Electro-Motive SD7 Diesels
6999, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1953, #18670, FN 5300-2, as Pennsylvania RR 8589, Class ES-15a. It was renumbered 6551, Class ES-15ax, in 1966 and Penn Central 6551, Class ES-15ax, in 1968. It was renumbered 6951 in 1970 and became Conrail 6999, Class SD-7, in April 1976. It later was sold by a leasor of 6999 at Madison RR for a short time. It then became Terre Haute Brazil & Eastern as 6999. It was sold as Terminal RR of St Louis 6999 and renumbered 1751. It was sold to Independent Locomotive Services as ILSX 1368.
