Electro-Motive GP20 Diesels
2003, Class GP-20, was built in April 1960, #25564, FN 7583-4, as Great Northern 2003, Class GP-20. It became BN 2003, Class GP-20, in 1970 and retired in August 1986. It was sold as Indiana Hi-Rail Corp 203 in December 1986 and became Wabash Central RR 3 in 1999. It was sold to Western Rail Inc as WRIX 3 in 2006 and upgraded it.
2015, Class GP-20, was built in May 1960, #25703, FN 7583-16, as GN 2015, Class GP-20. It became BN 2015, Class GP-20, in 1970, and retired in August 1985. It was sold to Smith Brothers in October 1985 and then as Kyle RR 2170. It was later sold as Arizona Eastern Ry 2170.
2016, Class GP-20, was built in May 1960, #25704, FN 7583-17, as GN 2016, Class GP-20. It became BN 2016, Class GP-20, in 1970, and retired in August 1986. It was sold as IHR 316 in December 1986 and became Wabash & Ohio 316.
2019, Class GP-20, was built in November 1960, #26287, FN 7594-2, as GN 2019, Class GP-20. It became BN 2019, Class GP20, in 1970, and retired in October 1981. It was sold to D&IRR as 3 in November 1981. It was sold as Northern Plains RR 2280 in April 2012.
2023, Class GP-20, was built in November 1960, #26291, FN 7594-6, as GN 2023, Class GP-20. It became BN 2023, Class GP-20, in 1970, and retired in December 1985. It was sold to Smith Brothers in February 1986 and then as Kyle 2171.
2031, Class GP-20, was built in December 1960, #26300, FN 7594-15, as GN 2031, Class GP-20. It became BN 2031, Class GP-20, in 1970 and Burlington Northern Santa Fe 2051, Class GP-20, in May 1998. It was retired in November 1999.
2033, Class GP40-2, was built in December 1960, #26302, FN 7594-17, as GN 2033, Class GP-20. It became BN 2033, Class GP-20, in 1970 and traded in to General Electric in June 1982.
2035, Class GP-20, was built in December 1960, #26293, FN 7594-8, as GN 2035, Class GP-20. It became BN 2035, Class GP-20, in 1970 rebuilt by Generation II Locomotive in March 1990 as BN 2005, Class GP20C. It was returned as GLLX 2005 in April 1993 and leased as Twin Cities & Western 2005. It was transferred as Red River Valley & Western RR 2005 "Charles N Clay".
2037, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26572, FN 7598-1, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 901. It became BN 2037, Class GP-20, in 1970 and rebuilt by GIILocomotive in March 1990 as BN 2009, Class GP20C. It was returned as GLLX 3516 in April 1993 and leased as TC&W 3516.
2039, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26574, FN 7597-2, as CB&Q 903. It became BN 2039, Class GP-20, in 1970 and sold for scrap to Southwestern Railroad Car Parts on February 4, 1986.
2041, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26576, FN 7597-4. as CB&Q 905. It became BN 2041, Class GP-20, in 1970 and rebuilt by GIIL in October 1989 as BN 2001, Class GP20C. It was returned as GLLX 2001 in April 1993 and leased as TC&W 2001. It was transferred as RRVW 2001.
2042, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26577, FN 7597-5, as CB&Q 906. It became BN 2042, Class GP-20, in 1970 and rebuilt by GIIL in February 1990 as BN 2008, Class GP20C. It was returned as GLLX 2008 in April 1993 and leased as TC&W 2008.
2043, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26578, FN 7597-6, as CB&Q 907. It became BN 2043, Class GP-20, in 1970 and totaled at Maquon, IL, on May 24, 1972.
2044, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26579, FN 7597-7, as CB&Q 908. It became BN 2044, Class GP-20, in 1970 and retired in September 1994.
2045, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26580, FN 7597-8, as CB&Q 909. It became BN 2045, Class GP-20, in 1970 and retired in April 1987. It was sold to Precision National Corp in September 1987 and sold as LTV Steel Mining Co 7261. It was renumbered 4208 and sold as Port Terminal RR of South Carolina 4208.
2047, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26582, FN 7597-10, as CB&Q 911. It became BN 2047, Class GP-20, in 1970 and wrecked on September 20, 1986. It was scrapped.
2048, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26583, FN 7597-11, as CB&Q 912. It became BN 2048, Class GP-20, in 1970 and BNSF 2052, Class GP-20, in August 1998. It was retired in November 1999.
2049, Class GP-20, was built in February 1961, #26584, FN 7597-12, as CB&Q 913. It became BN 2049, Class GP-20, in 1970 and BNSF 2053. Class GP-20, in November 1998. It was retired in November 1999.
2057, Class GP-20, was built in April 1961, #26592, FN 7597-20, as CB&Q 921. In 1970 it became BN 2057, Class GP-20, and retired on January 31, 2000. It was sold as Pioneer Rail Equipment 2057.
2058, Class GP-20, was built in April 1961, #26593, FN 7597-21, as CB&Q 922. In 1970 it became BN 2058, Class GP-20, and retired on February 21, 1997.
2060, Class GP-20, was built in April 1961, #26595, FN 7597-23, as CB&Q 924. It became BN 2060, Class GP-20, in 1970 and retired in May 1987. It was sold to Precision National Corp in August 1987 and sold as LTV 4207. It was sold as PTR 4207 and became South Carolina Public Rys as SCRX 2005.
2064, Class GP-20, was built in April 1961, #26599, FN 7957-27, as CB&Q 928. In 1970 it became BN 2064, Class GP-20, and retired in July 1986.
