Maryland Port Authority

114, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1940, #1021, FN E295-2, as Lehigh Valley RR 114, Class BB-4.  It was reclassified Class DS-2 and traded in to Alco.  It was sold as MPA 114 and transferred as Ocean City Western 114 in August 1973.  It was stored in 1974 and sold as Wilmington & Western 114.


Maryland Transportation Commission

61, 80 Ton, was built by General Electric in September 1943, #18023, as United States Army 7873.  It was sold as MTC 61.


Mount Airy Cold Storage Co.

8411, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive on August 14, 1940, FN E324-12, #1109, as Baltimore & Ohio 211, Class DS-3.  It was reclassified Class DS-3E in 1943 and renumbered 8411, Class SE-1, in 1957.  It was sold as Winchester & Western RR 8411 in 1964 and resold as MACS 8411 in 1985.  It was transferred as Chambersburg Cold Storage 8411 in 1995.

9007, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive on March 12, 1942, #1853, FN E513-1, as Philadelphia Bethlehem & New England 220.  It was renumbered 11 in April 1948 and was transferred as Upper Merion & Plymouth RR 11.  It was renumbered 9007 and sold as MACS 9007.


Ocean City Western Ry.

97 was built by Baldwin Locomotive in November 1925, #58797, for stock.  It was sold as VA Hospital 1000 in February 1932.  It was transferred as U S Army Quartermaster Corps 5631 and transferred as U S Army 6932.  It was sold as Mobile & Gulf 97 in 1948 and sold as OCW 97 in 1975.  It was sold to French Lick West Baden & Southern in December 1978 but only stored.

114, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1940, #1021, FN E295-2, as Lehigh Valley RR 114, Class BB-4.  It was reclassified Class DS-2 and traded in to Alco.  It was sold as Maryland Port Authority 114 and transferred as OCW 114 in August 1973.  It was stored in 1974 and sold as Wilmington & Western 114.


Patapsco & Back River RR

105, SW900m, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1936, #618, FN E149-2, SC, as South Buffalo Ry 52.  It was transferred as Steelton & Highspire RR 33.  It was rebuilt by Electro-Motive as S&H 22, SW900m, and trasferred as P&BR 105.  It was sold as Bethlehem Steel Co 7.

108, 600 HP, was built in February 1935 by General Electric, #11653, and Electro-Motive, #516, as Delaware Lackawanna & Western 425.  It was sold as P&BR 108 in 1946 and transferred as Steelton & Highspire 28 in December 1957.  It was scrapped in December 1964.

111, SW900, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1936, #617, FN E149-1 as SB 51, SC.  It was transferred as Philadelphia Bethlehem & New England 207 in 1937 and transferred as P&BR 106 in December 1945.  It was transferred as S&H 27 and rebuilt by Electro-Motive in September 1955, #617, FN 7524-1, SW900, as P&BR 111.

112, SW9, was built by Electro-Motive in 1951.

129, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1956, #22083, FN 4354-3.  It was transferred as Cambria & Indiana RR 41 and later transferred as Philadelphia Bethlehem & New England 94.

134, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1956, #22272, FN 4361-5.  It was transferred as C&I 44 and later transferred as Steelton & Highspire RR 79.

155, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1940, #1088, FN E321-1, as Philadelphia Bethelem & New England 12. It was rebuilt by Electro-Motive in June 1956 and sent to the Cornwall RR 12. In 1963 it went to P&BR as 155. It was sold to Whisler Equipment Co in 1966 and resold to Iowa Electric Light & Power Co as 52 that same year.

331, VO1000u, was built by Baldwin in January 1944, #70132, as Canton RR 30.  It was sold as P&BR 331 on December 22, 1953.  It was rebuilt and later resold as Canton 32 in 1975.

332, VO1000, was built by Baldwin in January 1944, #70133, as Canton 31.  It was sold as P&BR 332 on December 22, 1953.

337, DS44-1000, was built by Baldwin in March 1948, #73571.  It was sold as Knox & Kane RR 337 in 1982.

345, S12, was built by Baldwin in September 1951, #75234.  It was sold as Indiana & Ohio Ry 345 in 1983 and renumbered 92 in 1983.  It was scrapped.


Walkersville Southern RR

(440), 44 Ton, was built by General Electric in September 1940, #12911, as Great Northern 5201.  It was renumbered 51 in 1943 and sold to Iron & Steel Products Co on January 17, 1948.  It was sold thru Bateson-Stolte to A J King Lumber Co as Smoky Mountain Ry 440 on December 30, 1954.  It was stored after January 16, 1961, by White Transfer & Storage Co and sold to WSRR on December 6, 2017.


Western Maryland Scenic RR

734 was built by Baldwin in April 1916, #43105, as Lake Superior & Ishpeming 18.  It was renumbered 34, Class SC-1, in August 1923.  It was sold to Marquette & Huron Mountain RR as 34, Class SC-1, in July 1963 and sold to Illinois Railway Museum in 1971.  It was sold to WMSR in 1991 and restored as Western Maryland 734 in 1992.

199, RS3, was built by Alco in May 1954, #80735, as Boston & Maine 1508, Class DRS-1e.  It was retired in 1972 and leased to Erie Lackawanna between 1973 and 1974.  It was sold as Delaware & Hudson 1508 in 1974 and renumbered 2nd 4075 in 1976.  It was sold to an individual who leased it to Steamtown in 1984.  It was sold in auction to Ray Kammert in 1988 and leased as WMSR 199 in 1989.  It was resold as Chesaning Central & Owosso 1508 in 1999.  It was sold to Railroad Museum of New England in 2005.

305, FPA4, was built by Montreal in 1958, #83149, as Canadian National 6771, Class MPA-18b. It later was Via Rail Canada as 6771, Class MPA-18b, and sold as WMSR 305. It was sold in 1993 to Cuyahoga Valley Scenic RR and renumbered as 15. It was renumbered back to 6771

LTEX 450, F40-3, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1981, #807050-20, FN 807050-20, as National Railway Passenger Corp 380 380, F40PH.  It was sold as Canadian American RR 450 and sold to Larry's Truck Electric as LTEX 450.  It was leased as WMSR in 2018.

592, GP30, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1962, #27118, as Reading Co 5507, Class RSE-14.  It was renumbered 3607, Class RSE-14, in 1964.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 2175, Class GP-30, in April 1976 and sold as WMSR 2175.  It was renumbered 502.

1689, RSD5, was built by Alco in April 1954, #80861, as Chicago & North Western 1689.  It was sold on March 1, 1981, to Precision National Corp and resold to B&K Engineering Co.  It was then leased as Chicago Madison & Northern 1689 and then as Central Wisconsin RR 1689.  It was leased as Indiana Erie RR 1689 and then leased as WMSR 1689.  It was then leased as Northern Central Ry 1689 and then leased to Cuhahoga Valley Scenic Ry 1689.  It was returned as B&K 1689, and donated it to Illinois Railway Museum in June 2014.

5940, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1955, #20849, as Chesapeake & Ohio 5940, Class MRSE-17.  It was reclassified Class GP-9 in 1964 and became Western Maryland 5940, Class GP-9, in April 1976.  It was sold as WMSR 5940.  It was sold to Jack Showalter as Virginia Central 40 and leased to Shenandoah Valley RR.  It was sold as Durbin & Greenbriar Valley RR  40 in 2007 and renumbered back to 5940 in December 2017.
