Northern Pacific 1 "Minnetonka", was built by Smith & Porter in 1870, #84. It was numbered 320 and sold to Ainsworth & Simpson Lumber Co in 1886. It was sold to Port Blakely Mill Co in 1889 and sold as Polson Brothers Logging Co "Old Betsy" in 1895. It became Polson Logging Co and retired in 1928. It was purchased and restored by NP 1933 and numbered 1 "Minnetonka". It was consoldated with Burlington Northern and loaded to LSRM in June 1975.
1, RDC2, was built by Budd in May 1951, #5420, as New York Central M-480. It became Penn Central 80 in 1969 and rebuilt in August 1973 as National Railway Passenger Corp 34. It was sold as Alaska RR 712 in 1987 and sold to Eagle Cove Camp & Conference in 2009. It was sold to NSSRR in 2012 and lettered as Duluth Missabe & Iron Range 1.
Hallett Dock Co 11, H10-44, was built by Fairbanks Morse in September 1946, #L1009, as Minnesota Western Ry 51. It became Minneapolis Northfield & Southern 11 in 1959 and sold to HDCo as 11 in 1977. It was preserved at LSRM.
Great Northern 192, NW5, Class RS-2, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1946, #3485, FN 687-7. It became Burlington Northern 992, Class NW-5, in 1970 and retired in July 1982. It was sold to Colorado & Eastern RR as 992 in August 1982, It was sold to Iowa Southern Ry as 992 and then to Council Bluffs & Ottumwa Ry as 992. In 1991 it became Council Bluffs Ry 991 and sold to LSRM. It was restored as GN 192, Class RS-2, in 1995.
Duluth Missabe & Iron Range 193, SD18, Class RS-6, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1960, #25797, FN 5616-13. It was rebuilt with a low short hood in 1991 and donated to the LSRM in May 1998.
Duluth Missabe & Iron Range Ry 227, Class M-3, was built by Baldwin in 1941, #62533. It was donated to LSRM in May 1975.
Northern Pacific 245, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1956, #21090, FN 5454-2. It became BN 1868, Class GP-9, in 1970 and assigned as BNSF 1620, Class GP-9. It was sold to Independent Locomotive Service as ILS 1382 in December 1996. It was acquired by LSRM in 2019 and restored as NP 245,
Great Northern 400, SD45, Class SD-45, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1966, #31598, FN 7871-1. It became Burlington Northern 6430, Class SD-45, in 1970 and retired in November 1985. Since it was named "Hustle Muscle" and it was the first 3600 HP locomotive, it was given to the LSRM and restored.
Companhia Carris de Ferro de Lisboa 530 was built by CCFL in 1924. It was sold to LSRM in 1978. along with car 531.
CCFL 531 was built by CCFL in 1924. It was sold to LSRM in 1978 and resold as The Whitehorse Trolley in 1999.
652, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1950, #11121, as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 1505. It was renumbered 95 in 1958 and retired on May 9, 1989. It was sold to Wilson Ry in July 1989 and sold as Chicago & Central Pacific 1600 in 1989. It was retired in April 1991 and sold as NSSRR 652 in May 1991. It was sold as Independent Locomotive Service 1380 and leased as Minnesota Northern RR 1380.
Soo Line RR 700 was built in March 1963, #28342, FN 7655-1. It was sold as Wisconsin Central Ltd 700 in October 1987 and put in storage in July 2001. It was donated to LSRM by Canadian National RR.
Erie Mining Co 7243, S12, was built by Baldwin in October 1956, #76125, as 403. It was renumbered 7243 in 1970 and became LTV in 1985 but there was no lettering. It was acquired by LSRM.
Minnesota Power & Light Co No number, 45 Ton II-C2, was built by General Electric in May 1952, #31536. It was donated to
LSRM in 2003.
No number, Model 40, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1941, #1302, FN E381-2, as United States Rubber Co.. It was sold as Penn Dixie Cement Co no number and resold to CHS Farm Co-Operative. It went to LSRM.
