-2.  It was wrecked on February 12, 1979, and retired in July 1979.  It was traded in to Electro-Motive in January 1980.

403, GP40, was built in February 1971, #36775, FN 7278-3.

404, GP40, was built in February 1971, #36776, FN 7278-4.  It was transferred as Puget Sound & Pacific 404 in 2012.

406, GP40, was built in March 1971, #36778, FN 7278-6.  It was renumbered 2000.

408, GP40, was built in March 1971, #36780, FN 7278-8.

409, GP40, was built in March 1971, #36781, FN 7278-9.

438, GP40-3, was built in February 1968, #33870, FN 7057-17, as CB&Q 636, GP40.  It became BN 3036, Class GP-40, in 1970 and sold to National Railway Equipment Co in August 1986.  It was rebuilt as FEC 438 in April 1987.

441, GP40-3, was built in October 1966, #32306, FN 7924-13, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 198, Class 30E-RS.  It was renumbered 2024 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2024 in 1985.  It was sold and rebuilt as FEC 441 in 1988.

443, GP40-3, was built in November 1968, #34648, FN 7145-38, as Penn Central 3207, Class EF-30, GP40.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 3207, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and later rebuilt by Juniata as FEC 443 in September 1993.

444, GP40-3, was built in March 1971, #37195. FN 8301-7, FN , as Baltimore & Ohio 3771, Class GP-40.  It was renumbered 9771 in February 1981 and back as 3771 on April 30, 1981.  It was renumbered 6547, Class GP-40, and later CSX Transportation 6747, Class GP-40.  It was retired on May 25, 1993, and sold to Helm Atlantic Corp on May 12, 1994.  It was rebuilt by VMV on September 1, 1994, as FEC 444.

445, GP40-3, was built in September 1967, #33461, FN 7075-13, as Louisville & Nashville 3022, Class GP-40.  It later became Seaboard System 3022 in January 1983 and renumbered 6818 in 1984.  It became CSX 6818, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt as FEC 445, GP40-3, in September 1994.

446, GP40-3, was built in May 1970, #35921, FN 7229-25, as Seaboard Coast Line 1620. GP40.  It became SBD 1620 in January 1983 and renumbered 6774 in 1984.  It became CSX 6774, Class GP-40, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises as FEC 446 in September 1994 as a GP40-3.  It was transferred as Alabama & Gulf Coast 446 in 2011.

447, GP40-3, was built in August 1971, #38569, FN 7340-25, as Chesapeake & Ohio 4089, Class GP-40.  It later was renumbered 6844 and later CSX 6844, Class GP-40.  It was rebuilt as FEC 447, GP40-3.

448, GP40-3, was built in September 1968. #34333, FN 7127-52, as PC 3156, Class EF-30, GP40.  It became Conrail 3156, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and sold as Denver & Rio Grande Western 3156 on November 21, 1983.  It was renumbered 3144, Class EF430D-3, on April 18, 1984.  It was sold as OmniTrax 3144 in December 1993 and assigned as Eastern Idaho RR  3144 in November 1994.  It was rebuilt and sold as FEC 448, GP40-3, in 1998.

449, GP40-3, was built in September 1968, #34334, FN 7127-53, as PC 3157, Class EF-30. It became Conrail 3157, Class GP-40, in April 1976 and was sold to D&RGW as 3157 on November 1, 1983. It was renumbered 3145, Class EF430D-3, on June 20, 1984. It was retired in December 1992 and sold to Omnitrax. It was sold to EIRR as 3145 in November 1944 and then rebuilt as a GP40-3 by National Railway Equipment Co in 1999 as FEC 449.

453,  GP40, was built in November 1969, #35472, FN 7192-19, as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 229.  It becane Union Pacific 598, Class GP40, on May 2, 1989, and resold and sold to Helm Leasing on March 9, 1990.  It was rebuilt by VMV and leased back as UP 887, Class GP40, on February 21, 1991.  It was retired on July 23, 1998, and returned to Helm.  It was sold as FEC 453 in January 1999 and sold as Fadale & Associates FAIX 453 in 2005.   It was sold as Loram Maintenance of Way Inc 111 in 2006.
