Carelton Trail Ry.

1004, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1955, #20164, FN 5378-18, as Illinois Central 9085. It was rebuilt at Paducah in March 1973 as Illinois Central Gulf 8120 later sold to MidSouth Rail as 8120. It was later renumbered 1004. It was sold to OmniTrax as 1004 in 1997 and transferred to CTRW as 1004.

1006, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1955, #20765, FN 5409-10, as IC 9127.  It was rebuilt at Paducah in January 1972 as ICG 8127 and later sold to MSR as 8127.  It was later renumbered 1006.  It was sold to OmniTrax as 1006 in 1997 and transferred to CTRW as 1006.  It was transferred as Central Kansas Ry 1006 in April 1999 and then Hudson Bay Ry 1006 in 2002.  It was transferred again as CTRW 1006 in 2004.

1020, GP9u, was built by General Motors in May 1956, #A729, C188-7, as Quebec North Shore & Labrador  140, Class DRS17.  It was sold as Bellequip Ltd  140 in 1971 and resold as Precision National Corp 140 in 1972.  It was sold and rebuilt at Paducah as IC 8276 in July 1972.  It was sold as MSR 8276 in April 1986 and renumbered 1020.  It was sold to OmniTrax as 1020 in 1997 and transferred to Carleton Trail Ry as 1020.

1025, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1957, #23828, FN 5533-29, as IC 9328.  It was rebuilt as ICG 8328 in April 1971 and sold as MSR 8328 in April 1986.  It was renumbered 1025 and was sold to OmniTrax as 1025 in 1997.   It was transferred to Carleton Trail Ry as 1025 in 1998 and then Central Kansas Ry 1025 in 1999.  It was then tansferred as Okanagan Valley Ry 1025 in 2001.

1064. GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1955, #20294, FN 5383-13, as IC 9115.  It was rebuilt by Paducah in June 1971 as IC 8115 and later sold as Gulf & Mississippi 8115.  It was later sold as MidSouth Rail 8115 and later renumbered 1064.  It was sold to Omnitrax as CTRy 1064 and transferred as Okanagan Valley Ry 1064 in 1998.  It was transferred as Central Kansas Ry 1064 in 2000 and then as Carlton Trail Ry 1064 in 2001.

3372, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1954, #19466, FN 5324-6. as Texas & New Orleans 405, Class DF-600.  It was renumbered Southern Pacific 3405, Class EF418-1, in 1966 and rebuilt as 3372, Class EF418E-2, on December 26, 1972.  It was sold as  OTRX 3372 and transferred as CTRW 3372.  It was transferred as Northern Ohio & Western Ry 3372.

3538, M420W, was built by Montreal in April 1974, #M6081-09, as Canadian National 2538, Class MR-20b.  It was renumbered 3538 in 1986 was retired on September 21, 1998.  It was sold as Hudson Bay Ry 3538 in 1998 and transferred as Carlton Trail Ry 3538 in 2001.  It was returned as Hudson Bay Ry 3538 in 2003.


Central Kansas Railway

101, SW8, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1952, #16633, FN 4185-13, as Chicago Rock Island & Pacific 835. It became Terre Haute Brazil & Eastern  101 in 1987 and later CKRy 101 in 1993.

351, GP35u, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1965, #29724, FN 7756-23, as Southern Pacific 7722, Class DF-625.  It was renumbered 6619, Class EF425-3, in 1965 and sold as CKR 6619.  It was renumbered 351 and transferred as Illinois Ry 3500.

381, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1977, #766065-1, FN 766065-1, as Illinois Terminal RR 2001. It became Norfolk & Western 4160 in November 1981 and sold to Georgetown RR as 4160 ln May 1992. It was then sold to CKR as 381 on April 3, 2000.

382, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive, June, 1977, #766065-2, FN 766065-2, as ITRR 2002. It became N&W 4161 in November, 1981. In May 1992, it went to the GRR as 4161. It became CKR 382 on April 3, 2000.  It was sold as Bighorn Divide & Wyoming RR 2001

383, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1977, #766065-3, FN 766065-3, as ITRR 2003. It became N&W 4162 in November 1981 and sold to GRR as 4162 in May 1992. It was then sold to CKRy as 383 on April 3, 2000.

904, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1957, #22965, FN 5516-54, as Southern Pacific 5783, Class DF-611.  It was renumbered 3624, Class EF418-7, and rebuilt as 3801, Class EF418E-3, on March 2, 1977.  It was sold to OmniTrax as Kansas Southwestern Ry 3801 in 1993 and transferred as CKRy 904.

2087, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1952, #17700, FN 6482-2, as AT&SF 2839, Class 2650.  It was rebuilt at Cleburne in January 1975 as 2087, Class 2050, and retired in January 1993.  It was sold to CKRy as 2087.

2105, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1953, #18908, FN 6526-13, as AT&SF 2891, Class 2650. It was rebuilt by Cleburne in March 1977 as 2105, Class 2050, and later was sold to OmniTrax 2105 in October 1991. It was then sold to CKRy as 2105.

2179, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1950, #12198, FN 6156-3, as AT&SF 2652, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in December 1979 as 2179, Class 2050, and later was sold to OmniTrax 2179 in October 1991. It was then sold to CKRy as 2179 and renumbered 701.  It was transferred as Northern Ohio & Western Ry 701.

2199, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1953, #17015, FN 5218-A1, as AT&SF 2788, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in July 1980 as 2199, Class 2050, and later was sold to OmniTrax as CKRy as 2199 in January 1993.  It was resold as Grapevine Vintage RR 2199 in 2005.  

2500, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1951, #14303, FN 5089-12, as Chicago & North Western 1536.  It was rebuilt at Oelwein on October 20, 1980, as 4290. It was retired in 1993 and sold to OmniTrax in October 1993.  It was sold as Chicago Rail Link 29 and resold as Hudson Bay RR 2500 in 1997.  It was transferred as CKRy 2500 in 1999.

2502, GP35, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1964. #29569, FN 5669-19, as Southern Pacific 7483, Class DF-623.  It was renumbered 6595, Class EF425-2, and sold to Omnitrax.  It was leased as Northwestern Pacific 6595 in 1996 and returned as OMLX 6595 in 1996.  It was transferred as HBRy 2502 in 1997 and transferred as CKRy 2502 in 1999.  It was rebuilt as Kettle Falls International 2256, a GP38-3, in 2007 but never shipped to Washington.  It served to other lines owned by Omnitrax.

2505, GP20, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1962, #26949, FN 7611-7, as St Louis South-Western 816, Class Z20 B-B.  It was renumbered as 4046, Class EF420C-2, in 1966 and rebuilt in 1974 as 4135, Class EF420C-1.  It was sold as Hudson Bay Ry 2505 in 1997 and renumbered as CKRy 2505 in 1999.  It was stored in 2003.

2507, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1951, #13330, FN 5074-25, as St Louis-San Francisco 597.  It was sold to Precision National and operated as PNC 597. It was sold in March 1980 as C&NW 4459 on April 24, 1980, and sold to OmniTrax in 1994.  It was leased as CTEX  4459 and returned to OmniTrax in 1996.  It was rebuilt as Hudson Bay RR 2501 and transferred as CKRy 2507.  It was again transferred as HRBy 2507 in 2001.

3042, GP35, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1965, #29967, FN 7776-4, as Denver & Rio Grande Western 3042, Class DE B-B 62. It was later reclassified EF425D-2 and retired in December 1993 and sold to OmniTrax in January 1995.  It was leased as GWR 3042 and assigned as CKRy 3042.  It was transferred as OMLX 3042 in August 2002 and rebuilt to GP38-3 as Panhandle Northern RR 2254 in February 2004. 

3332, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1956, #21343, FN 5436-25, as Southern Pacific 5650, Class DF-607.  It was renumbered 3483, Class EF418-6, in 1966 and rebuilt in November 1971 as 3332, Class EF418E-2.  It was sold as Kansas City Southwestern RR 3332 and transferred as CKRy 3332.  It was transferred as OmniTrax as 3332.

4284, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1951, #14309, FN 5089-18, as Chicago & North Western 1542. It was rebuilt at Oelwein on September 2, 1980, as 4284. It was sold to OmniTrax on June 1993 as CKRy 4284 and later sold to PNR as 4284.

4398, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1954, #19121, FN 5320-31, as Union Pacific 235. It was retired in April 1977 and sold to Precision National Corp. It was then sold to Chicago & North Western and became 4398 on August 25, 1977. It was retired on December 20, 1989, and sold to GE Railcar Services. It was later sold to OmniTrax and later CKRy 4398.

6334, GP35, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1964, #28890, FN 7695-56, as Southern Pacific 7463, Class DF-623. It was renumbered 6575, Class EF425-1, in 1966 and then rebuilt in 1979 as 6334, Class EF425N-1. It was later sold to CKRy as 6334.

Great Western Ry. of Iowa

714 "Kira", GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1950, #13162, FN 5054-4, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2658, Class 2650.  It was rebuilt at Cleburne in October 1973 as 2001, Class 2000.  It was sold as Great Western Ry 714 in March 1989 and later became CBRy 714.

992, NW5, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1946, #3485. FN E687-7, as Great Northern 192, Class RS-2.  It became Burlington Northern 992, Class NW-5, in 1970 and retired in July 1982.  It was sold to Colorado & Eastern RR as 992 in August 1982,  It was sold to Iowa Southern Ry as 992 and then to Council Bluffs & Ottumwa Ry as 992.  In 1991 it became CBRy 991 and sold to Lake Superior Railroad Museum.  It was restored as GN 192, Class RS-2, in 1995.

994, NW5, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1946, #3487, FN E687-9, as GN 194, Class RS-2. It became BN 994, Class NW-5, in 1970 and retired in July 1982. It was sold to C&ERR as 994 in August 1982. It was sold to IaSoRy as 994 and then to CB&ORy as 994. In 1991 it became CBRy as 991.

2510, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1953, #18250, FN 5271-2, as Chicago & North Western 1637.  It was rebuilt at Oelwein on July 12, 1979, as 4484 and retired in 1992.  It was sold to OmniTrax and rebuilt as Hudson Bay Ry 2510.  It was transferred as CBRy 2510.
