Electro-Motive SW7 Diesels

 

75, Class SW-7, was built in December 1950, #10182, FN 4028-1, as Saint Louis-San Francisco 300. It became BN 75, Class SW-7, in December 1980 and retired in October 1985. It was scrapped by Southwest Railroad Parts in October 1985.

76, Class SW-7, was built in December 1950, #10183, FN 4028-2, as SL-SF 301. It became BN 76, Class SW-7, in December 1980 and retired in October 1985. It was scrapped by Southwest Railroad Parts In October 1985.

77, Class SW-7, was built in January 1951, #10184, FN 4028-3, as SL-SF 302. It became BN 77, Class SW-7, in December 1980 and retired in February 1987. It was sold in March 1987 as Springfield Railway Service 77.

79, Class SW-7, was built in January 1951, #10186, FN 4028-5, as SL-SF 304. It became BN 79, Class SW-7, in December 1980 and traded in to Electro-Motive in July 1985.

107, Class SW-7, was built in November 1949, #10932, FN 6054-1, as Northern Pacific 107.  It became BN 107, Class SW-7, in 1970 and transferred as Davenport Rock Island & North Western 107. It was sold as Tulsa-Sapulpa Union RR 107.

108, Class SW-7, was built in November 1949, #10933, FN 6054-2, as NP 108. It became BN 108, Class SW-7, in 1970 and traded in to Electro-Motive in July 1985.

109, Class SW-7, was built in November 1949, #10934, FN 6054-3, as NP 109. It became BN 109, Class SW-7, in 1970 and traded in to Electro-Motive in July 1985.

113, Class SW-7, was built in December 1949, #10938, FN 6034-7, as NP 113.  It became BN 113, Class SW-7, in 1970 and retired in October 1985.  It was sold as Great Western Ry 113 in October 1985 and resold to Rocky Mountain Railcar Repair as RMRR 113.  It was sold to Railway Engineering & Supply Co as Rescar 113 and sold to L&L Railway Equipment Co as LLRX 113.  It was leased as Sheffield Steel Co 6406 and returned as LLRX 113.  It was sold sold to LRS Companies.

114, Class SW-7, was built in December 1949, #10939, FN 6034-8, as NP 114.  It became BN 114, Class SW-7, in 1970 and retired in October 1983.  It was sold to General Metals in March 1984.

116, Class SW-7, was built in May 1950, #8494, FN E1196-2, as Chicago Burlington & Quincy 9250. It became BN 116, Class SW-7, in 1970 and was retired in October 1985. It was scrapped by Southwest Railroad Parts in October 1985.

118, Class SW-7, was built in May 1950, #8496, FN E1196-4, as CB&Q 9252.  It became BN 118, Class SW-7, in 1970 and sold as GWR in October 1985.  It was sold as RMRR 118.

119, Class SW-7, was built in May 1950, #8497, FN E1196-5, as CB&Q 9253. It became BN 119, Class SW-7, in 1970 and was retired in October 1985. It was scrapped by Southwest Railroad Parts in October 1985.

121, Class SW-7, was built in May 1950, #8499, FN E1196-7, as CB&Q 9255. It became BN 121, Class SW-7, in 1970 and went to DRI&NW 121 in March 1983.  It was retired and acquired by Illinois Railway Museum.  It was restored as CB&Q 9255.

127, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9718, FN 4006-1, as CB&Q 9261.  It became BN 127, Class SW-7, in 1970.

128, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9719, FN 4006-2, as CB&Q 9262.  It became BN 128, Class SW-7, in 1970.

129, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9720, FN 4006-3, as CB&Q 9263.  It became BN 129, Class SW-7, in 1970.

130, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9721, FN 4006-4, as CB&Q 9264.  It became BN 130, Class SW-7, in 1970   It was traded in to Electro-Motive in July 1985

131, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9722, FN 4006-5, as CB&Q 9265.  It became BN 131, Class SW-7, in 1970.

132, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9723, FN 4006-6, as CB&Q 9266.  It became BN 132, Class SW-7, in 1970.

133, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9724, FN 4006-7, as CB&Q 9267.  It became BN 133, Class SW-7, in 1970.

134, Class SW-7, was built in July 1950, #9725, FN 4006-8, as CB&Q 9268.  It became BN 134, Class SW-7, in 1970.

140, Class SW-7, was built in March 1950, #9574, FN 4005-6, as Great Northern 168, Class SW-7.  It became BN 140, Class SW-7, in 1970 and retired in October 1985.  It was sold to Great Western Ry 140 in January 1986 and leased as American Coal Co 140. It was transferred as GWR 140 in 1987 and resold as Liberty Rail Services Inc 140 in 1988.

144, Class SW-7, was built in June 1950, #10870, FN 6050-2, as GN 12, Class SW-7.  It became BN 144, Class SW-7, in 1970, and retired in October 1985.  It was sold as PLM Railcar Mainentance 144 in September 1987 and became Trancisco Rail Services 144.  The property was sold to Trinity Railcar in 1998 and 144 was apparently retired.  It was scrapped in April 2006.

145, Class SW-7, was built in June 1950, #10871, FN 6050-3, as GN 13, Class SW-7. It became BN 145, Class SW-7, in 1970 and retired in October 1985. It was scrapped by Southwest Railroad Parts in October 1985.
