700 was built in March 1963, #28342, FN 7655-1, as Soo Line RR 700. It became Wisconsin Central Ltd 700 in 1987 and put in storage in July 2001.  It was donated to  Lake Superior Railroad Museum by Canadian National RR.

703 was built in March 1963, #28323, FN 7654-3, as Soo Line RR 703. It became WCLtd 703 in 1987.  It went to Colfax (WI) Railroad Museum.

704 was built in April 1963, #28324, FN 7654-4, as Soo Line RR 704.  It was sold as WCLtd 704 in October 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

706 was built in April 1963, #28326, FN 7654-6, as Soo Line RR 706. It became WCLtd 706 in 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

707 was built in April 1963, #28327, FN 7654-7, as Soo Line RR 707. It became WCLtd 707 in 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

708 was built in April 1963, #28328, FN 7654-8, as Soo Line RR 708.  It became WCLtd 708 in 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

709 was built in April 1963, #28329, FN 7654-9, as Soo Line RR 709. It became WCLtd 709 in 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

710 was built in April 1963, #28330, FN 7654-10, as Soo Line RR 710. It became WCLtd 710 in 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

711 was built in April 1963, #28331, FN 7654-11, as Soo Line RR 711. It became WCLtd 711 in 1987. It was retired by Canadian National on November 27, 2001,and sold at an auction to Hillard Enterprises on July 11, 2002. It was sold to Railway Service Contractors as MJRX 711 and leased as Crystal Valley Coop.

713 was built in May 1963, #28333, FN 7564-13, as Soo Line RR 713. It became WCLtd 713 in 1987 and scrapped by Larry's Truck Equipment Co.

715 was built in May 1963, #28335, FN 7564-15, as Soo Line RR 715. It became WCLtd 715 in 1987.   It was  given by Ed Burkhart to Soo Line Historical & Technical on September 18, 1993.  It was then and donated to the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

716 was built in May 1963, #28336, FN 7564-16, as Soo Line RR 716. It became WCLtd 716 in 1987.  It was retired in 1995 and scrapped.

719 was built in June 1963, #28339, FN 7564-19, as Soo Line RR 719. It became WCLtd 719 in 1987 and scrapped by Sadoff Iron & Metal.

721 was built in June 1963, #28341, FN 7564-21, as Soo Line RR 721. It became WCLtd 721 in 1987.  It was retired in 1994 and scrapped.

2251 was built in April 1963, #28308, FN 7653-5, as Chicago & North Western 814. It was retired on December 12, 1988, and sold to Fox River Valley RR as 814 on January 12, 1989.  The FRV was merged in August 1993 by WCLtd as 814.  It was renumbered 2251 in July 1998.  It was sold to Hilliard Enterprises and resold to National Ry Equipment Co as NREX 2251.

2252 was built in April 1963, #28309, FN 7653-6, as C&NW 815. It was retired and sold as FRV 815. It became WCLtd 2252 in July 1998. It was sold as Northern Illinois & Wisconsin 2252 and renumbered 815.

2253 was built in April 1963, #28314, FN 7653-11, as C&NW 820. It was retired on December 12, 1988, and sold to FRV as 820 on January 12, 1989.  It became WCLtd 2253 and sold to Western Rail Inc as WRIX 2253.
