7000-7999

 

7006, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-16, FN 776053-16, as Burlington Northern 7006. It became BNSF 7006, Class SD40-2, on April 19, 2001.  It was retired in November 2008 and sold to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 7006.  It was sold as Norfolk Southern 3511, Class SD40-2, on January 25, 2014.

7009, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-19, FN 776053-19, as BN 7009, Class SD40-2. It became BNSF 7009, Class SD40-2, in October 1901. It was retired in November 2008 and sold as HLCX 7009.  It was scrapped in November 2012.

7010, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-20, FN 776053-20, as BN 7010, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7010, Class SD40-2, in May 2001 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7010 and sold as NS 3512, Class SD40-2, on December 13, 2013.

7014, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-24, FN 776053-24, as BN 7014, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7014, Class SD40-2, in 2001 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7014 and sold as Indiana  & Ohio RR 3488 in 2018.

7016, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-26, FN 776053-26, as BN 7016, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7016, Class SD40-2, in March 1999 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7016 and sold as NS 3513, Class SD40-2, on December 14, 2013.

7018, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-28, FN 776053-28, as BN 7018, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7018, Class SD40-2, in February 2002 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7018.

7022, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-32, FN 776053-32, as BN 7022, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7022, Class SD40-2, in August 2001 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7022 and sold as NS 3514, Class SD40-2, on December 7, 2013.

7027, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1977, #776053-37, FN 776053-37, as BN 7027, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7027, Class SD40-2, in March 2002 and retired in November 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7027 and sold as NS 3515, Class SD40-2, on December 5, 2013.

7046, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-18, FN 776057-18, as BN 7046, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7046, Class SD40-2, in September 2001.

7048, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776055-20, FN 776055-20, as BN 7048, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7048, Class SD40-2, in October 2001, and rebuilt as 1792 in March 2010.

7063, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #776057-1, FN 776057-1, as BN 7063, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7063, Class SD40-2, in May 2001, and retired in April 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7063 and sold as NS 3516, Class SD40-2, on December 27, 2013.

7065, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #776057-3, FN 776057-3, as BN 7065, Class SD0-2..  It became BNSF 7065, Class SD40-2, in October 2001, and retired on September 1, 2011.  It was sold as HLCX 7065 and sold.  It was sold as Norfolk Southern 3517, Class SD40-2, on January 14, 2014.

7071, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #776057-9, FN 776057-9, as BN 7071, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7071, Class SD40-2, in January 2001, and retired on September 1, 2011.  It was sold to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 7071.

7072, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #776057-10, FN 776057-18, as BN 7072, Class SD40-2.  It because BNSF 7072, Class SD40-2, in March 2001.

(7084), Class SD40-2, was built in October 1978, #786166-10, FN 786166-10, as BN 7084, Class SD-40-2. It was assigned BNSF 7084, Class SD40-2, and was returned to CIT Financial as CEFX 7084 in December 1999.

(7086), Class SD40-2, was built in October 1978, #786166-12, FN 786166-12, as BN 7086, Class SD40-2. It was assigned as BNSF but later sold to Helm Leasing as 6297.It was sold as NS 3525, Class SD40-2, on December 7, 2013.

(7099), Class SD40-2, was built in November 1978, #786166-25, FN 786166-25, as BN 7099, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned BNSF 7099, Class SD40-2, but sold as CEFX 7099 in December 1999.  It was sold as Terminal RR of St Louis 3004 in May 2012.

(7100), Class SD40-2, was built inn November 1978, #786166-26, FN 786166-26, as BN 7100, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7100, Class SD40-2, and sold as CEFX 7100 in December 1999.  It was rebuilt by Alstom as CEFX 3186.

7106, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1978, #786166-32, FN 786166-32, as BN 7106, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7106, Class SD40-2, in September 1999 and sold as CEFX 7106.  It was renumbered CITX 3020 and resold to Motive Power Resources as MVPX 3020.  It was sold to Alabama & Gulf Coast as AGR 3411.

(7113), Class SD40-2, was built in December 1978, #786166-39, FN 786166-39, as BN 7113, Class SD40-2. It was assigned BNSF 7113, Class SD40-2, but returned to CEFX as 7113 in December 1999.  It was rebuilt at Alstom as CEFX 3182.

(7115), Class SD40-2, was built in December 1975, #786166-41, FN 786166-41, as BN 7115, Class SD40-2. It was assigned as BNSF 7115, Class SD40-2, but it was returned to CIT as 7115 in December 1999. 

7135, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1979, #786173-10, FN 786173-10, as BN 7135, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7135, Class SD40-2, in August 2002.

7138, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1979, #786173-13, FN 786173-13, as BN 7138, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7138, Class SD40-2, in May 2001 and wrecked at Gunter, TX, on May 19, 2004.  It was assigned as 1936, Class SD40-2R, but retired on February 3, 2012.

7144, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1979, #786173-19, FN 786173-19, as BN 7144, Class SD40-2,  It became BNSF 7144, Class SD40-2, in January 2001 and sold as HLCX 7144.  It was sold to Watco Inc as WAMX 4198.

7153, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1979, #786173-28, FN 786173-28, as BN 7153, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7153, Class SD40-2, in April 2001, and renumbered 1948 on March 12, 2009.

7155, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1979, #786173-30, FN 786173-30, as BN 7155, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7155, Class SD40-2, on July 20, 1999, and renumbered 1950 on March 28, 2009.

7163, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1979, #786173-58, FN 786173-58, as BN 7163, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7163, Class SD40-2, in October 2002.  It was sold as HLCX 7163 and sold as NS 3529, Class SD40-2, on April 4. 2014.

7165, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1979, #786173-60, FN 786173-60, as BN 7165, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7165, Class SD40-2, in September 1998 and retired in April 2008.  It was sold as HLCX 7165 in 2008.

7171, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motots in September 1979, #A3773, FN C422-19, as BN 7171, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7171, Class SD40-2, in July 1998 to Helm as HLCX 7171 on January 5, 2014.  It was sold as  NS 3541, Class SD40-2, on January 12, 2014.

7198, Class SD40-2B, was built in February 1972, #5803-13, FN 5803-13, as BN 6337, Class SD40-2.  It was renumber 6914 in 1973 and wrecked.  It was rebuilt as 7502, Class SD40-2B, and became BNSF 7501, Class SD40-2B, on January 20, 2000.  It was renumbered 7198 on December 23, 2006. and renumbered 301 on June 15, 2009.

(7209), Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3918, FN C423-4, as BN 7209, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7209, Class SD40-2, but sold to First Union Rail as FURX 7209 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3468, Class SDS40-2, on September 17, 2012.

(7210), Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3919, FN C423-5, as BN 7210, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7210, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7210 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3469, Class SD40-2, in September 17, 2012.

7213, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3922, FN C423-8, as BN 7213, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7213, Class SD40-2, in March 2000 and sold as FURX 7213 in February 2002.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 7213 in 2010 amd sold to Watco Inc as WAMX 4193 in 2013.

7214, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3923, FN C423-9, as BN 7214. Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7214, Class SD40-2, in March 2000 and sold as FURX 7214 in February 2002.  It was sold as WAMX 4143.

7215, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3924, FN C423-10, as BN 7215, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7215, Class SD40-2, in March 2000.  It was sold as FURX 7215 in February 2002.

7216, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3925, FN C423-11, as BN 7216, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7216, Class SD40-2, in May 2001, and sold as FURX 7216 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3471, Class SD40-2, on October 9, 2012.

(7217), Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3926, FN C423-12, as BN 7217, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7217, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7217 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3472, Class SD40-2, on October 9, 2012.

7218, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3927, FN C423-13, as BN 7218, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7218, Class SD40-2, in February 2000.  It was sold as FURX 7218 in February 2002 and sold in Argentina in October 2011.

(7222), Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3931, FN C423-17, as BN 7222, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7222, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7222 in February 2002.  It was sold as WAMX 4147.

7223, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in June 1980, #A3932, FN C423-18, as BN 7223, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7223, Class SD40-2, in June 1998 and sold as FURX 7223 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3473, Class SD40-2, on October 17, 2012.

(7236), Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #786252-1, FN 786252-1, as BN 7236, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7238, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7236 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3476, Class SD40-2, on October 23, 2012.

(7238), Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #786252-3, FN 786252-3, as BN 7238, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7238, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7238 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3477, Class SD40-2, on October 9, 2012.

7239, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #786252-4, FN 786252-4, as BN 7239, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7239, Class SD40-2, May 2001, and retired on February 8, 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7239 in February 2002 and sold as WAMX 4154.

(7246), Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-11, FN 786252-11, as BN 7246, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned BNSF 7246, Class SD40-2, but never relettered.  It was sold as FURX 7246 in February 2002.  It was sold as NREX 7246 in 2010 and sold as WAMX 4195 in 2013.

7249, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-14, FN 786252-14, as BN 7249, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7249, Class SD40-2, in October 2001, and retired in February 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7249 in February 2002 and sold as WAMX 4149.

(7250), Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-15, FN 786252-15, as BN 7250, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned BNSF 7250, Class SD40-2, but never relettered.  It was sold as FURX 7250 in February 2002.  It was sold as NREX 7250 in 2010 and sold as WAMX 4168 in 2011.

7252, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-17, FN 786252-17, as BN 7252, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7252, Class SD40-2, in August 2001 and sold as FURX 7252 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3478, Class SD40-2, on October 17, 2012.

7256, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-21, FN 786252-21, as BN 7156, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7256, Class SD40-2, on July 29, 1999, and retired on February 8, 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7256 in February 2002.

7257, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-22, FN 786252-22, as BN 7257, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7257, Class SD40-2, in February 2000 and sold as FURX 7257 in February 2002.  It was sold as WAMX 4145.

(7258), Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #786252-23, FN 786252-23, as BN 7258, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7258, Class SD40-2, but retired on February 8, 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7258 in February 2002.

7265, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #786252-30, FN 786252-30, as BN 7265, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7265, Class SD40-2, in July 1999, and sold as FURX 7265 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3480, Class SD40-2, on October 23, 2012.

7266, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #786252-31, FN 786252-31, as BN 7266, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7266, Class SD 40-2, in November 1999 and retired on February 8, 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7266 in February 2002 and sold as Brownsville & Rio Grande International 7266 in 2011.

(7269), Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #786252-34, FN 786252-34 as BN 7269, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7269, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7269 in February 2002.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 4144.

7270, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #786252-35, FN 786252-35, as BN 7270, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7270, Class SD40-2, in June 2001, and sold as FURX 7270 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3481, Class SD40-2, on October 9, 2012.

7278, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #786252-43, FN 786252-43, as BN 7278, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7278, Class SD40-2, in June 2001, and sold as FURX 7278 in February 2002.   It was sold as WAMX 4136.

7279, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #786252-44, FN 786252-44, as BN 7279, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7279, Class SD40-2, in June 2001, and sold as FURX 7279 as February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3483, Class SD40-2, on October 10, 2012.

(7280), Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-45, FN 786252-45, as BN 7280, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7280, Class SD40-2, but retired in February 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7280 in February 2002 and sold as NS 3484, Class SD40-2, on September 17, 2012.

7283, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-48, FN 786252-48, as BN 7283, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7283, Class SD40-2, in June 2001 and sold as FURX 7283 in February 2002.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 4148.

(7284), Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-49, FN 786252-49, as BN 7284, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned as BNSF 7284, Class SD40-2, but retired in February 2002.  It was sold as FURX 7284 in February 2002 and sold as NS 3486, Class SD40-2, on September 17, 2012.

7287, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-52, FN 786252-52, as BN 7287, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7287, Class SD40-2, in June 2001 and sold as FURX 7287 in February 2002.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 7287 in 2010 and sold as WAMX 4196.

7289, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-54, FN 786252-54, as BN 7289, Class SD40-2.  It became BNSF 7289, Class SD40-2, in November 2001 and sold as FURX 7289 in February 2002.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 4137.

(7290), Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-55, FN 786252-55, as BN 7290, Class SD40-2.  It was assigned BNSF 7289, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7290 in February 2002.  It was sold to Watco as WAMX 4138.

7301, Class SD40-2, was built in September 1971, #A2530, FN C338-38, as Canadian National 5213, Class GF-30k, SD40.  It was leased to New Brunswick East Coast Ry in 1998 and retired on January 22, 1999.  It was rebuilt at Alstom as BNSF 7301, Class SD40-2, in September 1999 and renumbered 6962 on May 10, 2007.

7302, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1970, #35837, FN 7221-7, as Grand Trunk Western 5918, Class GF-30f, but was reclassified as Class GF-30g in February 1970, SD40. It was retired on January 18, 1999, and was rebuilt at Alstom as BNSF 7302, Class SD40-2, in July 1999. 

7303, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1970, #35834, FN 7221-4, as GTW 5915, Class GF-30f, but was reclassified in February 1970.  It was retired on January 8, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7303, Class SD40-2, in July 1999.  It was renumbered 6964 in March 13, 2008, and retired on January 21, 2011.  It was sold to Independent Locomotive Service as ILSX 1338 in 2011.

7304, Class SD40-2, was built in September 1970, #36892, FN 7289-6, as GTW 5926, Class GF-30f.  It was retired on April 24, 1998 and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7304, Class SD40-2, on September 20, 1999.  It was renumbered 6965 on May 29, 2007.  It was retired in November 2010 and sold to WATCo as WAMX 4156.

7307, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in January 1968, #A2283, FN C325-6, as Canadian National 5031, Class GF-30d, a SD40.  It was retired on January 16, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7307, Class SD40-2, in August 1999.  It was renumbered 6967 on December 9, 2007, and retired on January 21, 2011.  It was sold to Railway Service Contractors Inc as MJRX 6967 in May 2011 and sold as Wheeling & Lake Erie 6967 in January 2014.

7312, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in May 1968, #A2296, FN C325-19, as CN 5044, Class GF-30d, a SD40.  It was retired on March 3, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7312, Class SD40-2, in August 1999.  It was renumbered 6972 in 2007 and sold to Midwest Locomotive Works as MWLX 6972.

7314, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in July 1968, #A2310, FN C325-33, as CN 5058, Class GF-30d, a SD40.  It was retired on March 30, 1996, and un-retired on November 15, 1996.  It was re-retired on January 6, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7314, Class SD40-2, in August 1999.  It was renumbered 6974 in 2007 and sold to Motive Power Resources as MVPX 6974.

7317, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in September 1967, #A2249, FN C322-4, as CN 5003, Class GF-30c.  It was retired on March 22, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7317, Class SD40-2, in August 1999.  It was renumbered 6977 in February 15, 2008, and retired on January 21, 2011.  It was sold to WATCo as WAMX 4158.

7318, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in September 1967, #A2250, FN C322-5, as CN 5004, Class GF-30c, a SD40.  It was retired on March 3, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7318, Class SD40-2, in August 1999.  It was renumbered 6978 May 22, 2007, and retired on January 21, 2011.  It was sold to Rail Switching LLC as RSIX 6978 in 2011.

7327, Class SD40-2, was built by General Motors in January 1968, #A2276, FN C324-17, as CN 5024, Class GF-30d.  It was retired on March 15, 1999, and rebuilt by Alstom as BNSF 7327, Class SD40-2, in September 1999.  It was renumbered 6987 on March 13, 2008, and retired on January 21, 2011.  It was sold as WAMX 4165 in 2011.

7800, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766024-9, FN 766024-9, as C&S 930.  In August 1979 it was renumbered 7800, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7800, Class SD40-2, and it later became BNSF 7800, Class SD40-2, on February 1, 2002.  It was retired on June 30, 2009, and sold to Larry's Truck Equipment as LTEX 7800.  It was sold as Wheeling & Lake Erie 6388 in December 2013.

7807, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1977, #766070-1, FN 766070-1, as C&S 937. In August 1979 it was renumbered 7807, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7807, Class SD40-2, and it later became BNSF 7807, Class SD40-2, on April 3, 2006.  It was retired on June 30, 2009.

7812, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1977, #766070-6. FN 766070-6, as C&S 942. In August 1979 it was renumbered 7812, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7812, Class SD40-2, and it later became BNSF 7812, Class SD40-2, in January 24, 2003.  It was retired on June 30, 2009.

7819, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1977, #766070-13, FN 766070-13, as C&S 949. In August 1979 it was renumbered 7819, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7819, Class SD40-2, and it became BNSF 7819, Class SD40-2, in May 25, 2001.  It was retired on June 3, 2009.

7824, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1974, #74648-5, FN 74648-5, as C&S 954. In August 1979 it was renumbered 7824, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7824, Class SD40-2, and it became BNSF 7824, Class SD40-2, in July 8, 2002.  It was retired on January 14, 2010

7827, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1974, #74648-8, FN 74648-8, as C&S 957. In August 1979 it was renumbered 7827, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7827, Class SD40-2, and it became BNSF 7827, Class SD40-2, in March 21, 2001.  It was renumbered 1797 on March 11, 2010.

7834, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #786057-15, FN 786057-15, as C&S 7834, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7834, Class SD40-2, and on October 9, 1998, it became BNSF 7834, Class SD40-2.  It was retired on November 18, 2008.

7839, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #786057-20, FN 786057-20, as C&S 7839, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7839, Class SD40-2, and in October 1998 it became BNSF 7839, Class SD40-2.  It was retired in April 2008 and sold to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 7839.  It was sold as Portland & Western RR 3389 in 2013.

7850, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1978, #FN 766057-31, FN 786057-31, as C&S 7850, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7850, Class SD 40-2, and in May 2002 it became BNSF 7850, Class SD40-2.  It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold as HLCX 7850.  It was scrap to Milano Metals in March 2013.

7855, Class SD40-2, was built in August 1978, #766057-36, FN 766057-36, as C&S 7855, Class SD 40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7855, Class SD40-2, and in April 24, 2001, it became BNSF 7855, Class SD40-2.  It was retired on November 18, 2008.

7857, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1978, #786001-2, FN 786001-2, as C&S 7857, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7857, Class SD40-2, and on January 13, 2000, it became BNSF 7857, Class SD40-2.  It was retired on January 12, 2010, and sold as HLCX 7857.

7859, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1978, #786001-4, FN 786001-4, as C&S 7859, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982, it became BN 7859, Class SD40-2, and on January 4, 2000, it became BNSF 7859, Class SD40-2.  It was renumbered 1576 on March 6, 2010.

7862, Class SD40-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1978, #786001-7, FN 786001-7, as C&S 7862, Class SD40-2.  In January 1986, it became BN 7862, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 7862, Class SD40-2, in May 2001.  It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold as HLCX 7862 in November 2008.  It was sold as Norfolk Southern 3524, Class SD40-2, on February 14, 2014.

7866, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1978, #786001-11, FN 786001-11, as C&S 7866, Class SD40-2. In January 1982, it became BN 7866, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 7866, Class SD40-2, on August 20, 2003.  It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold as HLCX 7866 in November 2008.

7890, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1979, #786173-63, FN 786173-63, as C&S 7890, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7890, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 7890, Class SD40-2, in March 1999.  It was retired on November 18, 2008.

7892, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1979, #786173-65, FN 786173-65, as C&S 7892, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7892, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 7892, Class SD40-2, in February 1999.  It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold to Helm as HLCX 7892 in November 2008.

7918, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786173-91, FN 786173-91, as C&S 7918, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7918, Class SD40-2, and on September 7, 1999. it became BNSF 7918, Class SD40-2.  It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold to Helm as HLCX 7918 in November 2008.

7903, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786173-76, FN 786173-76, as C&S 7903, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7903, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 7903, Class SD40-2, in January 2000.  It was retired in April 2008 and sold as HLCX 7903.  It was sold as NS 3530, Class SD40-2, on November 15, 2013.

7916, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786173-89, FN 786163-89, as C&S 7916, Class SD40-2. In January 1982 it became BN 7916, Class SD40-2, and on September 7, 1999, it became BNSF 7916, Class SD40-2, in June 2002.   It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold to Helm as HLCX 7916 in November 2008.  It became NS 3531, Class SD40-2, in February 14, 2016.

7920, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786173-93, FN 786163-93, as C&S 7920, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7920, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 7920, Class SD40-2, in September 2002.  It was retired in April 2008 and sold as HLCX 7920.  It was sold as NS 3532, Class SD40-2, on March 6, 2014.

7921, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786173-94, FN 786163-94, as C&S 7921, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7921, Class SD40-2, and BNSF 792l, Class SD40-2, in August 2001.  It was retired in April 2008 and sold as HLCX 7921.  It was sold as NS 3533, Class SD40-2, on November 22, 2013.

7922, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1979, #786173-95, FN 786173-95, as C&S 7922, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7922, Class SD40-2, and on January 2001, it became BNSF 7922, Class SD40-2.  It was retired on November 18, 2008, and sold to Helm as HLCX 7922 in November 2008.  It became NS 3534. Class SD40-2, on February 14, 2014.

7927, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-60, FN 786252-60, as C&S 7927, Class SD40-2.  It became BN 7927, Class SD40-2, in January 1982 and 1n April 2001, it became BNSF 7927, Class SD40-2.  It was sold to First Union Rail as FURX 7927 in February 2002 sold to Watco as WAMX 4146.

(7933), Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-66, FN 786252-66, as C&S 7933, Class SD40-2.  It became BN 7933, Class SD40-2 in January 1982.  It was assigned as BNSF 7933, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7933 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3487, Class SD40-2, on October 17, 2012.

(7934), Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-67, FN 786252-67, as C&S 7934, Class SD40-2.  It became BN 7934, Class SD40-2 in January 1982.  It was assigned as BNSF 7934, Class SD40-2, but sold as FURX 7934 in February 2002.  It was sold as Wisconsin & Southern RR 4012 and became WAMX 4181.

7935, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-70, FN 786252-68, as C&S 7935, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7935, Class SD40-2, and in November 1999 it became BNSF 7935, Class SD40-2.  It was sold as FURX 7935 in February 2002.  It was sold as NS 3488, Class SD40-2, on October 17, 2012.

(7937), Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #786252-14, FN 786252-70, as C&S 7937, Class SD40-2.  In January 1982 it became BN 7937, Class SD40-2, and assigned as BNSF 7937, Class SD40-2, but not relettered.  It was sold as FURX 7937 in February 2002 and sold as National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 7937.  It was sold as WAMX 4194.

7954, Class SD40-2R, was built in June 1973, #72642-24, FN 72642-24, as AT&SF 5667, Class 5625, SD45-2.  It was rebuilt at San Bernardino in June 1987, as 5860, Class 5800, and became BNSF 6509, Class SD45-2, in January 1998.  It was rebuilt as 7954, Class SD40-2R, in 2008 and renumbered 1569 on January 13, 2011.

7955, Class SD40-2R, was built in June 1973, #72642-32, FN 72642-32, as AT&SF 5675, Class 5625, SD45-2. It was rebuilt at San Bernardino in August 1986 as 7229, Class 7200, and almost immediately renumbered 5829, Class 5800. It became BNSF 6479, Class SD45-2, in January 2000.  It was rebuilt as 7955, Class SD40-2R, on August 11, 2008, and renumbered 1570 on April 26, 2011.

7956, Class SD40-2R, was built in May 1973, #72642-16, FN 72642-16, as AT&SF 5702, Class 5625, SD45-2.  It was rebuilt at San Bernardino in October 1986 as 5842, Class 5800, and became BNSF 6492, Class SD45-2, on March 1, 2000.  It was rebuilt as 7956, Class SD40-2R. in 2008 and renumbered 1571 on November 6, 2008.
