340 was built in September 1966, #32232, FN 7926-1. It became Union Pacific 600 on April 16, 1980, and later became Missouri Pacific 600 on June 7, 1985. It was retired June 5, 1991, and sold to National Railway Equipment Co on October 9, 1991.  It was rebuilt as Nebraska Central RR 4204, GP38MAC, in 1993 and sold to Farmrail Corp as FMRC 4204 in December 2011.

341 was built in September 1966, #32233, FN 7926-2. It was sold for scrap to Gray Supply Co., North Little Rock, Ark., in March 1985.

343 was built in September 1966, #32235, FN 7926-4.  It became UP 603 on April 7, 1980, and transferred as MP 603 on September 6, 1985.  It was retired on October 6, 1988, and sold to Wilson Ry in November 1988.  It was sold as Intermountain Transportation Services 301 in 1989 and sold to Helm Leasing Co as HLCX 301.  It was rebuilt by AMF as HLCX 4003 on February 3, 1985.  It was leased as Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana 1157 after April 1997 and returned as HLCX 4003.

344 was built in September 1966, #32236, FN 7926-5. It became UP 604 on April 8, 1980, and later became MP 604 on April 15, 1985. It was retired August 10, 1987, and sold to Morrison-Knudsen on October 28, 1987. It was rebuilt and became Metro-North Commuter RR 4186 on August 27, 1988.

345 was built in September 1966, #32237, FN 7926-6.  It became UP 605 on March 10, 1981, and later became UP 605 on April 18, 1985.  It was retired October 23. 1991. and sold to Helm Financial on March 17, 1993.

346 was built in September 1966, #32238, FN 7926-7.  It became UP 606 on April 3, 1980, and later became MP 606 on November 24, 1984.  It was retired August 10, 1987, amd sold to Morrison Knudsen on October 28, 1987.  It was rebuilt and became New Jersey Transit 4140 on May 31, 1989,

350 was built in September 1966, #32242, FN 7926-12. It became UP 610 on April 6, 1980. It was retired August 10, 1987, and sold to Morrison-Knudsen on October 28, 1987. It was rebuilt and became MNCRR 4184 on May 18, 1988.

353 was built in September 1966, #32245, FN 7926-15. It went to UP and was not renumbered. It was retired on March 23, 1985, and sold to Gray Supply Co. for scrap.

354 was built in September 1966, #32246, FN 7926-16.  It became UP UP 614, Class GP40, on April 3, 1980, and retired on August 10, 1987.  It was sold to Morrison Knudsen on October 28, 1987 and rebuilt as NJT 4144, GP40FH-2, in June 1989.

357 was built in October 1966, #32249, FN 7926-19. It went to UP and and was not renumbered. It was retired on May 11, 1985, and sold to Precision National Corp. in July 1985 and scrapped by Gray Supply.

361 was built in Septe,beer 1966, #32293, FN 7923-2. It was sent to Iowa Northern RR as 361 and later was sent to Morrison Knudsen for rebuilt as New Jersey Transit 4143.

364 was built in December 1966, #32590, FN 7942-3. It became UP 622 on April 7, 1980, and later MP 622 on March 11, 1985. It was retired October 9, 1992, and became NRE on March 17, 1993. It became Dakota Minnesota & Eastern 4004 "City of Dodge Center" on September 1994. It was rebuilt on June 29, 1997, as GP40-3.

371 was built in December 1966, #32597, FN 7942-10. It became to UP 628 on April 12, 1980, and then to MP 628 on November 16, 1984. It was retired and sold to Morrison Knudsen on August 10, 1987. It was rebuilt by MK on November 5, 1990, as Saint Louis South-Western 7274. It was assigned UP 5391 in September 1997 and reassigned 1491 in December 1999.

372 was built in December 1966, #32598, FN 7942-11.  It became UP 629 on April 1, 1980, and then to MP 629 on October 9, 1984.  It was retired on April 10, 1987, and sold to Morrison Knudsen on October 28, 1987.  It was rebuilt as MNCRR 4188 on October 30, 1990.

374, was built in January 1967, #32600, FN 7942-13.  It was rebuilt at Silvis in 1981 as 3005 and sold as Government of Ontario Transit 720.  It was sold as General Motors 202 and became Locomotive Leasing Partners 3205.  It was leased as Saint Lawrence & Atlantic 3205 in 2002  and returned as LLPX 3205 on February 24, 2004.

375 was built in January 1967, #32601, FN 7942-14.  It was rebuilt as Silvis on February 6, 1980, as 3002 and sold as GOT 721.  It was sold as GM 205  and became LLPX 3208.

377 was built in January 1967, #32603, FN 7942-16.  It was rebuilt at Silvis on January 23, 1980. as 3001 and sold as GOT 723.  It was sold as GM 206 and became LLPX 4401.  It was renumbered 3211.

380 was built in January 1967, #32606, FN 7942-19.  It was rebuilt at Silvis on March 4, 1980, as 3004 and sold as GOT 725.  It was sold as GM 200 and became LLPX 3203.

381 was built in January 1967, #32607, FN 7942-20.  It was rebuilt at Silvis on December 11, 1979, as 3002 and sold as GOT 726.  It was sold as GM 201 and became LLPX 3204.  It was leased as St Lawrence & Atlantic Ry 3204 in 2002 and returned as LLPX 3204 on April 2, 2004.

383 was built in January 1969, #34764, FN 7156-2.

384 was built in January 1969, #34765, FN 7156-3.  It was rebuilt as GP40PH-2 by Morrison Knudsen on December 17, 1987, as New Jersey Transit 4138.

385 was built in January 1969, #34766, FN 7156-4.  It was returned to U. S. Leasing in 1980.

386 was built in January 1969, #34767, FN 7156-5. It was returned to U. S. Leasing in 1980 and scrapped by Chrome Locomotive in 1985.

392 was built in January 1969, #34773, FN 7156-11.

396 was built in January 1969, #34870, FN 7156-15. It was returned to U. S. Leasing in 1980 and scrapped by Chrome Locomotive in 1985.

4700 was built in March 1970, #36386, FN 7263-1. It became UP 631 on March 3, 1983 and later MP 631 in November 9, 1989. It was retired October 8, 1992, and became NRE in March 17, 1993. It later became DM&E 4005 "City of Fort Pierre" in September 1994 and rebuilt in 1999 as 4005 "Larry Pressler".

4701 was built in March 1970, #36387, FN 7263-2.  It became UP 632 on April 2, 1980, and later MP 632 on July 26, 1985.  It was retired May 29, 1992, and sold to NRE on March 17, 1993.  It was sold to Railtex as Missouri & Northern Arkansas 632 and later renumbered 4013,

4703 was built in March 1970, #36389. FN 7263-4. It was retired in May 11, 1985, and sold to Precision National in July 1985 and sold for scrap by Gray Supply Co.

4705 was built in March 1970, #36391, FN 7263-6.  It became UP 636 on April 3, 1980, and retired on October 23, 1991.  It was sold to NRE on March 17, 1993. They sold it to M&NA as 636 in 1993 and renumbered 4014.

4706 was built in March 1970, #36392, FN 7263-7.  It became UP 637 on April 14, 1980, and MP 637 on May 10, 1985.  It was retired on Pctpber 26. 1988, and sold to VMV on January 28, 1989.  It was sold to Helm Financial and leased as UP 856 in July 15, 1989.  It was returned to Helm in May 1998 and rebuilt to GP38-2 and leased as UP 2533 on July 30, 1998.  It was renumbered 1033 on August 27, 2001.

4708 was built in March 1970, #37394, FN 7263-9.  It became UP 639 on April 5, 1980, and MP 639 on September 23, 1985.  It was retired on October 23, 1991, and sold to Helm Financial on March 27, 1992.

4709 was built in March 1970, #36395, FN 7263-10.  It became UP 640 on April 23, 1980, and retired on October 23. 1991.  It was sold to NRE on 17 March 1993 and sold to Railtex as MN&A 640.  It was renumbered 4015.

4710 was built in April 1970, #37396, FN 7263-11.  It was retired on May 23, 1985, and scrapped by Gray Supply Co.

4711 was built in April 1970, #36397, FN 7263-12, as CRI&P 4711.  It was assigned as UP 642 and became MP 642 on June 5, 1985, and stored as UP 642 in March 1990.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co on March 17, 1993, and sold as M&NA 642.  It was renumbered 4012.

4712 was built in April 1970, #36398, FN 7263-13.  It became UP 643 on April 29, 1980, and retired on August 21, 1991,  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co on October 9, 1991, and sold to Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern 4002 "City of New Richland" in September 1994.

4714 was built in April 1970, #36400 FN 7263-15. It became UP 645 on April 4, 1980, and later MP 645 on February 20, 1985, and back to UP 645 on January 25, 1990. It was retired on October 23, 1991, and sold to National Railway Equipment Co on March 17, 1993. It was sold to M&NA 645 and renumbered 4045.

4715 was built in April 1970, #36401, FN 7263-16.  It became UP 646 on April 10, 1980, and retired on August 10, 1987.  It was sold to Morrison Knudsen and rebuilt as a GP40FH-2 New Jersey Transit 4141 on May 19, 1989.

4718 was built in April 1970, #36404, FN 7263-19. It was owned by UP who received it back in 1980. It was sold to Precision National Corp., Mount Vernon, Ill., in July 1985 and scrapped by Gray Supply Co., North Little Rock, Ark.
