1000-1999

 

1001, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1955, #21519, FN 7526-8, as Seaboard Air Line RR 1917, a GP9.  It became  Seaboard Coast Line 1016 in July 1967 and rebuilt at Uceta in 4617 in 1980.  It became  Seaboard System as 4617 in January 1983 and renumbered 1717 in 1984.  It became CSX Transportation 1717, Class GP-16 in April 1986.  It was sold as Louisville & Indiana RR 1717 and sold as South Kansas & Oklahoma 1717.  It was transferred as WAMX 1001 and assigned as Kansas & Oklahoma 1001.

1004, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive  in June 1953, #18555, FN 5288-2, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2850, Class 2650.  It was rebuilt at Cleburne in August 1982 as 2017, Class 2015, and sold to National Railway Equipment in January 1997.  It was sold to Midwest Locomotive  as MWLX 2017 in 1999 and sold as WAMX 1004 in 2008.

1202, NW2u, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1947, #4585, FN E813-3, as MKT 1028. It was renumbered 9 in 1958 and rebuilt by Electro-Motive in December 1960. It was sold to Watco as 9. It went to ISCX as 9 and later to Watco as 1202.

1203, S12u, was built by Baldwin in September 1951, #75506, as MKT 1202.  It was renumbered 34 in 1959 and rebuilt by Electro-Motive on December 13, 1959.  It was sold to Watco as 19 in May 1989 and later renumbered 1203. It was scrapped in 2005.

1205, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1957, #22750, FN 4379-2, as Northern Pacific 148.  It became Burlington Northern 207, Class SW-12, in 1970 and sold as WATX 207.  It was renumbered as WAMX 1205.

1209, SW1200RS, was built by General Motors in October 1958, #A1508, FN C249-29, as Canadian Pacific 8128, Class SW1200RS.  It was retired in 1997 and sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 1209 in 1999.  It was sold to RailCanTech on February 4, 2002.

1211, SSB1200, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1951, #13828, FN 6214-B1, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2419A, Class 2418, TR4B.  It was renumbered 1419A, Class 1418, on August 23, 1974, and retired on April 9, 1979.  It was rebuilt as 1245, Class 1214. SSB1200, on August 27, 1979, and retired on April 30, 1985.  It was sold as Cooperative Farm Chemicals 1245 on May 1, 1985, and retired on June 16, 1989.  It was sold Kansas City Power & Light Co 6813 in August 1991 and sold as WAMX 1211.

1213, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1964, #29248, FN 4463-10, as  Kansas City Terminal Ry 79, Class 70.  It was sold as Gateway Western  79 in 1994 and renumbered 1204 in 1995.  It was sold as WAMX 1213.

1501, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1972, #4508-29, FN 4508-29, as Southern Pacific 2619, Class ES415-4.  It was retired and sold to Helm Leasing Corp on November 10, 1995.  It was leased as Union Pacific 1012 on September 17, 1986 and renumbered Y1012 on May 1, 2001.  It was returned to Helm on April 7, 2003, as HLCX 1012 and sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 1501.

1502, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1966, #31708, FN 7881-1, as Reading Co 2750, Class SW-14 .  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9589, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and became Norfolk Southern PRR 2233.  It was sold to to Motive Power Industries as MPEX 2233 and sold as WAMX 1502.

1503, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1973, #72649-3, FN 72649-3, as Pittsburgh & Lake Erie 1538, Class ES-15.  It was sold as Chicago Missouri & Western 1538 and renumbered 1503.  It became Gateway Western 1503 in 1990 and sold as WAMX 1503.

1504, MP15, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1974, #74645-1, FN 74645-1, as St. Marys RR 504.  It was sold as WAMX 1504 in June 2006.

1505, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1973, #73603-1, FN 73603-1, as Kentucky & Indiana Terminal RR 80.  It became Southern Ry 80 in 1982 and sold as HLCX 1016 in June 1996.  It was sold as WAMX 1505.

1506, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1968, #33989, FN 7109-10, as Southern Pacific 2502, Class ES415-2. It became  Union Pacific 1031 on June 4, 1998 and was renumbered Y1031 on July 15, 2001. It was retired on April 7, 2003, and returned to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 1031.  It was sold as WAMX 1506.

1507, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1972, #4508-25, FN 4508-25, as SP 2615, Class ES415-4.  It was sold as HLCX 1507 and sold as WAMX 1507.

1509, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1968, #33995, FN 7109-16, as SP 2508, Class ES415-2.  It was sold as Gateway Western Ry 1507 and sold as HLCX 1509.  It was sold as WAMX 1509.

1510,  SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1969, #35288, FN 4564-3, as New Orleans Terminal 2335.  It became Southern Ry 2335 and became Norfolk Southern 2335, Class SW1500.  It was sold to Helm Leasing in June 1997 and rebuilt at Metro East Industried as UP 1030, Class SW1500, on February 6, 1998.  It renumbered Y1030 on May 7, 2001, and retired on April 7, 2003.  It was returned to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 1030 in June 1996.  It was sold as WAMX 1510.

1511, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72603-1, FN 72603-1, as Jefferson Warrior RR 51.  It became WAMX 1511 in 2009.

1512, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72603-2, FN 72603-2, as JEFW 52.  It became WAMX 1512 in 2009.

1514, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1969, #35286, FN 4564-1, as Southern 2333.  It became NS 2333, Class SW1500, and sold as HLCX 1514.  It was sold as WAMX 1514.

1515, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72603-3, FN 72603-3, as JEFW 53.  It became WAMX 1515 in 2009.

1516, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1972, #72603-4, FN 72603-4, as JEFW 54.  It became WAMX 1516 in 2009.

1517 SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1972, #7355-9, FN 7355-9, as Penn Central 9518, Class ES-15.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9518, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and sold as CSX Transportation 1071, Class SW1500, in 1999.  It was sold to Locomotive Leasing Partners as LLPX 215 and sold as WAMX 1517.

1518, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1972, #7355-32, FN 7355-32, as PC 9541, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9541, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and later as CSX 1076, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 173 and sold as Watco 1518.

1519, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1969, #35066, FN 7181-3, as Reading 2763, Class SW-14.  It became Conrail 9613, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and became CSX 1098, Class SW1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 174 and sold as WAMX 1519.

1520, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1971,  #37063, FN 7292-6, as PC 9505, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9505, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and as CSX 1069, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold  as LLPX 178 and sold as WAMX 1520. 

1521, SW1500, was built by Electro-Notive in February 1972, #7355-2, FN 7355-2, as PC 9511, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9511, Class SW-1500, in April 1976, and as CSX 1070, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 179 and sold as WAMX 1521.

1522, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1972, #7355-17, FN 7355-17, as PC 9526, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9526, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and sold as CSX 1072, Class SW1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 180 and sold as WAMX 1522.

1523, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1970, #36381, FN 7262-1, as PC 9223, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail as 9584, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and as CSX 1090, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 181 sold as WAMX 1523. 

1524, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1972, #7355-39, FN 7355-39, as PC 9548, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9548, Class SW-1500. in April 1976 and sold as CSX 1079, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 206 and sold as WATX 1524.

1525, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1966, #31716, FN 7881-9, as Reading Co 2758, Class SWE-14.  It became Conrail 9597, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and became CSX 1094, Class SW1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 207 and sold as WAMX 1525.

1526, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1969, #36155, FN 7245-1, as General Motors Corp 111. It was sold as Indianapolis Union RR 29 and became Conrail 9607, Class SW-1500, in April 1976.  It was sold to Locomotive Leasing Partners as LLPX 208.  It was sold as Watco as WAMX 1526.

1527, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1969, #35069, FN 7181-6, as Reading 2766, Class SWE-14.  It became Conrail 9616, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and became CSX 1099, Class SW1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 209 and sold as WAMX 1527.

1528, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1972, #72671-3, FN 72671-3, as IUR 32.  It became Conrail 9610, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and sold as LLPX 210.  It was sold as WAMX 1528.

1529 SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1972, #7355-49, FN 7355-49, as PC 9558, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9558, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and sold as CSX 1081, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 212 and sold as WAMX 1529.

1530, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1972, #7355-50, FN 7355-50, as PC 9559, Class ES-15.  It became Conrail 9559, Class SW-1500, in April 1976 and sold as CSX 1082, Class SW-1500, in 1999.  It was sold as LLPX 213 and sold as WAMX 1530.

1532, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1967, #33129, FN 7997-7. as Southern Pacific 2469, Class ES415-1.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co and sold as Birmingham Southern RR 353.  It was sold as WAMX 1532.

1533, SW1500, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1970, #36486, #4584-2, as Minnesota Transfer Ry 306.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 306 and sold as BSRR 354.  It became  WAMX 1533.

1534, SW1504, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1973, #712675, FN 712675, as Nacionales de Mexico 8807, Class DE-34.  It became Class E-73-1500HP, and sold as David J Joseph Co 8807.  It was renumbered 1506 planned as Cleveland Works Ry 1506 but traded to Larry's Truck Electric  as LTEX 1506.  It was sold as BSRR 360 and became WAMX 1534 in 2013.

1582, MP15N was built by Electro-Mptove in January 1976, #75629-20, FN 75629-20, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 453, Class 15E-S. MP15AC , and later became  Soo Line RR 1519 in 1985. It was retired on April 1, 1991, and later became Union Pacific 1415, Class MP1515AC, on August 10, 1993. It became UP Y1415 on August 26, 2001, and rebuilt as Class MP15N.  It was sold as WAMX 1582.

1585, MP15DC, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1982, #817019-4, FN 817091-4, as Missouri Pacific 1359.  It became  Union Pacific 1359, Class MP15DC, on October 22, 1987, and renumbered Y1359 on January 8, 2003.  It was sold as WAMX 1585.

1586, MP15DC, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1982, #817019-18, FN 817019-18, as MP 1373.  It became UP 1373, Class MP15DC, on June 2, 1988, and was renumbered Y1373 on May 30, 2003.  It was sold as WAMX 1586.

1587, MP15DC, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1982, #827018-2, FN 827018-2. as MP 1377.  It became UP 1377, Class MP15DC, on December 17, 1992, and was renumbered Y1377 on November 8, 2002.  It was sold as WAMX 1587.

1588, MP15AC, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1980, #806026-4, FN 806026-4, as Missouri-Kansas-Texas 59.  It became UP 1396, Class MP15AC, on December 7, 1989, and was renumbered Y1396 on June 29, 2001.   It was sold  as WAMX 1588.

1589, MP15, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1976, #766000-2, FN 766000-2, as United States Steel Corp 967.  It was sold as LTEX 967 and later was rebuilt as 1502.  It was sold as BSRR 371.  It became WAMX 1589.

1595, MP15AC, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1975, #75625-18, FN 7562-518, as CMStP&P 483, Class 15E-2.  It later became Soo Line RR 1549 in 1985 and retired in December 2002.  It was sold to NRE and sold as WSOR 1505 in November 2007.  It became WAMX 1595.

1596, MP15AC, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1975, #75625-30, FN 75625-30, as CMStP&P 495, Class 15E-S.  It later became Soo Line RR 1561 in 1985 and retired in December 2002.  It was sold to NRE and sold as WSOR 1504 in November 2007.  It became WAMX 1596.

1597, MP15AC, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1975, #75625-11, FN 75625-11, as CMStP&P 476, Class 15E-S.  It became Soo Line 1542 in 1985 and retired in December 2002.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co and sold as WSOR 1503 in November 2007. It became WAMX 1597.

1598, MP15AC, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1975, #75625-10, FN 75625-10, as CMStP&P 475, Class 15 E-S.  It became Soo Line 1541 in 1984 and retired in December 2002.  It was sold to NRE and sold as WSOR 1502 in November 2007.  It became WAMX 1598.

1599, MP15AC, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1975, #75625-26, FN 725625-26, as CMStP&P 491, Class 15E-S.  It later became Soo Line RR 1557 in 1985 and retired in December 2002.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co and sold as WSOR 1501 in November 2007.  It became WAMX 1599.

1701, SW1000, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1971, #37393, FN 7309-6, as New Orleans Public Belt Ry 106. It was sold to Watco in October 1998 and was later renumbered 1701.

1st 1702, SW1001, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1974, #74642-1, FN 74642-1, as Birmingham Southern 225.  It became WAMX 1702 and traded as Fairfield Southern 225.

2nd 1702, SW1000, was built by Electo-Motive in August 1971, #37390, FN 7309-3, as NOPB 103.  It was sold to Watco in October 1998 and was later renumbered 1702.

1703, SW1000, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1967, #33186, FN 7070-1, as BS 10.  It was renumbered 210.  It became WAMX 1703.

1704, SW1000, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1969, #34473, FN 7143-2, as BS 13,  It was renumbered 213.  It became WAMX 1704.

1706, SW1000, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1969, #34472, FN 7143-1, as BS 12.  It was renumbered 212.  It was transferred as FSRR 212 on February 1, 2013, and traded as WAMX 1706 in 2013.

1801, SD24m, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1959, #25365, FN 5602-A8, as Union Pacific 407, SD24.  It was sold to Precision National Corp in October 1977 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on February 12, 1980, as PNC 1848.  It was sold as Chicago & North Western  6844 on March 1982.  It was retired May 14, 1996, and sold to Helm Leasing Corp in February 1997.  It was sold as WATX 1801.

1802, SD24m, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1959, #25385, FN 5602-A28, as UP 427, SD24.  It was sold to PNC in October 1977 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen on January 18, 1980, as PNC 1852.  It was sold as C&NW 6647 on March 31, 1981.  It was sold as WAMX 1802.
