Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum
9, RS1, was built by Alco in February 1950, #77849, as Chicago & Western Indiana 260. It was sold to Manufacturers Equipment Co and then to George R Silcott Co. It was then sold as Genesee & Wyoming44 in 1970 and resold as Eastman Kodak Co 9 in October 1971. It was donated to RGVRM as EK 9 in October 1997.
20 "Cmdr Peter Barry", RS1, was built by Alco in April 1949, #76797, as Lake Erie Franklin & Clarion 20. It was sold as Livonia Avon & Lakeville 20 in May 1972 and donated to RGVRM.
54, 80 Ton, was built by General Electric in August 1952, #31360, as United States Army 1654. It was transferred to Defense Logistic Agency as DLA 60628 and sold as RGVRM 54.
60 was built by Cincinnati Car Co in February 1917, #2130, as New York State Rys 60. It was served at Utica and transferred to Rochester. It became Rochester Transit Co 60 in 1937 and sold to Rail City in 1956. It went to Rochester Chapter NRHS in 1967 and went to RGVRM in 1998.
79, S4, Class ASM-10d,was built by Alco in May 1953, #80448, as New York Chicago & St Louis 79, Class ASM-10d. It became Norfolk & Western 2079 in 1965 and retired on December 6, 1974. It was sold to Naporano Iron & Metal and resold to George Silcott in June 1975. It was sold as Wyandotte Terminal RR 107 in 1976 and sold as RSA Leasing Co 17 in 1982. It was leased as Allegheny Southern Ry 17 in 1982 and sent to Ontario Midland in 1984 but not used. It was sold to RGVRM in 1987 and restored as NKP 79 in 1993.
211, RS3, was built by Alco in December 1953, #80580, as Pennsylvania RR 8445, Class ARS-16s. It was renumbered 5569 in 1966 and became Penn Central 5569, Class ARS-16s, in 1968. It was transferred as Lehigh Valley RR 211, Class ARS-16, in June 1970. It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 5487, Class RS-3, in April 1976. It was retired in April 1981 and stored. It was sold to RGVRM in April 1986. It was keased to Rochester & Southern RR for a year and restored as LV 211 in 1990/
1843, H12-44, was built by Fairbanks Morse in January 1953, #12L667, as United States Army 1843. It was acquired by RGVRM.
1941, 45 Ton, was built by General Electric in August 1941, #13057, as General Electric Corp 1. It was sold as Pittsburgh Allegheny & McKees Rocks 3 and sold as Groveton Paper Co 1. It was sold as Livonia Avon & Lakeville 97 in September 1964 and resold as Rochester Gas & Electric Cocno number in April 1965. It was donated to RGVRM as 1941 on September 9, 1991.
