Great Smoky Mountains RR
722, Class Ks-1, was built by Baldwin in October 1904. #24729, as Southern Ry 722, Class Ks-1. It was sold to East Tennessee & Western North Carolina as 208 in November 1952 and sold to Southern RR in December 1967. It was sold to Georgia Industrial Real Estate Co in February 1968 and leased to Tennessee Valley Ry Museum as Southern Ry 722 in 1968. It was later sold as Great Smoky Mountain RR 722 in December 2000.
1702 was built by Baldwin in September 1942, #64641, as U. S. Army 1702. It was purchased by Warren & Saline River RR in 1946 and was sold to Reader RR as 1702 in June 1964. It was then sold to Fremont & Elkhorn Valley RR as 1702 inAugust 1985 and then to GSMRR as 1702.
200, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1954, #19201, FN 5321-A71, as Union Pacific 200. It was sold to Rail Car Corp in May 1980 and sold to Dixie RR as 200 in August 1987. It became GSMRR as 200 in September 1988 and sold to Central RR of Indianapolis as 200 in 1993. It was renumbered 1755 in 1994 and sold as Indiana Transportation Museum 200.
210, GP35, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1963, #28625, FN 5657-11, as Norfolk & Western 210. It was retired in April 1991 and sold to Transdynamic Inc in January 1992. It was sold as GSMR 210 in 1992 and sold as Northern Plains RR 3510 in 2005. It was sold to J&L Consulting Ltd as JLCX 3510 and rebuilt as Coos Bay Real Link 1916, GP38-2 in 2019.
223, GP35. was built by Electro-Motive in March 1964, #29223, FN 5665-9,
as N&W 223. It was
retired in March 1991 and sold as GSMRR 223 in August 1991. It was sold as
NPRR 3511 in 2005 and sold to
711, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1954, #19104, FN 5320-14, as UP 218. It was sold to Precision National Corp in September 1976 and rebuilt as Chicago & North Western 4380 on May 2, 1977. It was retired on December 20, 1989, and returned to GE Railcar Services. It was sold to Railway Equipment Leasing Co and chop-nosed in April 1990. It was leased as GSMRR 711.
777, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1954, #19874, FN 5362-15, as UP 277. It was sold to Precision National Corp in September 1976 and rebuilt as C&NW 4382 on May 24, 1977. It was retired on December 20, 1989, and returned to GE Railcar Services. It was sold to Railway Equipment Leasing Co and chop-nosed in April 1990. It was leased as GSMRR 777.
1751, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1955, #19968, #FN 5367-4, as Texas & New Orleans 420, Class DF-604. It was renumbered Southern Pacific 3432, Class EF418-4, in 1966 and rebuilt as 3312, Class EF418E-1, in 1970. It was sold as Arizona Eastern RR 1751 in 1988 and transferred as San Joaquin Valley RR 1751. It was sold as GSMR 1751.
1755, GP9, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1956, #21359, FN 5436-41, as SP 5666, Class DF-607. It was renumbered 3499, Class EF418-6, in 1966 and rebuilt as 3397, Class EF418E-2, in 1974. It was sold as AZER 1755 in 1988 and transferred as SJVR 1755. It was sold as GSMR 1755.
637.
01490 was a Denver & Rio Grande Western caboose. It is now in tourist service on the GSMRR.
3753 was a Chesapeake & Ohio caboose.
999447 was an Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe caboose. It is now a passenger car on the GSMRR.
