Conrail Leasing Corp
300, GP38, was built in November 1967, #33365, FN 7060-48, as Baltimore & Ohio 3847, Class GP-38. It was renumbered 2047 in 1986 and became CSX Transportation 2047, Class GP-38, in 1987. It was sold to Phoenix Locomotive Leasing and planned as Consolidated Railroad Corp 7601 but became Conrail Leasing 300 in 1994. It was rebuilt in December 1994 as Central Oregon & Pacific 5047 on December6, 1994, and renumbered 3824 in 1998. It was transferred as San Joaquin Valley 3824 in November 2013.
301, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1967, #33688, FN 7060-58, as Chesapeake & Ohio 3857, Class GP-38. It was later renumbered 2057 and then became CSX 2057, Class GP-38. It was sold to Conrail Leasing Corp as 301 and then CORP as 5057 in 1994. It was renumbered 3826 in 1997.
302, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33323, FN 7060-6, as B&O 3805, Class GP-38. It was later 2005 and then became CSX 2005, Class GP-38. It was retired on May 28, 1991, and sold to Phoenix Locomotive Leasing and sold as Consolidated Railroad Corp as 7602. However it went to Conrail Leasing as 302. It was then rebuilt at Juniata on April 25, 1995, as Amtrak 721.
303, GP38-3, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33355, FN 7060-38, as B&O 3837, Class GP-38, and was rebuilt by Electro-Motive in July 1971. It was later renumbered 2037 and then became CSX 2037, Class GP-38. It was retired on December 9, 1992, and sold to Conrail June 10, 1993. It was rebuilt in Juniata in 1994 as CLC as 303. It was sold as Buffalo & Pittsburgh RR as 2000 in November 1994.
304, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33357, FN 7060-40, as B&O 3839, Class GP-38. It was later 2039 and then became CSX 2039, Class GP-38. It was retired in November 25, 1992, and sold as CLC 304 in 1994. It was rebuilt at Juniata in December 1994 and sold to CORP as 5039 on December 9, 1994. It was renumbered as 3820 in 1998 and transferred as San Diego & Imperial Valley RR 3820. It was sold as Lascasiana SA de CV as LASX 3820.
305, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1967, #33359, FN 7060-42, as B&O 3841, Class GP-38. It was later 2041 and then came CSX 2041, Class GP-38. It was retired on March 30, 1992, and was sold for Housatonic RR on August 11, 1992. It was sold on September 8, 1992, on Conrail and became Conrail Leasing Co as 305 on 1994. It then came to CORP as 5041 on April 5, 1995, and was renumbered 3821 on August 1998. It was transferred as Salt Lake City Southern RR 3821 on August 1999 and then Goodrich-Exeter RR 3821 on December 1999.
306, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1967, #33360, FN 7060-43, as B&O 3842, Class GP-38. It was later 2042 and then came CSX 2042, Class GP-38. It was retired on March 3, 1993, and was sold on June 10, 1993, to Conrail Leasing Co as 306. It was rebuilt at Juniata on December 6, 1994, and then came to CORP as 5042 in December 1994 and was renumbered 3822 in 1998.
326, GP38AC, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1971, #36080, FN 5766-2, as Gulf Mobile & Ohio 722. It became Illinois Central Gulf 9541 and became IC 9541. It was sold as CRL 326 and was sold to Helm Leasing Co as HLCX 3675. It was sold to Indiana Rail Road as 32 and renumbered 3810.
(335), GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1969, #35388, FN 7191-85, as Penn Central 7759, Class EF-20. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7759, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and sold as Pittsburgh & Lake Erie 2028, Class EF-20. It was sold to Conrail Leasing Co and planned as CRL 335 but sold as Central Oregon & Pacific 5528. It was renumbered 3829 and transferred as San Joaquin Valley RR 3829. It was rebuilt at Juniata by Railpower in March 2013, #RP178-003, as Dallas Garland & NorthEastern 144, RP20BD.
336, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35414, FN 7191-111, as PC 7785, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7785, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became P&LE 2033, Class EF-20. It became CRL 336. It was sold as CORP 5533 and renumbered 3816.
342, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1969, 3395, FN 7191-92, as PC 7766, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7766, Class GP-38, in April 1976, and was sold as P&LE 2037, Class EF-20, and sold as CRL 342. It was sold as San Diego & Imperial Valley Ry 5537 and renumbered 3861. It was sold to Lascasiana SA de CV as LASX 3800.
344, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1969, #35447, FN 7202-4, as PC 7818, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7818, Class GP-38. in April 1976 and became P&LE 2040, Class EF-20. It became CRL 344 and sold as Cascade & Columbus River RR 344 in 1996. It was transferrred as Esquimalt & Naniamo Ry 344 in 1999. It was renumbered 3890 in 2000 and transferred as SJVRR 3870 in 2006.
500, C30-7, was built by General Electric in December 1977, #41663, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 8010, Class 8010.. It was retired in November 1992 and sold to General Electric Corp. It was then sold to Conrail Leasing Co as 500 and later became Consolidated Railroad Corp as 500, Class C30-7. It was then returned to General Electric in 1999 and sold to Fadale & Associates as 3601 in 1999.
501, C30-7, was built by General Electric in December 1977, #41664, as AT&SF 8011, Class 8010, It was retired in November 1992 and sold to General Electric Corp. It was then sold to Conrail Leasing as 501. It was sold for scrap to Cycle Systems before 1997.

It was then sold to Conrail Leasing as 505 in 1993. It was returned as GE Lease in January 1999 and sold to Helm Leasing before March 1999. It was sold as FAIX 3603 in 1999.
506, C30-7, was built by General Electric in December 1977, #41671, as AT&SF 8018, Class 8010. It was retired in November 1992 and sold to General Electric Corp. It was sold to Conrail Leasing as 506. It was sold for scrap to Cycle Systems before 1997.

536, C30-7, was built by General Electric in October 1978, #42082, as AT&SF 8060, Class 8058. It was retired in March 1994 and sold to General Electric Corp. It was then sold to Conrail Leasing as 536 in March 1994 and later became Conrail 536, Class C30-7. It was returned to General Electric as 536 in January 1999 and then sold to Helm Leasing. It was rebuilt as C36M on May 14, 1999, as UP 572. It was returned to Helm as 572 on March 1, 2000.
537, C30-7, was built by General Electric in October 1978, #42083, as AT&SF 8051, Class 8058. It was retired in March 1994 and sold to General Electric as 8061. It was sold as Conrail Leasing 537 in March 1994 and later became Conrail 537, Class C30-7. It was returned to GE as 537 in January 1999 and sold to Helm. It was rebuilt as C36M on June 22, 1999, as UP 575. It was returned as Helm 575 on March 1, 2000.
566, C30-7, was built by General Electric in July 1978, #41720, as AT&SF 8053, Class 8044. It was retired in November 1992 and returned to General Electric. It was rebuilt as Conrail Leasing 566 and became Conrail 566, Class C30-7. It was returned to GE in 1999 and sold as FAIX 3613 in 1999. It was sold as MM&A 3613.
586, C30-7, was built by General Electric in June 1978, #41711, as AT&SF 8044, Class 8044. It was retired and sold to General Electric Corp as 8044. It was sold to Conrail Leasing as 586. It was rebuilt in September 1999 as C36M and leased to Union Pacific as 595 on October 1, 1999. It was returned as Helm Leasing Corp 595 on March 1, 2000.

812, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1970, #36917, FN 7290-22, as PC 6261, Class EF-30A. It became Conrail 6261, Class SD-60, in April 1976 and transferred as Conrail Leasing 812. It was sold as HLCX 5030 and leased as DM&E 6065. It was rebuilt by Alstom in 2000 as FURX 3023.
814, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1970, #36920, FN 7290-25, as PC 6264, Class EF-30A. It became Conrail 6264, Class SD-40, in April 1976 and transferred as Conrail Leasing 814. It was sold as HLCX 5031 and leased as DM&E 6066. It was rebuilt by Alstom in 2000 as FURX 3018.
