Nebraska Kansas & Colorado Ry.

Nebraska Kansas & Colorado Railnet

3, CF7, was built by Electro-Motive in September 1948, #6616, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 31C, Class 16, an F3A.  It was rebuilt at Cleburne in August 1971 as 2636, Class 2417, and retired in June 1987.  It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co and resold as Washington Central RR 402 in October 1987.  It was sold to Burlington Northern Santa Fe in December 1996 and sold as NKCR 3.  It was scrapped in January 2011.

4, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in August 1952, #16886, as Chicago & North Western 1573. It was rebuilt at Oelwein on November 2, 1978, as 4491 and was retired on January 17, 1991,  It was sold as VMV Enterprises 4491 in February 1991 and sold as WCRC 4491.  It was sold to Burlington Northern Santa Fe in 1996 but never used.  It was sold to Livingston Rebuilt Center in June 1997 and sold as NKCR 4.

5004, SD40, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1972, #5817-1, FN 5817-1, as Detroit Edison Co 013.  It was sold to Helm Leasing Co as HLCX 5004 and sold as Nebraska Kansas & Colorado RailNet 5004.  It was sold to Motive Power Resources Inc as MVPX 5004. and sold as Bulkmatic de Mexico 5004.

5101, GP50, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1980, #786257-11, as C&NW 5060. It was assigned  Union Pacific 907 in June 1995 and became UP 5517 on August 6, 1996. It was assigned 1617 in December 1999 and retired as 5517 on November 26, 2002.  It was sold as First Union Rail 2910 and sold as NKCR 5101.

7427, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1967, #32782, as Southern Pacific 8868, Class EF636-2.  It was rebuilt in February 1982 as 7427, Class EF636LR-5, and retired on February 7, 2001.  It was sold as Larry's Truck Equipment 7427 and sold as NKCR 7427.


Northern Ohio & Western Ry.

701, GP7u, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1950, #12198, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2652, Class 2650. It was rebuilt at Cleburne in December 1979 as 2179, Class 2050, and later was sold to OmniTrax 2179 in October 1991. It was then sold to Central Kansas Ry as 2179 and renumbered 701.  It was transferred as NOW 701.

3372, GP9u, was built by Electro-Motive in May 1954, #19466, FN 5324-6. as Texas & New Orleans 405, Class DF-600.  It was renumbered Southern Pacific 3405, Class EF418-1, in 1966 and rebuilt as 3372, Class EF418E-2, on December 26, 1972.  It was sold to OmniTrax as  OTRX 3372 and transferred as Carlton Trail Ry 3372.  It was transferred as NOW 3372.
