1639, Class 12E-S, was built in January 1954, #18760, FN 4241-3. It was renumbered 616 in 1959 and 704 in 1984. It became Soo Line RR 1209 in 1985 and rebuilt as a slug Canadian Pacific 1209 in 1995. It was not used and sold to Broadway Motors in December 1998.
1641, Class 12E-S, was built in January 1954, #18762, FN 4241-5. It was renumbered 618 in 1959 and sold to St Maries River RR as 502 in May 1980.
1642, Class 12E-S, was built in January 1954, #18763, FN 4241-6. It was renumbered 619 in 1959 and transferred to the Davenport Rock Island & North Western as 109 in October 1980.
2049, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20042, FN 4284-2. It was renumbered 601 in 1959 and transferred to the DRI&NW as 601.
2050, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20043, FN 4284-3. It was renumbered 602 in 1959 and transferred to the DRI&NW as 602 in October 1975. When the DRI was broken up in 1995, it became Canadian Pacific 331. In 1997 it was sold to I&M Rail Link as 14 and then was sold to Iowa Chicago & Eastern as 14 in 2002.
2053, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20046, FN 4284-6. It was renumbered 605 in 1959 and 702 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1207 in 1985 and rebuilt as slug CP 1000 in 1996.
2055, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20048, FN 4284-8. It was renumbered 607 in 1959 and 703 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1208 in 1985 and was retired in March 1986 and sold to Dakota Rail as 1208.
2056, Class 12E-S. was built in November 1954, #20049, FN 4284-9. It was renumbered 608 in 1959 and retired in March 1984. It was sold to Wilson Rail and sold as Georgia-Pacific Corp 101. It was resold to Rail Switching Service as RSSX 101.
2057, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20050, FN 4284-10. It was renumbered 609 in 1959 and was sold to Chrome Crankshaft in February 1984.
2059, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20052, FN 4284-12. It was renumbered 611 in 1959 and sold to DRI&NW as 611 in May 1980. It was renumbered 108 and became Soo Line 329 in 1995. It became CP 329 in 1997 and sold as IMRL 12 in 1997. It became IC&E 12 in 2002 and sold to Locomotive Specialists as LOSX 147. It was sold to Vali Commercial as 525.
2060, Class 12E-S,, was built in December 1954, #20053, FN 4284-13. It was renumbered 612 in 1959 and later as STMA 501 in May 1980.
2061, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20054, FN 4284-14. It was renumbered 613 in 1959 and later went to DRI&NW as 613. It was sold as National Ry Equipment Co 613 in 1995 and was leased to Geneva Steel in 1998.
2020, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20055, FN 4286-1. It was renumbered 625 in 1959. It was transferred as DR&NW 625 in March 1981 and sold as Canton RR 1201. It was renumbered 1203.
2022, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20057, FN 4286-3. It was renumbered 627 in 1959. It was retired and sold to Jarret Ranches Inc as 627 in April 1982 and later sold to Sisseton Milbank RR as 627.
2024, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20059, FN 4286-5. It was renumbered 629 in 1959 and 705 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1210 in 1985 and was retired in May 1986. It was sold to Pielet Bros. for scrap and then sold as Wisconsin & Southern 1202. It was sold as Indiana Box Car Co 1202 and resold as Diesel Locomotive Co LLC 1202.
2025, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20060, FN 4286-6. It was renumbered 630 in 1959 and sold to Chrome Crankshaft in April 1984. It was sold to Northwood Pulp & Timber Co in 1990 and numbered 103. It was sold as Meridian & Bigbee RR 1208.
2026, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20061, FN 4286-7. It was renumbered 631 in 1959 and 706 in 1984, It became Soo Line 1211 in 1985.
2027, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20062, FN 4286-8. It was renumbered 632 in 1959 and retired in June 1983. It was sold to Independent Locomotive Service Co in January 1984 and sold as Peavey Co 632 in 1984. It became Kalama Import Co 632.
2031, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20066, FN 4286-12. It was renumbered 636 in 1959 and 709 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1214 in 1985 and was retired in March 1986 and sold as Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority 52 in 1987.
2033, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20068, FN 4266-144. It was renumbered 638 in 1959 and sold to A O Smith Co. It was sold as Minnesota Commercial RR 200.
2035, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20070, FN 4286-16. It was renumbered 640 in 1959 and was transferred to DRI&NW as 640 in 1977. It was renumbered as 108 in October 1980. It was later sold to National Ry Equipment Co and then to A. E. Staley Co. at Decatur. IL
2037, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20072, FN 4286-18. It was renumbered 642 in 1959 and 711 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1216 in 1985 and became I&M Rail Link 15 in 1997. It was sold to IC&E in 2002 but never relettered. It was sold as Archer-Daniels-Midland 16.
2039, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20074, FN 4286-20. It was renumbered 644 in 1959 and renumbered 713 in 1984. It was transferred to Soo Line as 1218 in 1985. It was sold to I&MR as 16 in 1997 and became IC&E 16 in 2002.
2040, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20075, FN 4286-21. It was renumbered 645 in 1959 and sold to Chrome Locomotive in July 1984. It was sold to United States Navy 65-00631 in September 1987.
2042, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20077, FN 4286-23. It was renumbered 647 in 1959 and 715 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1220 in 1985 and retired in 1997.
2043, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20078, FN 4286-24. It was renumbered 648 in 1959 and sold to Seattle & North Coast 56 in April 1980. It was later sold to Coast Engine & Equipment in July 1985 and sold to National Railway Equipment. It was leased as Indiana Harbor Belt 2256 in 1995 and sold to IHB in 2008. It was retired in June 2011 and scrapped.
2045, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20080, FN 4286-26. It was renumbered 650 in 1959 and sold to Iowa RR as 11 in 1982.
2047, Class 12E-S, was built in November 1954, #20082, FN 4286-28. It was renumbered 652 in 1959 and 717 in 1984. It became Soo Line 1222 in 1985.
