5314, Class EF623-1, was built in October 1968, #34012, FN 7110-15.  It was to National Railway Equipment Co as 5314 and rebuilt as Union Pacific 4754 on June 16, 1999, a SD40-3.  It was renumbered 2804 on December 14, 2001, and sold to CIT Financial Group as CEFX  2804 on April 15, 2002.

5316, Class EF623-1, was built in October 1968, #34014, FN 7110-17.  It was planned to renumber as 5297 but scrapped by Boise Locomotive in February 2003.

5319, Class EF623-2, was built in April 1970, #35816, FN 7219-2.  It was sold to Andesite Rock Co as ANDX 4027 and transferred as D&I RR 4027 in 2008,  It was sold to Motive Power Resources Inc as MVPX 4027 in March 2017.

5322, Class EF623-2, was built in April 1970, #35819, FN 7219-5.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co and sold as Helm Leasing Corp 5322.  It was leased as Union Pacific Leased 5322 in February 1988 and returned as Helm 5322 in July 1989.

5324, Class EF623-2, was built in April 1970, #35821, FN 7219-7.  It was sold as Copper Basin Ry 304 and sold to Helm as HATX 3952.  It was renumbered 353 and leased as Indiana Harbor Belt 3902 in 1996.  It was returned to Helm in 2002.
