1, S1, Class D-6, was built by Alco in June 1940, #69196. Later it became Wabash RR 2, Class D-6, in 1961 and later retired.
1, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1949, #10111, FN 6005-1, as Central Indiana RR 1. It was sold to Naparano Iron & Metal in March 1972 and sold to NIPS. It was sold to Acme Steel Corp as LO-15.
2, 110 Ton Battery Gas Electric, was built by General Electric in September 1926, #10035 and tested as Chicago & North Western 10035. It was then sent asChicago Milwaukee & St Paul 10001. It was sold to Commonwealth Edison as State Line Generating Co 1 and transferred as Chicago District Generating 1. It was transferred as NIPS 2. It was later scrapped.
96, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1968, #33996, FN 7109-17, as Southern Pacific 2509, Class ES415-2. It was sold as NIPS 96.
No number, 45 Ton, was built by Porter in April 1942, #7374, for United States Navy.

#72656-2, FN 72656-2. It became Amax WG2 and later sold as RCL 2.

7546, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1956, #20990, FN 5447-4, as New York Central 5977, Class DRS-9d. It was renumbered 7377, Class ERS-17, in 1966 and became Penn Central 7377, Class ERS-17, in 1968. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7377, Class GP-9, in April 1976 and rebuilt by Precision National Corp as 7546, Class GP-10, in 1978. It was sold as Ohio Central RR 7546 and resold as QTS 7546.
100 was built by Vulcan Iron Works in November 1922, #3313 as Sturm & Dillard Co 100. It was sold as SBS&G 100 in October 1946. It was donated to Scottsdale Club in 1970 and sold to Cleon Miner in 1977.
No number, SL136, was built by General Electric in October 1978, #41104, as Chicago & North Western 1198, SL144. It was returned to General Electric on November 15, 1981. It then went to Burlington Northern as 1100, Class SL136, and then was sold in February 1984 to SIE&G where it has no number. It was sold to Larry's Truck & Electric Co as LTEX 602 in November 1998 and renumbered 530.

415, 44 Ton, was built by General Electric.
Squaw Creek Coal Co.
Squaw Creek Coal operated a haulage line in southern Indiana between Boonville and Yankeetown on the Ohio River. The first power were second hand units from Precision National Corp.
9842 RSD15, was built by Alco in June 1960, #83578, as Atchison
Topeka & Santa Fe 842 Class 800. It was renumbered 9842 Class
9800, in 1970, and sold to Precision National Corp in 1975. They sold it to
SCCCO as 9842 in 1975. It later became Peabody
Coal Co 9842 and then was sold to Indiana
Hi-Rail as 9842 in 1988. It was soon renumbered 442. It was sold to Austin
& Texas Central as 442 in 2000.
9843, RSD15, was built by Alco in June 1960, #83579, as AT&SF 843,
Class 800. It was renumbered 9843, Class 9800, in 1970, and sold to Precision
National in 1975. They sold it to SCCCo as 9843 in 1975. It later became Peabody
9843 and then was sold to IHR as 9843 in 1988. It was soon renumbered 443. It
became A&TC 443 in 2000, but is leased from a private owner.
In 1986, the Alcos were replaced with an unmatched pair of U33Cs. They
were as follows:
3809 was built by General Electric in April 1970, #37392, as Southern Ry. 3809 It became SCCCo 3809 in March, 1986. It was rebuilt in 1994.
5752 was built by General Electric in August 1971, #37989, as Burlington
Northern 5752, Class U33C. It was sold to SCCCo as 5752 in December,
1986.
The company is now part of Peabody Coal Co.

203, SD9, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1955, #20446, FN 5394-2, as Central
of Georgia 203, Class DF-3.It was sold to Algers

as CG 204, Class DF-3. It was later sold as AW&W 204 and

40, SW9u, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1951, #12552, FN 4074-2, as Missouri Pacific 9171. It was renumbered 1233 in 1962 and came to Great Southwest RR about 1979. It was later returned to the MoPac and then rebuilt at Omaha on November 14, 1984, as Union Pacific 1270. It was retired on April 12, 1997, and sold to Nevada Industrial Switching in June 1997. It was then leased to North American Fly Ash Co as 1270. It became Mineral Solutions in June 1998 and sold as David J Joseph Co DJPX 1270 on September 1, 1999. It leased in January 2003. It was sold to Western Rail as WRIX 1270 and sold to Professional Locomotive Services as PLSX 1270 in May 2007. It was sold as SDI 40.
1231, SW9, was built by Electro-Motve in August 1951, #15129, FN 6333-10, as Houston Belt & Terminal RR 31. It was sold as Wisconsin Central Ltd 1231 in 1987 and sold to Larry's Truck Equipment as LTEX 1231. It was sold to Diesel Supply Inc as DLSX 1231 and sold as SDI 1231 in 2004.
8201, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1951, #13201, FN 5081-8, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2690, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in May 1976 as 2007, Class 2000, and sold Paducah & Louisville as 8201. It was sold as SDI 8201 in 2002.
Studebaker Corp.
1 was built by Alco-Schenectady in April 1922, #63274. It was sold as East St Louis Junction RR 18 in 1948 and sold as Chicago Gravel Co 18 in 1955. It was donated to Bensenville Park District in 1961.
1, 65 Ton, was built by General Electric in October 1943, #18012. It was sold as Jones & Laughlin Steel Corp Star Lake Mine 1 and sold as Florida Rock Industies HMO229.

100, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1965, #29783, FN 4473-4, as Missouri Pacific 1268. It became TBER 100 in June 1985 and later Chicago Rail Link 52. It was later sold as Parr Terminal RR 52.
101, SW8, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1952, #16633, FN 4185-13, as Chicago
Rock Island & Pacific 835. It became TBER 101 in 1987 and
later Central
Kansas Ry 101 in 1993.
6999, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1953, #18670, FN 5300-2, as Pennsylvania RR 8589, Class ES-15a. It was renumbered 6551, Class ES-15ax, in 1966 and Penn Central 6551, Class ES-15ax, in 1968. It was renumbered 6951 in 1970 and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 6999, Class SD-7, in April 1976. It later was sold by a leasor of 6999 at Madison RR for a short time. It then became TBER as 6999. It was sold as Terminal RR of St Louis 6999 and renumbered 1751. It was sold to Independent Locomotive Services as ILSX 1368.
Twin
Branch RR
This little known railroad was only a mile long at Mishawaka, IN It was built primarily to switch coal into the Twin Branch power plant of the Indiana & Michigan Electric Co. The first two locomotives were 0-6-0s purchased second hand from the connecting New York Central.
3, battery-electric was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in December 1928, #60687. Stored for a while and then retired.
4, battery-electric was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in December 1928, #60688. Stored for a while and then retired. It was then sent to the Indiana Transportation Museum.
5, 65 Ton, was built by General Electric in January 1950, #30042.
6, 65 Ton, was built by General Electric in May 1967, #36058.
Wabash & Erie RR
This was a spinoff from Indiana Hi-Rail.
216, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1957, #23362, FN 4393-3, as Baltimore & Ohio 9616, Class SE-6. It was reclassified as Class SW-1200 in 1965 and retired on May 12, 1987 and sold to Indiana Hi-Rail as 216 on August 17, 1987. It became W&E 216 on June 26, 1994, and sold as Redland Ohio Inc 216 in 1995. It was sold to Mobile Locomotive Services Inc as LOCX 216 in 2007.
310, C420, was built by Alco in November 1964, #3353-02, as Lehigh Valley 405, Class ASM-20. It became Delaware & Hudson 405, Class C-420, and was later renumbered 422. It was sold as IHRl 310 in 1990 and became W&E 310 in 1997. It was sold as Delaware-Lackawanna 310 and renumbered 405.
1744, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1952,
#17005, FN 5170-6, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2778, Class 2650. It was rebuilt
in August 1980 at Cleburne as 2203, Class 2050. and sold as
IHR
344. It became W&E 344 and later sold as
Wabash & Ohio RR

234, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1965, #30004, FN 7779-1, as Terminal
RR of St. Louis 1234, Class E-12. It was sold to IHR as 234 and was

315, C420, was built in September 1966, #3467-10, as Louisville & Nashville 1315, Class C-420, It was sold as Indiana HiRail as 1315 in 1986 and later renumbered 315. It was taken by Wabash & Ohio 315 and sold to Fulton County RR 315 in 1998, It was sold as Vintage Locomotives, Inc 1315. It went to Southern Appalachian RR Museum.
316, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1960, #25704, FN 7583-17, as
325, C425, was built by Alco in July 1965, #3423-06, as Spokane Portland & Seattle 315. It became Burlington Northern 4255, Class C-425, in 1970 and was retired and sold to Chrome in August 1980. It then went as Kyle RR 4255 and later to Indiana Hi-Rail where it was renumbered 325. It later was taken over as W&O 325 and sold as Connersville & New Castle RR 325 in 1997. It was sold as Delaware Lackawanna 325 in 2004 and rebuilt as 2457.
327, C425, was built by Alco in June 1966, #3461-06, as SP&S 323. It became
BN 4263, Class
A-425, in 1970 and was sold to Chrome Locomotive in August 1980. It was then
sold to Kyle
as 4263 and later to IHR where it was renumbered 327. It later was taken over by
W&O.
334, C420, was built by Alco in August 1967, #3490-11, as Monon
RR 517. It became Louisville
& Nashville 1334, Class C-420, in August 1971 and was sold to IHR
as 1334 in 1986. It was later renumbered 334 before being taken over by W&O.
371, GP35, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1964, #28793, FN 7710-2, as Detroit Toledo & Ironton 351. It became Grand Trunk Western 6351 in January 1984 and sold as Indiana Hi Rail 371. It was sold as Wabash & Erie RR 371 and rebuilt as Lake State Ry 371 "Lake Erie", GP38M. It was rebuilt as 303, road slug.
504, also lettered for Georgia Southeastern, was ex Illinois Central.
3, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1960, #25564, FN 7583-4, as Great Northern 2003, Class GP-20. It became Burlington Northern 2003, Class GP-20, in 1970 and retired in August 1986. It was sold as Indiana Hi-Rail Corp 203 in December 1986 and became WBCR 3 in 1999. It was sold to Western Rail Inc as WRIX 3 in 2006 and upgraded it.
6, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1955, #20767, FN 5409-2, as Illinois Central 9129. It was rebuilt at Paducah in June 1974 as 8365 and sold to Trans-Mark Associates on September 29, 1998. It was sold as Wabash Central 6 in 1999.
12, GP9u, was built by
Electro-Motive in January 1956, #20788, FN 5409-33, as IC
9150. It was rebuilt at Paducah as 8150 in June
1970 and sold as Chicago Central & Pacific 1750.
1416 was built at West Milwaukee in April 1908 as Chicago Milwaukee & St Paul 1207, Class I-5a. It was renumbered 1416 in July 1938 and sold as WS&G 1416 on February 1, 1952. It was sold to Evansville Museum of Arts and Science in April 1966.
1 was built by Alco-Cooke in 1924, #65477, for stock. It was sold as James Stone Co 1 in April 1929 and resold as WIACo 1 in 1930. It was sold as Society for the Perpetuation of Unretired Railfans 1 in October 1966 and became Monticello & Sangamon Valley Ry, in April 1969.
210, 70 Ton, was built by General Electric in December 1946, #28566, as Calumet & Hecla Inc 210. It was sold to Marquette & Huron Mountain in May 1972 but it remained the original lettering and number. It was then sold as Central Wisconsin RR 210 in 1981 and sold as WVRR 210 in 1985.
509 was built by Baldwin in April 1913, #39553, as Louisiana & Arkansas 403. It was rebuilt as 509 in 1928 and sold as Louisiana Midland Ry 509 in 1945. It was transferred as South Shore Ry 509 and transferred as Rapides Gravel Co 509. It became Mid-State Materials Inc and it was sold to George Silcott Co in 1966. It was sold to John Thompson in 1968 and resold to J David Conrad in October 1971. It was resold to Larry Spreckelmeier in December 1973. It was leased to WVRR in 1974 and sent to Tennessee Valley RR Museum in 1982. It was sold to Cookeville (TN) Depot Museum in 2002 and displayed as Tennessee Central Ry 509.
Yankeetown Dock Corp.
1, H12-44, was built by Fairbanks Morse in August 1953, #12L776, as Fairbanks Morse & Co 76. It was sold as YDC 1 in May 1954 and sold as North Carolina Ports RR 1801 in March 1996. It was sold as Red Springs & Northern 1801 in 2005.
2, H12-44, was built by Fairbanks Morse in March 1956, #12L1024. It was sold as NCPR 1802 in March 1996 and sold as Ohio Central RR 1802 in 2004. It went to Age of Steam Roundhouse.
3, H12-44. was built by Fairbanks Morse in April 1957, #12L1109, as Ayrshire Collieries Co 1. It was sold as YDC 3 and sold to CLC-Chattahoochee Locomotive Works for parts.
22, SD38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1978, #776049-1, FN 776049-1. It was sold as Cumberland Mine RR 22 in 1995.
