5229, Class RS-3. was built in September 1950, #78305, as Erie RR 1007, Class MFSA-16. It became Erie Lackawanna 1007, Class MFSA-16, in 1960 and became Conrail 5229, Class RS-3, in April 1976. It was rebuilt as 9904, Class RS-3M, in December 1979 and retired on September 9, 1985.
5230, Class RS-3, was built in September 1950, #78306, as Erie 1008, Class MFSA-16. It became EL 1008, Class MFSA-16, in 1960 and in April 1976 it became Conrail 5230, Class RS-3.
5233, Class RS-3, was built in September 1950. #78311, as Erie 1013, Class MFSA-16. It became EL 1013, Class MFSA-16, in 1960 and in April 1976 it became Conrail 5233, Class RS-3.
5237, Class RS-3, was built in October 1950, #78320, as Erie 1017, Class MFSA-16. It became EL 1017, Class MFSA-16, in 1960 and in April 1976 it became Conrail 5237, Class RS-3. It was retired on October 27, 1976.

5265, Class RS-3, was built in March 1952, #79667, as DL&W 911. It became EL 1049, Class MFSA-16D-4, in 1960 and in April 1976 it became Conrail 5265, Class RS-3. It was rebuilt in September 1978 as 9999, Class RS-3M. It was later sold to DCL as 1201 and later as Md & Del 1201 in March 1989.
5266, Class RS-3, was built in March 1952, #79668, as DL&W 912. It became EL 1050, Class MFSA-16D-4, in 1960, and became Conrail 5266, Class RS-3, in April 1976. It was rebuilt as 9905, Class RS-3M, in December 1979, and sold as Metro North Commuter RR 605 in 1983.
5270, Class RS-3, was built in March 1952, #79672, as DL&W 916. It became EL 1054, Class MFSA-16D-4, in 1960 and in April 1976 it became Conrail 5270, Class RS-3. It was rebuilt in October 1979 as 9910, Class RS-3M. It was retired on April 9, 1985.

It was renumbered 5325, Class ARS-16, in 1966 and became Penn Central 5325, Class ARS-16, in 1968. It became Conrail 5325, Class RS-3, in April 1976 and rebuilt in September 1979 as 9916, Class RS-3M. It was retired on April 9, 1985.
5332, Class RS-3, was built in May 1952, #79893, as NYC 8332, Class DRSP-6g. It was reclassified Class DRS-6g. It was renumbered 5332, Class ARS-16, in 1966 and became Penn Central 5332, Class ARS-16, in 1968. It became Conrail 5332, Class RS-3, in April 1976 and rebuilt in April 1979 as 9933, Class RS-3M. It was retired on April 9, 1985.
5379, Class RS-3, was built in March 1953, #80243, as Central RR of New Jersey 1549, Class FPSD-46. It became Conrail 5379, Class RS-3, and rebuilt as 9931, Class RS-3M, in 1979. It was sold as West Jersey Short Line Inc 93 in 1985 and renumbered 7802. It became West Jersey RR 7802 and sold as Wabash & Grand River Ry 7802. It was sold as Fort Smith RR 7802 on November 8, 1991. It was transferred as Pioneer Railcorp 102 and later became Pioneer Industrial RR 102.
5380, Class RS-3, was built in March 1953, #80247, as CNJ 1550, Class FPSD-46. It became Conrail 5380, Class RS-3, in April 1976 and later retired.
5392, Class RS-3, was built in March 1953, #80237, as CNJ 1701, Class FPSD-53. It became Conrail 5392, Class RS-3, in April 1976 and later retired.

It was transferred as Lehigh Valley RR 211, Class ARS-16, in June 1970. It became Conrail 5487, Class RS-3, in April 1976. It was retired in April 1981 and stored. It was sold to Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum in April 1986. It was keased to Rochester & Southern RR for a year and restored as LV 211 in 1990/
5490, Class RS-3, was built by Alco in November 1950, #78368, as LV 216, Class DRS-2. It was reclassified Class ASM-16. It became Conrail 5490, Class RS-3, in April 1976 and rebuilt as 9990, Class RS-3M, in 1977. It was retired.
