Diesel Locomotives

601, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1940, #1073, FN E310-3, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 9146.  It became Colorado & Southern 155 in June 1957 and transferred as FW&D 601 on April 28, 1959.  It became Burlington Northern 103, Class SW-1, in January 1972 and retired in December 1972.  It was sold to Northern States Power Co as NSPX 4 and donated to the Gopher State Railway Museum.

602, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1939, #994, FN E290-1.  It became BN 104, Class SW-1, in January 1972 and transferred as Walla Walla Valley Ry 104.  It was retired in April 1984 and sold as Hennisingen Cold Storage Co 55 in June 1984.  It was sold to  WATCo  as WATX 55.

604, SW1, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1942, #1864, FN E517-1.  It became BN 102, Class SW-1, in January 1972 and retired in August 1983.  It was sold for scrap to Joseph Simon & Sons in October 1983.

605, NW2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1946, #3923, FN E736-1.  It was renumbered 405 in 1970 and became BN 405, Class NW-2, in January 1972.  It was retired in May 1983 and sold for scrap to Southwest Railroad Car Parts in June 1983.

607, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1956, #25043, FN 4426-1.  It was renumbered 256, Class SW-12, in 1970 and became BN 256, Class SW-12, in January 1982.  It was retired in March 1983 and sold for scrap to Southwest Car Parts in April 1983.

609, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1959, #25045, FN 4426-3.  It became BN 258, Class SW-12, in January 1972 and retired in May 1983.  It was sold to Azcon Corp in June 1983.

610, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1959, #25046, FN 4426-4.  It became BN 259, Class SW-12, in January 1972 and retired in May 1983.  It was sold to Pacific Transportation Services in June 1983 and sold as Simpson Timber Co 1202 "City of Montesano" in September 1983.

701, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1950, #11050, FN 6017-2, as Great Northern 601, Class GP-7. It became BN 1501, Class GP-7, in 1970. It became FW&D as 701 and then was renumbered 1671, Class GP-7, in 1979. It went to BN 1671, Class GP-7, in January 1982. It was retired and sold to Southwest Ry Car Parts for scrap in April 1983.

702, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1950, #11051, FN 6017-3, as GN 602, Class GP-7.  It became BN 1502 in 1970 and assigned as FW&D 701 on January 15, 1972.  It was retired on March 13, 1979, and sold as Diesel Electric Service Corp  in March 1981.

703, GP7, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1950, #11052, FN 6071-4, as GN 603, Class GP-7.  It became BN 1503, Class GP-7, in 1970.  It became FW&D as 703 and then was renumbered 1673, Class GP-7, in 1979.  It was retired in July 1982 and sold as Iowa RR 1673.  It was sold to Precision National Corp in November 1987 and sold to Farmrail Corp.  It was marked as Grainbelt 8254.

751-A, F7A, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1950, #11331, FN 6126-A3.  It was traded in to General Electric in August 1968.

751-D, F7A, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1950, #11332, FN 6126-A4.  It was traded in to General Electric in August 1968.

850, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1953, #17121, FN 6468-1.  It was renumbered 6080, Class SD-7, in August 1979 and became BN 6080, Class SD-7, in January 1982.  It was retired in May 1983 and sold for scrap to Naporano Iron & Metal in July 1983.

852, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1953, #17123, FN 6468-3.  It was renumbered 6082, Class SD-7, in August 1979 and became BN 6082, Class SD-7, in January 1982.  It was retired in July 1983 and sold to Iowa as 6082 in July 1983.  It was sold to Precision National Corp in December 1987.

853, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1953, #17124. It was renumbered 6083, Class SD-7, in August 1979 and became BN 6083, Class SD-7, in January 1982. It was retired in July 1983 and sold to Iowa as 6083 in July 1983. It was later sold as Wyoming-Colorado RR 6083 in December 1987.

854, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1953, #17125, FN 6468-5.  It was renumbered 6084, Class SD-7, in August 1979 and became BN 6084, Class SD-7, in January 1982.  It was retired in July 1983 and sold to Iowa as 6084 in July 1983.  It was sold to Precision National Corp in December 1987.

858, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1953, #17921, FN 5249-1.  It was renumbered 6088, Class SD-7, in August 1979 and assigned BN 6088, Class SD-7, in January 1982,  It was retired in July 1983 and sold to Iowa as 6088 in July 1983.  It was sold to Precision National Corp in December 1987.

859, SD7, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1953, #17922, FN 5249-2.  It was renumbered 6089, Class SD-7, in August 1979 and became BN 6089, Class SD-7, in January 1982.  It was retired in July 1983 and sold to Iowa as 6089 in July 1983.  It was sold to Precision National Corp in December 1987.

9980-A "Silver Chief", E5A, was built by Electro-Motive on March 27, 1940, #1036, FN E278-A2.  It was wrecked in October 1960 and scrapped in November 1963.

9980-B "Silver Warrior", E5B, was built by Electro-Motive on March 27, 1940, #1038, FN E278-B2.  It was traded in to Electro-Motive in March 1968.

9981-A, E8A, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1952, #17440, FN 6458-A1.  It was sold to Precision Engineering Co on April 11, 1968, and sold as Seaboard Coast Line 524 in May 1968.  It was sold as National Railway Passenger Corp 230 in March 1972.

9981-B, E8A, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1952, #17441, FN 6458-A2.  It was sold to Precision Engineering Co on April 11, 1968, and sold as SCL 525 in May 1968.  It was sold as Amtrak 231 in March 1972.

9982-A "Silver Pilot", E5A, was built by Electro-Motive on February 27, 1940, #968, FN E278-A2, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 9911-A "Silver Pilot".  It was transferred as FW&D 9982-A "Silver Pilot" and transferred as Colorado & Southern 9952-A "Silver Pilot".  The name was removed later and traded in to Electro-Motive on March 15, 1958.  It went to Illinois Railroad Museum in November 1968 and repainted the name.  It was lettered as CB&Q 9911-A "Silver Pilot".
