No number, 35 Ton, was built by General Electric, December 1952, #31739, as West Tacoma Newsprint Co.  It became Boise Cascade Co and then became  RRFP.

Peter Replinger

16 was built by Alco-Brooks in March 1929, #67552, as Crossett Western Co 10.  It was sold as Hammond Lumber Co 16 in 1943 and taken over by Georgia Pacific in October 1956.  It was donated to City of Fortuna, CA, in 1966 and sold to Peter Replinger.  It was leased as Chelatchie Prairie RR 10 in 2002.

101, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1948, #5744, FN E941-2, as Spokane Portland & Seattle 41. It became Burlington Northern 594, Class NW-2, in 1970 and was retired in May 1982. It was sold on June 1982 to Pacific Transportation Services as 101 in June 1982 and later sold to Peter Replinger as 101. It was later sold to Mountain Diesel Corp as 101 and then Diesel Supply Co.

187, NW5, Class RS-2, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1946, #3480, FN E687-2, as Great Northern 187, Class RS-2.  It became BN 987, Class NW-5, in 1970 and retired in July 1982.  It was sold as Pacific Transportation Services 1001 in August 1982 and resold to Pete Replinger as 187.  It was sold as Oregon Pacific RR 187 and is stored.


Saginaw Timber Co.

2 was built by Baldwin in December 1912, #38967.   Her 44-inch diameter drivers produce great pulling power and flangeless center drivers allow for operation on tight curves found on logging railroads. 2 is an oil-burner, a preferred fuel for logging engines to eliminate hot cinders that could pose a fire hazard. 2 served several lumber companies. Northwest Lumber Co., 1914-1929; Polson Brothers Lumber Co., 1929-1948; Rayonier, 1948-1962) before going to the Cadillac & Lake City Ry in 1962. In June 1973 it went to the Kettle Moraine RR as 2 and then went to Mid-Continent Railway Museum in 1982. 2 was then restored to her 1912 as-built appearance with newly fabricated box headlights and tender toolboxes (she still uses her original tender). In 1999, 2 was repainted and subsequently relettered to represent her career for Polson Brothers from 1928 to 1948. As of August 2000, 2 is out service, receiving heavy boiler repairs to bring her to compliance with new Part 230 FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) regulations required in 2001.

5 was built by Baldwin in August 1928, #60602.  It was sold as Bloedel Stewart & Welch Ltd 6 in 1947 and transferred as MacMillan Bloedel Ltd 1006 in 1951.  It was scrapped.


St. Paul & Tacoma Lumber Co.

1 was built by Lime on May 22, 1907, #1917, as Phoenix Lumber Co 2.  It was wreck on May 11, 1921, and rebuilt by Holius Steel & Equipment Co.  It was sold  as Washington Lumber & Spar Co 2 on October 8, 1924, and sold through J A Porter on February 25, 1928, to StP&TCo 1.  It was scrapped.


Sauk River Lumber Co.

21 was built by Lima on January 19, 1907, #1810, for Hofius Steel & Equipment Co.  It was sold as Sultan Ry & Timber Co 21 and resold as SRLCo 21.  It was sold to Willamette Iron & Steel Works on July 28, 1926, and sold as Buffelen Lumber & Manufacturing Co 21.  It was sold to O W Brown Locomotive & Supply Co and sold as Alpine Lumber Co 21 on November 29, 1972.  It was sold as Security Timber Co 21 on May 17, 1929, and scrapped in June 1936.

23 was built by Willamette Iron & Steel Works on March 29, 1926, #22.  It was scrapped about 1941.


Seattle & North Coast RR

52, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1940, #1045, FN E298-7, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 1619, Class 6E-S.  It was renumbered 956 in 1959 and 869 in January 1973.  It was retired in April 1980 and sold as S&NC 52 in May 1980.  It was sold as Olympic RR 52 in 1988 and sold as Ballard Terminal RR 98 in 1998.

56, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1954, #20078, FN 4286-24, as Chicago Milwaukee St Paul & Pacific 2043, Class 12E-S. It was renumbered 648 in 1959 and sold to S&NC 56 in April 1980. It was later sold to Coast Engine & Equipment in July 1985 and sold to National Railway Equipment.  It was leased as Indiana Harbor Belt 2256 in 1995 and sold to IHB in 2008.  It was retired in June 2011 and scrapped.  .

101, F7A, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1960, #11066, FN 3042-A4, as Great Northern 274B, Class F-3-7-A. In 1970 it became Burlington Northern 610, Class F-7, and in 1981 it became S&NC 101.  It was sold as Daylight Locomotive Works 274 in 1994.

102, F7A, was built by Electro-Motive in January 1953, #17852, FN 3151-A2, as GN 464-A, Class F-3-7-A.  In 1970 it became BN  684, Class F-7, and sold as S&NC 102 in 1981. It was sold as Iowa Northern 102 in 1984 and later was sold as The Great Traverse Train 1950 in 1996.  It was sold to Central States Rail Associates Inc as CESX 1950 in February 2011.

103, F7A, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1950, #11073, FN 3044-A3, as GN 364-A, Class P-3-7-A.  It became BN 9726, Class P-7, in 1970 and renumbered 704, Class F-7, on May 7, 1976.  It later became S&NC as 103 in December 1980 and later IANR 103 in 1984.  It was sold as TGTT 1951 in 1996 and sold as CESX 1951 in February 2011.


Seattle Steel Co.

191, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1956, #21103, FN 4338-2, as Northern Pacific 132.  It became Burlington Northern 191, Class SW-12, in 1970 and retired in August 1986.  It was sold to General Metals Co in November 1986 and sold to Titan Rail Services in February 1987 as TANX 191.  It was sold as SEST 191 in March 1987.


Security Timber Co.

2 was built by Lima Locomotive Works in January 23, 1924, #3249.  It was resold as Snow Lumber & Shingle Co 2 on July 8, 1924, and sold as Shaw-Bertram Lumber Co 5 in April 1929.  It was sold to Klamath Locomotive & Machine Works Inc on October 14, 1937, and sold as Snellstrom Brothers Co 5 in 1938.  It was converted to burn wood in 1942 and became Long-Bell Lumber Co 5 on July 9, 1945.  It was donated to City of Longview, WA, in 1955.  It was removed from display and taken apart on March 1, 1998.  It was restored complete in 2005 and put on display under a new roof on October 15, 2003.

1st 7 was built by Baldwin in 1906, #10606, as Peninsular Rwy 1.  It was sold as STCo 7 and sold as Climax Mfg Co, 20.  It was sold as Alaska Engineering Commission 21 and became Alaska RR 21 in 1917.  It was retired in 1924 and scrapped in 1930.

2nd 7 was built by Lima in January 1924, #3248, was built for Phoenix Logging Co but cancelled.  Phoenix was taken over by Simpsom.  It was sold as SLCo 7 "Ed Elliot"  It was out of service in 1957 and donated to Shelton Chamber of Commerce in May 1959.

1202 "City of Montesano", SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1959, #25046, FN 4426-4, as Fort Worth & Denver 610.  It became Burlington Northern 259, Class SW-12, in January 1972 and retired in May 1983.  It was sold to Pacific Transportation Services in June 1983 and sold as STCo 1202 "City of Montesano" in September 1983.
