1st 2001, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1960, #26045, FN 5624-1, as Union Pacific 700, Class GP20,. It was renumbered 470 in 1963 and later sold to Precision National Corp in October 1977. It was rebuilt at Paducah in 1979 as South East Coal Co 2001. It was later sold to National Ry Equipment Co on March 30, 1991, and then to Arizona & California RR as 2001 in May 1991. It was retired as NREX 2001 in 1997 and sold as Penny-Newman Grain Co 2001 in 2001.
2nd 2001, SD40-3, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1973, #73634-7, FN 73634-7, as Soo Line RR 773. It later got CP cab lettering. It was retired in January 2001 and sold to Helm Leasing, It was rebuilt as VMV Enterprises as 2001, a SD40-3, and sold as NRE 2001. It was sold as Northshore Mining Co 2001 in December 2010.
2003, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1960, #26047, FN 5624-3, as UP 702, Class GP20. It was renumbered 472 in 1963 and later sold to to Precision National Corp in November 1978. It was rebuilt in April 1979 as SECCo 2006. It was sold to AZCR as 2003 in 1991. In 1997 it was sold to NRE as 2003. In 1998 it became Tacoma Municipal Belt Line 2003. This road was renamed Tacoma Rail in 1999 and returned as NREX 2003 in August 2011.
2004, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1960, #26046, FN 5624-2, as UP 701. It was renumbered 471 in December 1962 and retired in October 1977. It was sold to Precision National Corp in October 1977 and rebuilt as GP21. It was sold as SECCo 2004 in April 1979 and sold as NREX 2004 on March 30, 1991. It was leased as AZCR 2004 in May 1991 and returned as NREX 2004. It was sold as Columbia & Cowlitz Ry 700 and sold as Larry's Truck Equipment 700 in December 2011.
1st 2005, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1960, #26072. FN 5624-28, as UP 727. It was renumbered 497 in December 1962 and retired in October 1977. It was sold to Precision National Corp in November 1977 and rebuilt as GP21. It was sold as SECCo 2005 in May 1979 and sold as NREX 2005 on March 30, 1991, It was leased as AZCR 2005 and returned as NREX 2005. It was sold as C&C 701 and sold as LTE 701 in December 2011.
2nd 2005, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1959, #25426, FN 5602-B39, as Union Pacific 438B, SD24B. It was rebuilt at Paducah in December 1979 as Illinois Central Gulf 2005 and was later sold to NRE as 2005 in September 1995. They leased it to Iowa Interstate RR as 101 in June 1996 and returned on July 10, 2001. It was sold to Vulcan Materials Inc 17836.
2011, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1959, #25373, FN 5602-A16, as UP 415, SD24. It was rebuilt at Paducah in March 1980 as Illinois Central Gulf 2011. It was sold as NRE 2011 on March 13, 1995, and sold to RailTex as Missouri & North Arkansas 1011. It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co in May 2010, #5402-A16, as 3GS21C, as Dallas Garland & NorthEastern 2002.
2nd 2011, 3GS21B, was built at Dixmore in September 2007, #058-0084. In November 2007 it was repainted as BNSF 1240.
2015 was built by Electro-Motive in December 1959, #25619, FN 5605-22, as Southern Ry 2523, as SD24. It was renumbered 6342 in December 1972 and sold as PNC 6342 in January 1978. It was rebuilt in 1980 as ICG 2015 in 1980 and sold as NREX 2015 on May 7, 1995, It was sold as Wisconsin & Southern 2015 and renumbered 2055. It was sold as DeBruce Grain de Mexico 2055.
2018, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1966, #32300, FB 7924-7, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 192, Class 30E-RS. It was renumbered 2018 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2018 in 1985. It had been assigned Soo Line 4646, but it was retired in October 1992 before renumbering. It was sold in 1992 as NRE 2018 and sold as Algoma Central Ry 190. It was became Wisconsin Central Ltd 3026 in January, 1995.
2013, SDL38-2, was built by Electro-Motive and rebuilt by National Railway Equipment Co in April 2009, #111-0509-004. It was marked as NREX 2024 for shipment and became Saudi Railways 2013.
2025, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1960, #25672, FN 5606-46, as CNOTP (Southern) 6323, SD24, It was sold to PNC as 6323 and sold to ICG. It was rebuilt at Paducah as 2025 in 1982 and sold as NREX 2025 in 1996.
1st 2031, GP40, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1967, #32475, FN 7936-6, as CMStP&P 158, Class 30E-RS. It was renumbered 2031 in 1968 and became Soo Line RR 2031 in 1985. It was sold as NREX 2031 in 1992 and rebuilt in 1994 as Kansas City Southern 4738, GP40-2P. It was renumbered 2815 in 2005.
2nd 2031, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1959, #25655, FN 5606-29, as Cincinnati New Orleans & Texas Pacific (Southern Ry) 6306. It was sold to Precision National Corp as 6306 and sold to Illinois Central Gulf and rebuilt at Paducah as 2031 in June 1982. It was sold as NRE 2031 in 1997 and sold as Indiana Harbor Belt 2922 in June 2007. It was retired to NRE in June 2012
2035, SD24, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1960, #25669, FN 5606-53, as CNOTP 6320. It was sold as PNC 6320 and sold to ICG and rebuilt as 2035 in August 1983. It was sold to as NRE in 1997 and sold as IHB 2924 in June 2007.
2036, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1959, #25617, FN 5605-20, as Southern Ry 2521, an SD24. It was renumbered 6340 in December 1972 and sold to PNC as 6340 in January 1978. It was rebuilt in 1980 as 1840 and sold to ICG as 2036 in August 1982, It was sold to NRE as 2036.
2040, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1965, #30709, FN 7828-4, as Baltimore & Ohio 7440, Class SD-35. It was rebuilt at Paducah in December 1982 as ICG 2040 and sold as NREX 2040. It was leased as Utah Ry 2040 and returned as NREX 2040. It was sent as Orange Port Terminal Ry 2040 and sold as Bighorn Divide & Wyoming RR 2017.
2041, SD20, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1965, #30706, FN 7828-1, as B&O 7437, Class SD-35. It was rebuilt at Paducah in September 1982 as ICG 2041 and was sold to NRE Co as 2041 in April 1997. It was sold as OPTRy 2041
2107, SW1001, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1969, #34446, FN 7111-27, as Korean National RR 2107. It was sold as NREX 2107 in 2006 and sold as Terra Industries L-11 in 2014.
2163, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive at May 1971, #37271. FN 7305-4, as Louisville & Nashville 4033, Class GP--38. It later became Seaboard System 4033 and was renumbered 6254. It was again renumbered 2163 and then became CSX Transportation 2163, Class GP-38. It was sold to NRE as 2163 and sold as Fort Worth & Western 2019 "Apache" in December 2009.
2167, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1952, #17011, FN 5170-12, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2784, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in August 1979 as 2167, Class 2050. In August 1990 it was sold to Railtex as North East Kansas & Missouri 2167 "Spirit of Hiawatha" and transferred to the Missouri & Northern Arkansas as 2167 in October 1991. It was sold as NREX 2167 and sold to Motive Power Resources Inc as MVPX 2167. It was sold as Grafton & Upton 2167 and rebuilt as 1800 in December 2013.
2179, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1970, #36470, FN 7265-30, as Penn Central 7854, Class EF-20. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7854, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and Burlington Northern 2179, Class GP-38X, in July 1985. It became Burlington Northern Santa Fe 2179, Class GP38, in June 1998 and sold as NRE 2179 in 2011. It was sold to General American Transportation Co as GMTX 2004 in 2011.
2180, GP38, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1970, #36471, FN 7265-31, as PC 7855, Class EF-20. It became Conrail 7855, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and BN 2180, Class GP-38X, in July 1985. It became BNSF 2180, Class GP38, in June 1998 and sold as NREX 2180 in 2011. It was sold to GATX as GMTX 2005 in 2011.
2210, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1952, #15798, FN 5110-1, as AT&SF 2698, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in October 1980 as 2210, Class 2050. It February 1990 it was sold to Railtex as NEK&M 2210 and later transferred to M&NA as 2210. It was sold as NREX 2210 and sold as MVPX 2210. It was sold as G&U 2210 and renumbered 1801 in December 2013..
2215, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1972, #7355-26, FN 7355-26, as Penn Central 9535, Class SW1500. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9535, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and later as Norfolk Southern PRR 2215. It became NS 2215, Class SW1500, and sold as NREX 2215 on September 8, 2012.
2221, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1973, #75622-3, FN 75622-3, as PC 9562, Class ES-15. It became Conrail 9562, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and sold as NS PRR 2221. It became NS 2221, Class SW1500, and sold as NREX 2221 on September 8, 2012.
2232, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1970, #36385, FN 7262-5, as PC 9227, Class ES-15. It became Conrail as 9588, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and later as NS PRR 2232. It became NS 2232, Class SW1500, and sold as NREX 2232 on September 8, 2012.
2251, GP30, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1963, #28308, FN 7653-5, as Chicago & North Western 814. It was retired on December 12, 1988, and sold to Fox River Valley RR as 814 on January 12, 1989. The FRV was merged in August 1993 by Wisconsin Central Ltd as 814. It was renumbered 2251 in July 1998. It was sold to Hilliard Enterprises and resold as NREX 2251.
2283, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1965, #30250, FN
4477-12, as

2529, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1969, #35222, FN 4561-7, as Southern Pacific 2529, Class ES415-3. It was sold as NRE 2529 and sold as Buffalo & Pittsburgh RR 1515.
2543, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1969, #35236, FN 4561-21, as SP 2543, Class ES415-3. It was sold as Border Steel Mills 2543 and sold as NREX 2543.
2607, CF7, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1953, #18921, FN 6523-A11, as AT&SF 274L, Class 200. an F7A. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in August 1972 as 2607, Class 2417, and retired on June 26, 1987. It was sold to NRE in July 1987 and sold to Delta Southern RR as 106.
2621, GP35u, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1965, 30566, FN 7809-37, as AT&SF 1421, Class 1300. It was renumbered 3421, Class 3300, in 1970 and rebuilt at San Bernardino in June 1984 as 2921, Class 2800. It became Burlington Northern Santa Fe 2621, Class GP35, on July 29, 1999, and sold as NREX 2621. It was sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 3531.
2666, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1968, #33836, FB 7993-33, as Pennsylvania RR 6212, Class EF-36, SD45. It became Penn Central 6212, Class EF-36, in 1968, and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 6212, Class SD-45, in April 1976. It was sold as Chicago & North Western 6535 on March 31, 1983. It was retired in 1994 and sold to National Railway Equipment as June 1994. It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as Southern Pacific 8607, SD40M-2, on September 30, 1994, and became Union Pacific 2666, Class SD40M-2, on October 24, 2003. It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 2666.
2683, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1969, #34920, FN 7170-17, as Southern Pacific 9085, Class EF636-5, SD45. It was sold as NRE 9085 in 1987 and rebuilt by MK Rail as SP 8590 on June 25, 1994, as SD40-3. It became UP 2683 on October 24, 2003, and sold as NREX 2683. It was sold to WATCo as WAMX 4244 in 2019.
2687, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1973. #72631-6, FN 72631-6, as Southern Pacific 2687, Class ES415-6. It was sold as NRE 2687 and later RailAmerica Inc 2687.
2697, MP15, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1975, #74697-1, FN 74697-1, as SP 2697, Class ES415-7. It was sold to as NRE 2697 and then as CIT Financial 2697. It later was sold as Buffalo & Pittsburgh RR 44.
2721, SD40M-3, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32976, FN 7962-9, as Missouri Pacific 708. It was renumbered 3008 in March 1974 and later as Union Pacific assigned 4008, Class SD40, in July 1985. It was retired on June 5, 1991, and sold as Helm Leasing 3008. It was sold as National Ry Equipment Co 3008 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on July 25, 1994, as SP 8645. It was assigned UP 4671, Class SD40M-3, and became UP 2721 on May 29, 2004. It was returned as NREX 2721.
2743, Class SD40M-2, was built in January 1969, #34577, FN 7148-8, as Chicago & North Western 944, SD45.. It was retired on November 26, 1990, and sold to National Ry Equipment Co in June 1994. It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as Southern Pacific 8667, SD40M-2, on October 18, 1994, and assigned as Union Pacific 4693, Class SD40M-2. It became UP 2743 on September 19, 2003. and sold to Citicorp Railmark. It was sold to National Railway Equipment NREX 2743 on June 30, 2014.
2744, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1969, #34557, FN 7147-7, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 522, SD45. In 1970 it became Burlington Northern 6463, Class SD-45, and was returned to the leasor in February 1984. It was sold to C&NW and became 6582 on September 17, 1984. It was sold to NRE in June 1994 as 6582 and then was rebuilt as SP 8668. It was assigned UP 4694 and became Union Pacific 2744 on June 12, 2003. It was retired on October 12, 2010, and sold as NREX 2744 in April 2014.
2756, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1968, #33759, FN 7085-3, as Denver Rio Grande & Western 5327, Class DE C-C 98. It was reclassified as Class EF636D-1 and retired in December 1993. It was sold to Morrison Knudsen Corp in February 1994 and rebuilt by MK Rail on November 28, 1994, as SP 8680. It was assigned UP 4706, Class SD40M-2, and became 2756 on December 5, 2003. It was retired on October 12, 2010, and sold as NREX 2756 in April 2014.
2764, SD40M-2 was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32979, FN 7962-12, as Missouri Pacific 722. It was renumbered 3011 in March 1974 and was assigned Union Pacific 4011, Class SD40, in July 1985. It was retired on November 30, 1988, and sold to VMV Enterprises on February 10, 1989. It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on January 30, 1995, as SP 8688. It was assigned UP 4714, Class SD40M-3, and became UP 2764 on October 15, 2003. It was sold as NREX 2764.
2767, SD40M-2, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1970, #36658, FN 7246-1, as Erie Lackawanna 3654, Class MFE-36D-6A, SDP45. It became Consolidated Locomotive Co 6685, Class SDP-45, in April 1976 and later was sold to VMV Enterprises as 6685. It was then sold and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen as SP 8691 on December 28, 1994. It was assigned UP 4717 on September 1997 and became UP 2767 on December 5, 2003. It was retired on October 12, 2010, and sold as NREX 2767 in April 2014.
2906, GP50, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1980, #786257-7, FN 786257-7, as Chicago & North Western 5056. It became Union Pacific 933, Class GP50, on November 27, 1995, and renumbered 5542 on June 26, 1996. It was renumbered 1642 on May 21, 2002, and retired on September 30, 2002. It was sold as First Union Rail 2906 and sold as NRE 2906.
2911, GP50, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1980, #786257-12, FN 786257-12, as C&NW 5061. It was assigned UP 908, Class GP50, in June 1995 and became 5518 on July 23, 1996. It was retired on November 30, 2002, and sold as FURX 2911. It was sold as NREX 2911 and sold as Minera Carbonifera Rio Escondido SA de CV 2911.
2924, GP50, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1980, #786257-25, FN 786257-25. It was assigned UP 918, Class GP50, in June 1995, and became 5528 on February 10, 1997. It was renumbered 1628 on May 28, 2002, and retired on September 30, 2002. It was sold as FURX 2924 and sold as NREX 2924. It was rebuilt as Burlington Northern Santa Fe 3208, Class GP25, in 2016.
2937, GP50, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1980, #786257-16, FN 786257-16, as C&NW 5065. It was planned as UP 912 but it became UP 5522, Class GP50, on September 9, 1997. It was planned as 1622 but retired on November 30, 2002. It was sold as FURX 2937 and resold as NREX 2937, It sold to CCKX, Inc as FMIX 37.
2939, GP50 was built by Electro-Motive in July 1980, #786257-40, FN 786257-40, as C&NW 5089. It was assigned as UP 924, Class GP50, in June 1995 and became UP 5547 on August 19, 1997. It was retired on November 26, 2002, and sold as FURX 2939. It was sold as NRE 2939 and sold as Fort Worth & Western RR 2011 "Miss Etta" in August 2006.
2941, GP50, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1980, #786257-42, FN 786257-42, as C&NW 5091. It was assigned as UP 932 in June 1995 and became UP 5555 on February 5, 1997. It was retired on November 30, 2002, and sold as FURX 2941. It was sold as NRE 2941 and sold as FWWR 2010 "Trinity" in January 2006.
