1000 was built as California Ry 10 about 1895. It was probably built by Ingler and Atkinson of Oakland. About 1900 the locomotive was rebuilt by Oakland Traction for freight service. Later the hoods were rebuilt and the cab was raised. It was used in construction work on the Bay Bridge. When Key sold off the Oakland Terminal in 1943, they kept the 1000, and it was scrapped in 1947.

1001 was built by Oakland Traction Co in 1910.  In 1958 it acquired by Western Railway Museum  in 1958 and relettered as SFOT 1001.

1011 was built by OTCo in 1906.  It was acquired by WRM in 1958.

1014 was built by Hammond Car Co in 1897 as Piedmont & Mountain View Electric Ry 140.  It was taken over by Oakland Traction in 1899 and became SF-OT 228 in 1912.  It was rebuilt as Key 1014, a wrecker, in 1928.  The body was acquired by WRM in 1963.

1201 was built by Carter Brothers Car Co in 1895 as California Ry 21, coach trailer.  It became Oakland Traction 21 in 1899 and San Francisco Oakland & San Jose in 1903.  It became SF-OT 21 and rebuilt as 1201, line car in 1913.  It became Key in 1915 and retired in 1958.  It was acquired by WRM in 1958.

1215 was built by SF-OT in 1899 with no number known.  It became Key 1215 in 1915 and was rebuilt in 1926.  It was acquired by WRM in 1958.

1218 was built by Key System in 1929.  It was acquired by WRM in 1963.
