Electro-Motive SW1 Diesels

70, Class SW-1, was built in September 1941, #1380, FN E436-1, as Great Northern 5103, Class SW-1. It was renumbered 77 in 1943 and became BN 77, Class SW-1, in 1970. It transferred to Walla Walla Valley Ry 77 and sold to Precision National Co on January 20, 1978. It was then sold to St Louis-San Francisco as 10 on March 10, 1979, and then became BN 70, Class SW-1, in December 1980. It was assigned as Burlington Northern Santa Fe 3300, Class SW-1, but was sold to U S Borax Co as 70.

82, Class SW-1, was built  in January 1950, #10120, FN E4027-3, as GN 82, Class SW-1.  It became BN 82, Class SW-1, in 1970, and retired in February 1982.  It was sold as Clarkland Quarry 82 in August 1982 and resold as Tulsa-Sapulpa Union RR 106.  It was sold as Transitank Car Corp 106 in 1988.

84, Class SW-1, was built in June 1939, #900, FN E259-4, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 9139. It became BN 84, Class SW-1, in 1970, and was transferred to Davenport Rock Island & North Western as 84 soon afterwards. It was retired in April 1984 and sold to ConAgra as 84.

85, Class SW-1, was built in June 1939, #901, FN E259-5, as CB&Q 9140.  It became BN 85, Class SW-1, in 1970 and sold as Potlatch Corp 85.  It was sold as Inman Service Co as ISCX 9140 and sold to Webb Asset Management as WAMX 107.

86, Class SW-1, was built in May 1940, #1068, FN E310-1, as CB&Q 9141. It became BN 86, Class SW-1, in 1970, and was transferred to DRI&NW as 86 soon afterwards. It was retired in April 1984 and sold to Wilson Ry Corp in October 1985. It was then sold to Potlatch Corp as 86.

88, Class SW-1, was built in May 1940, #1070, FN E310-3, as CB&Q 9143. It became BN 88, Class SW-1, in 1970, and was retired in July 1980 and sold to Joseph & Sons in July 1980. It was then sold to Denver Railway as 88.

91, Class SW-1, was built in June 1940, #1074, FN E310-7, as CB&Q 9147.  It became BN 91, Class SW-1, in 1970 and retired in August 1983.  It was sold to Midwest Locomotive in November 1983 and leased as Kansas City Power & Light Co 91.  It was returned as MWLX 91 and renumbered 1940 in 2010.

94, Class SW1, was built in February 1941, #1282, FN E375-3, as CB&Q 9150.  It became BN 94, Class SW-1, in 1970 and sold to Ladish Malting Co as LM-1.  It was sold to DRWY as 998.

102, Class SW-1, was built in August 1942, #1864, FN E517-1, as Fort Worth & Denver 604.  It became BN 102, Class SW-1, in January 1972 and retired in August 1983.  It was sold for scrap to Joseph Simon & Sons in October 1983.

103, Class SW-1, was built in June 1940, #1073, FN E310-6, as CB&Q 9146.  It became Colorado & Southern 155 in June 1957 and transferred as FW&D 601 on April 28, 1959.  It became BN 103, Class SW-1, in January 1972 and retired in December 1972.

104, Class SW-1, was built in December 1939, #994, FN E290-1, as FW&D 602.  It became BN 104, Class SW-1, in January 1972 and transferred as Walla Walla Valley Ry 104.  It was retired in April 1984 and sold as Hennisingen Cold Storage Co 55 in June 1984.  It was sold to  WATCo  as WATX 55.
