010 was built by Holman in 1911 as Central California Traction Co 010. It was retired in 1944 and the body was acquired by WRM in 2000.
52 was built by American Car in 1903, #483, as San Jose-Los Gatos Ry 4 "Granger". It became Peninsular Ry 52 in 1909 and sold as a sewing room in 1934. It was rescued by WRM in 1969 and restored as 52 in 1976.
61 was built by American Car in 1903, #483, as SJ-LC 13, trailer. It became PRy 13 in 1909 and rebuilt as motor car 61 in 1910. It was retired in 1934 and the body was stored in a barn in San Jose. It was rescued bt WRM in 1969 and under restoration.
62 was built by American Car Co in November 1920, #1275, as San Diego Electric Ry 301. It was sold as Sacramento Northern 62 in August 1923 and went to WRM in 1948.
63 was built by Holman Car Co in 1904 as Petaluma & Santa Rosa Ry 63. It was retired in 1932 and the body was acquired by WRM in 1968. It was restored for service.
63 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1933, #1562, as San Francisco Napa & Calistoga Ry 100. It became San Francisco & Napa Valley RR in 1935. It was sold as Pacific Lumber Co 63 in 1943. It was preserved by Alton & Pacific later and then acquired by WRM in 1984.
100, interurban box motor, was built by McGuire-Cummings in 1922, as SFN&C 100. It became SN&NV in 1935. It was sold as PLCo 100 in 1942. It was preserved by A&P later and then acquired by WRM in 1984.
0109, rail grinder, was built by O'Brian & Sons in 1890 as Metropolitan Ry 109. It became United Railroad 109 in 1891 and rebuilt by Holman Car Co in 1900 as a dump car 0109. It was rebuilt as rail grinder in 1904 and became Market Street Ry 0109 in 1921. It became Municipal Railway of San Francisco 0109 in 1944 and later acquired by WRM.
111 was built by Cincinnati Car in June 1930, #3055, as Cincinnati & Lake Erie 110. It was sold to Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Ry in 1939 and kept the same number. In 1954 it was sold to an individual and stored at Emporia, KS, until 1973. It was then donated to BAERA at Rio Vista, CA. It has been restored as Crandic 111.
0130 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1903 as United Railroad 0130. It was burned on April 18, 1906, and rebuilt as 0130. .It became MSR 0130 in 1921 and Muni 0130 in 1944. It was acquired by WRM in 1973.
182A and 182B was built by Bethlehem Steel in 1937, as Key System 182A and 182B. It was retired in 1958 and preserved by Key Route Railway Association in 1959 and went to WRM in 1964.
186A and 186B was built by Bethlehem Steel in 1937, as Key System 186A and 186B. It was retired in 1958 and went to WRM in 1959.
187A and 187B was built by Bethlehem Steel in 1937, as Key System 187A and 187B. It was retired in 1958 and went to the Pacific Coast Chapter of the Railway & Locomotive Historical Society. It was later donated to the Western Railway Museum.
202 was built by Kuhlman Car in 1927, #924, as Interstate Public Service Co 263. It became Indiana RR 263 in 1930 and sold as Portland Electric Power 4001 in 1940. It became Portland Traction in 1944 and acquired by Northern California Electric Railway Museum Association in 1959. It went to WRM in 1960. It was restored as IRR 202.
226, Boat Car Class, was built by English Electric in August 1934 as Blackpool Transport Services 226. It was renumbered 601 in 1968 and sold to Bay Area Electric Assn in October 1971. It was planned to operate in San Francisco but it was delayed in a dock strike. It was sent to Western Railway Museum shortly. It was used in San Francisco between 1983 to 1985.
306 was built by Salt Lake Garfield & Western in 1922. It was acquired by Sons of the Utah Pioneers in 1959 and then by Heber Valley RR in 1980. It was finally acquired by WRM in 1993.
358 was built by American Car & Foundry in 1911, #5342, as Southern Pacific 613. It became Interurban Electric Ry 613 in 1934 and rebuilt as 358 in 1938. It was sold as U S Army 8074 in 1941 as a coach and became 104, a shed in 1946. It was sold to WRM in 1952 where the plan to restore as IER 358.
400 was built by Niles in 1910 as Salt Lake & Ogden Ry 403. The company was renamed Bamberger RR in 1917. It was rebuilt as 320 in 1919 and rebuilt as 400 in 1922. It was preserved by a private owner in 1952 and later to WRM.
457 was built by American Car & Foundry in 1911, #5841, as Interurban Electric Ry 332. It was sold as United States Maritime Commission 332 in 1942 and sold as Pacific Electric Ry 4637 in April 1944. It was rebuilt in 1947 as 457. It became Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority 1701 in 1958 and acquired as WRM as 457 in 1970.
561 was built by Gilbert Car Mfg Co in 1887, as Manhattan Ry 844. It was a trailer and rebuilt as a motor in 1903. It became Interborough Rapid Transit 844 in 1903 and became New York City Board of Transport 844 in 1940. It was sold to Richmond Shipyard Ry as 561 in 1943 and donated to Railway & Locomotive Historical Society in 1945 and donated to Western Railway Museum in 1965.
563 was built by Gilbert Car Mfg Co in 1887, as Manhattan Ry 889. It was a trailer and rebuilt as a motor in 1903. It became Interborough Rapid Transit 889 in 1903 and became New York City Board of Transport 889 in 1940. It was sold to RSRy in 1943 and donated to Railway & Locomotive Historical Society in 1945 and donated to Western Railway Museum in 1965.
751 was built byNiles Car in 1916 as Salt Lake & Utah RR 751. It was acquired by Western Railway Museum in 1949.
1001 "Champoeg" was built by Niles Car & Manufacturing Co in 1910, as Oregon Electric Ry 1001 "Champoeg" . It was sold as Pacific Great Eastern "Bridge River" in 1934 and preserved by Willamette Valley Electric Ry in 1956. It was sold in 1974 to WRM and restored as OERy 1001.
1001 was built by Oakland Traction Co in 1910, as San Francisco-Oakland Terminal 1001. It became Key System 1001 in 1923. In 1958 it acquired by Westerm Railway Museum and relettered as SFOT 1001.
1003 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1939, #1619, as Municipal Ry of San Francisco 1003. It was acquired by Western Railway Museum in 1961.
1005 was built by Holman Car Co. in 1912 as Oakland Antioch & Eastern Ry 1005. In 1920 it became San Francisco-Sacramento RR 1005, and in 1923 it became SN 1005. Key System renumbered the car as 495 when it was purchased from Hyman-Michaels Co., a scrap dealer, in March, 1942. It had been retired when the SN abandoned passenger service in July, 1941. 495 has been preserved by WRM as Sacramento Northern 1005 since they acquired it in 1951.
1011 was built by OTCo in 1906. It was acquired by WRM in 1958.
1014 was built by Hammond Car Co in 1897 as Piedmont & Mountain View Electric Ry 140. It was taken over by Oakland Traction in 1899 and became SF-OT 228 in 1912. It was rebuilt as Key 1014, a wrecker, in 1928. The body was acquired by WRM in 1963.
1016 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1951, #1675, as Municipal Ry of San Francisco 1016. It was acquired by WRM in 1982.
1018 was built by Siemens-DuWag in 1983 as San Diego Metropolitan Transit 1018.. It was acquired by WRM in 2014.
1019 was built by Hall-Scott Motor Car Co in 1913 as OA&E 1019. It was a trailer and rebuilt as a motor car in 1915. It became SF-S 1019 in 1920 and SN 1019 in 1928. It was renumbered as MW301 in 1941 and demotorized as MW81 on November 11, 1947. It went to Western Railway Museum in 1962.
1020 was built by Hall-Scott Motor Car Co in 1913, as OA&E 1020. It was a trailer and rebuilt as a motor car in 1915. It became SF-S 1020 in 1920 and SN 1020 in 1928. It was renumbered as MW302 in 1941 and went to WRM in 1962.
1043 was built by Brill Car Co in 1908 , #16482, for Metropolitan Street Ry 191. It became New York Rys 191 in 1911 and became Third Avenue Ry 436. It was sold as San Diego Electric Ry 1043 in June 1942 and went to BERA in 1947.
1153 was built by St Louis Car Co in 1946, #1655, as St Louis Public Service Co 1742. It was sold as Municipal Ry of San Francisco 1153 in 1957 and acquired by WRM in 1982.
1201 was built by Carter Brothers Car Co in 1895 as California Ry 21, coach trailer. It became Oakland Traction 21 in 1899 and San Francisco Oakland & San Jose in 1903. It became SF-OT 21 and rebuilt as 1201, line car in 1913. It became Key in 1915 and retired in 1958. It was acquired by WRM in 1958.
1215 was built by SF-OT in 1899 with no number known. It became Key 1215 in 1915 and was rebuilt in 1926. It was acquired by WRM in 1958.
1218 was built by Key System in 1929. It was acquired by WRM in 1963.
1258 was built by Boeing-Vertol in 1978 as Municipal Ry of San Francisco 1258. It was acquired by Western Railway Museum in 2002.
Bidwell was built by Niles Car in 1906 as Northern Electric 202. It was wrecked in 1913 and rebuilt as "Bidwell" in 1914. The body was sold to an individual in 1941 and went to WRM in 1978.
"San Francisco" was built by St Louis Car Co in 1901 #186 as San Francisco & San Mateo Electric Ry 61. It was rebuilt by United Railroad "San Francisco" in 1902 and Market Street Ry "San Francisco" in 1921, It became Municipal Railway of San Francisco "San Francisco" in 1944 and acquired by San Francisco Maritime Museum . It later was acquired by WRM.
