Electro-Motive GP38 Diesels

2100, Class GP-38, was built in August 1970, #36676, FN 7274-11, as Baltimore & Ohio 4800, Class GP-38.  It was later 2100 and then became CSX 2100, Class GP-38, in 1987.  It was rebuilt as 9650, Class MOW, on May 22, 1995, and sold to Locomotive Leasing Partners as LLPX 2047 on May 31, 2000.

2101, Class GP-38, was built in August 1970, #36677, FN 7274-12, as B&O 4801, Class GP-38.  It was renumbered 2101 in 1986 and became CSX 2101, Class GP-38, in 1987. It was retired on November 18, 1994, and sold to Helm Atlantic on February 3, 1995.  It was rebuilt by Canada Wide Locomotive Services as HATX 108 on March 3, 1995, and sold to WATCo as WAMX 3819.

2103, Class GP-38, was built in August 1970, #36679, FN 7274-14, as B&O 4803, Class GP-38.  It was renumbered 2103 in 1986 and became CSX 2103, Class GP-38, in 1987.  It was retired on June 23, 1994, and sold to Helm Atlantic Corp on May 12, 1994.  It was rebuilt by VMV Enterprises in 1994 as Wheeling & Lake Erie 102 and retired on July 31, 1997.  It was leased as Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana 1152 in December 1997 and sold as Kansas & Oklahoma RR 1152 in May 2001.  It became as WAMX 3803 in 2009 and sold to Progress Rail Services as PRLX 3803.

2104, Class GP-38, was built in August 1970, #36680, FN 7274-15, as B&O 4804, Class GP-38. It was later 2104 and then became CSX 2104, Class GP-38. It was retired on January 22, 1996, and was later Helm Leasing Corp at 2104 in April 10, 1996. It was rebuilt as Union Pacific as 2416, Class GP38, on September 10, 1997, and renumbered 916 on January 30, 2004.

2105, Class GP-38, was built in September 1970, #36681, FN 7274-16, as B&O 4805, Class GP-38.  and became CSX 2105, Class GP-38.  It was wrecked and retired in November 1991.  It was rebuilt by NRE as GP38-2 and leased as C&NW 4705 in December 1991.  It was assigned as UP 2064 in May 1995, reassigned as UP 1904, and reassigned UP 370.  It became UP 404 on August 8, 2001, and retired on October 13, 2003.  It was sold to CIT Finanacial Group as CEFX 404.

2106, Class GP-38, was built in September 1970, #36682, FN 7274-17, as B&O 4806, Class GP-38.  It was later 2108 in 1986 and CSX 2108, Class GP-38, in 1987.  It was retired on May 26, 1993, and sold to C&F Locomotive Services on July 22, 1993.  It was sold thru Precision National Corp and sold as Grand Rapids Eastern RR 5106 in November 1993.  It was renumbered 3839 in 1999.

2107, Class GP-38, was built in September 1970, #36683, FN 7274-18, as B&O 4807, Class GP-38. It was later 2107 and then became CSX 2107, Class GP-38. It was retired on December 4, 1998, and was sold to LLP as 2010 in July 1999.

2112, Class GP-38, was built in September 1970, #36688, FN 7274-23, as B&O 4812, Class GP-38. It was later 2112 and then became CSX 2112, Class GP-38. It was retired in April 2000 and was sold to LLP as 2026 in February 2001.

2113, Class GP-38, was built in September 1970, #36689, FN 7274-24, as B&O 4813, Class GP-38. It was later 2113 and then became CSX 2113, Class GP-38. It was retired on January 22, 1996, and sold to Helm on April 10, 1996. It became Helm Atlantic 116 on February 1997 and then sold to Rail Link-Ottawa Valley 2002 in May 1997. It was renumbered 3872 in 2000.  It was sent to Juniata and rebuilt by Railpower Technologies in February 2013, #RP178-002, as Dallas Garland & NorthEastern 143, RP20BD.

2115, Class GP-38, was built in September 1970, #36691, FN 7274-26, as B&O 4815, Class GP-38. It was later 2115 and then became CSX 2115, Class GP-38. It was retired on January 21, 1997, and sold to Illinois Central on April 23, 1997. It was sold then to Helm Atlantic as 115 on October 24, 1997, It was sent to Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana 1154 in December in 1997 and returned to Helm as 1154 in June 2000. It went to Kansas & Oklahoma RR 1154 in May 2001 and as WAMX 3805.

2125, Class GP-38, was built in July 1970, #36671, FN 7274-6, as C&O 4825, Class GP-38.  It was renumbered 2125 in 1986 and became CSX 2125, Class GP-38, in 1987.  It was sold to Helm as HATX 118 and sold as TCM 1155 and resold as K&O 1155.  It was transferred to WATCO as WAMX 3806.

2127, Class GP-38, was built in August 1970, #36673, FN 7274-8, as C&O 4827, Class GP-38.  It was later 2127 and then became CSX 2127, Class GP-38.  It was sold as Locomotive Leasing Partners 2030.

2134, Class GP-38, was built in June 1970, #36317, FN 7257-5, as Louisville & Nashville 4004, Class GP-38.  It became Seaboard System 4004 in January 1983 and later renumbered as 6225 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2134, Class GP-38, and rebuilt as 2343, Class Road Slug.

2136, Class GP-38, was built in June 1970, #36319, FN 7257-7, as L&N 4006, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4006 in January 1983 and later renumbered as 6227 as 1984.  It later became CSX 2136, Class GP-38, and rebuilt as 2344, Class Road Slug.

2139, Class GP-38, was built in June 1970, #36322, FN 7257-10, as L&N 4009, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4009 in January 1983  and later renumbered as 6230 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2139, Class GP-38, and sold as Buffalo & Pittsburgh RR 2001.

2140, Class GP-38, was built in July 1970, #36323, FN 7257-11, as L&N 4010, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4010 and later renumbered as 6231.  It later became CSX 2140, Class GP-38, and sold as DSC 2140.  It was sold as Gateway Western 2140 in December 1996 and renumbered 2001.  It was assigned Kansas City Southern 1903 but rebuilt as slug GPTEB-C 402 in August 2009.

2141, Class GP-38, was built in June 1970, #36324, FN 7257-12, as L&N 4011, Class GP-38. It became SBD 4011 in January 1983 and renumbered as 6232 in 1984.  It later became CSX as 2141, Class GP-38, in April 1986 and later sold to North Carolina & Virginia as 5142.   It was renumbered 3843 in 1998 and transferred as Goderich-Exeter RR 3843 in 1999.

2147, Class CGP-38, was built in July 1970, #36339, FN 7257-18, as L&N 4017, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4017 in January 1983 and renumbered 6238 in 1984.  It became CSX 2147, Class GP-38, in April 1986 and sold to Helm Leasing as 2147.  It was rebuilt by Motive Power Industries at Boise on November 27, 1996, as Union Pacific 2405, Class GP38-3, on November 27, 1996. It was renumbered 905 on 13, 2001, and retired on November 26, 2007.  It was rebuilt by Coast Engine & Equipment in May 2008 as Savage Companies as SVGX 8616.

2149, Class GP-38, was built in July 1970, #36332, FN 7257-20, as L&N 4019, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4019 in January 1983 and renumbered 6240 in 1984.  It became CSX 2149, Class GP-38, in April 1986 and rebuilt by NRE as GP38-2.  It was leased as C&NW 4707 in December 1991 and became UP 406 on September 20, 2001.  It was retired on October 23, 2003, and sold as CEFX 406.

2150, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #35974, FN 7234-1, as L&N 4020, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4020 in January 1983 and renumbered 6241 in 1984.  It became CSX 2150, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold as Locomotive Leasing Partners 2150 and leased as Iowa Northern RR 3818. 

2151, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #35975, FN 7234-2, as L&N 4021, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4021 in January 1983 and renumbered 6242 in 1984.  It became CSX 2151, Class GP-38, in April 1986 and sold as LLPX 2151.  It was leased as IANR 3808.

2152, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #35976, FN 7234-3, as L&N 4022, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4022 in January 1983 and renumbered 6243 in 1984.  It was again renumbered 2152 and became CSX 2152, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold as LLPX 2159 and leased as IANR 3807. 

2153, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #35977, FN 7234-4, as L&N 4023, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4023 in January 1983 and later renumbered 6244 in 1984.  It was renumbered 2153 and became CSX 2153, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was rebuilt as Central Oregon & Pacific 5153 and then renumbered 3838 in 1998.

2154, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #35978, FN 7234-5, as L&N 4024, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4024 in January 1983 and renumbered 6245 in 1984.  It was renumbered 2154 and became CSX 2154, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold as LLPX 2153 and leased as IANR 3809.

2161, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37269, FN 7305-2, as L&N 4031, Class GP-38.  It later became SBD 4031 and was renumbered 6252.  It was again renumbered 2616 and then became CSX 2162, Class GP-38.  It was rebuilt as 2338, Class Road Slug.

2162, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37270, FN 7305-3. as L&N 4032, Class GP-38.  It later became SBD 4032 in January 1983 and renumbered 6253 in 1984.  It became CSX 2162, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold as Helm Atlantic as 175.

2163, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37271, FN 7305-4, as L&N 4033, Class GP-38. It later became SBD 4033 in January 1983 and renumbered 6254 in 1984. It became CSX 2163, Class GP-38, in April 1986. It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as 2163 and sold as Fort Worth & Western 2019 "Apache" in December 2009.

2166, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37274, FN 7305-7, as L&N 4036, Class GP-38.  It later became SBD 4033 in January 1983 and renumbered 6257 in 1984.  It was renumbered 2166 and became CSX 2166, Class GP-38 in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm as HATX 180.  It was sold to Independent Locomotive Service as ILSX 180 in 2008.

2167, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37275, FN 7305-8, as L&N 4037, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4037 in January 1983 and renumbered 6258 in 1984.  It was renumbered 2167 and became CSX 2167, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold as LLPX 2157 and leased as IANR 3802.

2168, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37276, FN 7305-9, as L&N 4038, Class GP-38.  It later became SBD 4038 in January 1983 and renumbered 6259 in 1984.  It was renumbered 2168 and became CSX 2168, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold to Helm as HATX 176.  It was sold to Progress Rail as PRLX 2010 in 2008.

2171, Class GP-38, was built in May 1971, #37630, FN 7305-12, as L&N 4041, Class GP-38. It later became SBD 4041 in January 1983 and renumbered 6232 in 1984.  It was renumbered 2171 and became CSX 2171, Class GP-38, in April 1986. It was sold to Helm as 2171 and rebuilt by Motive Power Industries in December 1996 as UP 2406 on December 4, 1996. It was renumbered 906 on October 25, 2001.

2172, Class GP-38, was built in June 1971, #37631, FN 7305-13, as L&N 4045, Class GP-38. It later became SBD 4045 in January 1983 and renumbered 6263 in 1984.  It became CSX 2172, Class GP-38, in April 1984 and later sold Helm Atlantic 177.

2173, Class GP-38, was built in June 1971, #37632, FN 7305-14, as L&N 4043, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4043 in January 1983 and renumbered 6264 in 1984.  It became CSX 2173, Class GP-38, in April 1984, and sold as LLPX 2160.

2175, Class GP-38, was built in June 1971, #37634, FN 7305-16, as L&N 4045, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4045 in January 1983 and renumbered 6266 in 1984.  It became CSX 2175, Class GP-38, in April 1984 and sold as Ohio Central RR 2175.

2177, Class GP-38, was built in June 1971, #37636, FN 7305-18, as L&N 4047, Class GP-38. It later became SBD 4047 in January 1983 and renumbered 6268 in 1984. It later became CSX 2177, Class GP-38, in Apil 1986. It was sold to Helm as 2177 and later rebuilt by Metro-East Industries in 1996 as Southern Pacific as 4873. It became UP 498 on October 8, 2002.

2179, Class GP-38, was built in June 1971, #37638, FN 7305-20, as L&N 4049, Class GP-38.  It became SBD 4049 in January 1983 and was renumbered 6270 in 1984.  It became CSX 2179, Class GP-38, in April 1986and sold to David J Joseph Co as JTPX 2002.  It was sold to Lone Star Locomotive Leasing LLC as LSLX 2002 on March 8, 2005.  It was sold to Larry's Truck Equipment and numbered 3810.  It was sold as Columbia & Cowlitz Ry 3810 in May 2012.

2180, Class GP-38, was built in April 1967, #33062, FN 5724-1, as Clinchfield RR 2000.  It later became SBD 6271 and renumbered 2180.  It became CSX 2180, Class GP-38, and renumbered as 9661, Class MOW.  It was sold to Locomotive Leasing Partners as LLPX 2050 and and sold to General American Transportation Co as GMTX 2671 in 2007.

2181, Class GP-38, was built in April 1967, #33093, FN 5724-2, as CRR 2001. It later became SBD 6272 and renumbered 2181. It then became CSX 2181, Class GP-38.  It was rebuilt by AMF as Connecticut Department of Transportation 6698 in 1996 as GP40-2H.

2182, Class GP-38, was built in April 1967, #33064, FN 5724-3, as CRR 2002.  It became SBD 6273 in January 1983 and renumbered 2182 in 1984.  It became CSX 2182, Class GP-38, in April 1976.  It was rebuilt as GP38-3 as National Railway Passenger Corp 720.

2183, Class GP-38, was built in April 1967, #33065, FN 5724-4, as CRR 2003. It later became SBD 6274 and renumbered 2183. It then became CSX 2183, Class GP-38. It later was rebuilt as CORP as 5183 and then renumbered 3828 in 1998.

2184, Class GP-38, was built in April 1967, #33066, FN 5724-5, as CRR 2004.  It was rebuilt by Electro-Motive in November 1973.  It became SBD 6275 in January 1983 and renumbered 2184.  It became CSX 2184, Class GP-38, in April 1986.  It was sold as Washington Central RR 2184 and resold as Columbia Basin Ry 2184 in 1996.

2186, Class GP-38, was built in April 1967, #33068, FN 5724-7, as CRR 2008. It later became SBD 6277 in January 1983 and then was renumbered 2186. It then became CSX 2186, Class GP-38, in April 1986.
