Feliciana Eastern RR

16 was built by Alco-Schenectady in September 1923, #64915, asMississippi Central RR 140. It was sold as Louisiana Eastern 16 in June 1954 and resold as Feliciana Eastern 16 in January 1956.  It was scrapped in September 1961.

204, RS1, was built by Alco in January 1945 #73097, as Minneapolis & St Louis 1144.  It was renumbered 204 in March 1956 and sold as FERR 204 in August 1959.  It became Jahncke Services 203 and became Gifford-Hill & Co 204.

66 was an 0-6-0 from an unknown source.

210 was built by Alco-Brooks in November 1912, #52259, as Illinois Central 210. It was sold to GBS&G as 210 in November 1954.

156, Class S-14, was built by Lima in March 1924, #6772, as Texas & New Orleans 156, Class S-14.  It was renumbered 842 on October 31, 1953.  It was sold as GBS&GCo 842 on January 21, 1956, and becane SS&GCo 842.  It was donated to the Casey Jones Museum in 1928.

477, VO660, was built by Baldwin in December 1945, #72828, as La Salle & Bureau RR 6.  It was sold to Standard Gravel Co as Washington-Western RR 6 and renumbered 477.  It was sold to Railway Equipment Co in 1981 as RE 477.


Higgins Shipbuilding Co.

7 was built by Baldwin in May 1919, #51771, as Caddo River Lumber Co 9.  It was sold as Ozan-Garysonia Lumber Co 2 "George Teat" and resold as Prescott & Northwestern RR 7 in 1938.  It was sold as HSCo 7 in early 1940s and returned as P&NW after the war.   It was sold in 1961 as Black Hills Central 7.


Hilyer-Deutsch-Edwards Inc

1 was built by Baldwin in August 1919, #52259, as Leesville Slagle & Eastern Ry 1.  It was sold as Hilyer-Deutsch-Edwards Inc 1 in 1932.

2 was built by Baldwin in August 1919, #52258, as LS&E 2.  It was lettered as White-Grandin Lumber Co 2.  It was sold as HDE 1 in 1932 and sold as U S  Navy Advance Depot, Gulfport, MS, on June 1944.


Jackson Ready-Mix Co.

3571 was built by Baldwin in July 1926, #59372, as Chicago & Illinois Western 802.  It was transferred as Illinois Central 3571  in 1950 and was sold as JRM 3571  in 1960.

204, RS1, was built by Alco in January 1945 #73097, as Minneapolis & St Louis 1144.  It was renumbered 204 in March 1956 and sold as Feliciana Eastern 204 in August 1959.  It became JS 204 and became Gifford-Hill & Co 204.

Louisiana & Pine Bluff Ry.

112 was built by Lima Locomotive on October 17, 1923, #3241, as Mansfield Ry & Transportation Co 112.  It became L&PB 112 on April 14, 1926, and became Frost Lumber Co 112 on June 6, 1935.  It was sold as Conasauga River Lumber Co. 112.  It was sold as Graham County RR 1923 "Ole Cliffhanger" in 1966 and sold as Oregon Pacific & Eastern Ry 112 in March 1972.  It was sold as Center for Transportation & Commerce 112 (Galveston Railroad Museum).


Louisiana Cypress Lumber Co.

2 was built by Lima in March 1906, #1027, as Ellisville Lumber Co 1027.  It was sold as Kola Lumber Co 1027 in 1912 and sold Williams Lumber Co 1027 in 1920.  It was sold as Joseph Rathborne Lumber Co 1027 in May 1921.  It was stored in 1929 and re-opened as LCLCo 2 in 1936.  It was sold to Railway Historical Society of Milwaukee in July 1960 which became Mid-Continent Railway Museum in 1963.


Louisiana Eastern RR

1 was built by Baldwin in August 1919, #52207, as Red River & Gulf 104. It was later sold to Comite Southern as 1 and then to LE as 1. In October 1961 it was sold to Stone Mountain RR and "dooded up" to represent one of the General II from the Great Locomotive ChaseIt was sold to Gulf & Ohio Ry in 2013 and assigned as Three Rivers Rambler 60.

2 was built by Baldwin in May 1922, #55390, as San Antonio & Aransas Pass 60. It later became Texas & New Orleans 220, Class E-40, in 1925. It was later renumbered 220 on August 31, 1950 and then sold to CS as 2 on September 14, 1954. It later became LE 2 and was sold to SMSRR and dressed up as Texas II in May 1962.

6 was built by Alco-Schenectady in October 1920, #62533, as Illinois Central 1196. It was sold to LE as 6 in April 1958 and scrapped in 1962.

7 was built by Alco-Brooks in March 1927, #67214, as New York Chicago & St Louis 173, Class L-1-B.  It was rebuilt in 1946 and sold as LE 7 on March 31, 1961.  It was scrapped in 1962.

14 was built by Alco-Brooks in July 1921, #63072, as Mississippi Central RR 120.  It was sold as Louisiana Eastern 14 on July 15 1953.  It was scrapped in 1962.

16 was built by Alco-Schenectady in September 1923, #64915, as MCRR 140. It was sold as LE 16 in June 1954 and resold as Feliciana Eastern 16 in January 1956.  It was scrapped in September 1961.

27 was built by Alco-Cooke in November 1917, #58173, as IC 305. It was sold to LE as 27 in January 1957 and scrapped in 1962.

29 was built by Lima in June 1929, #7372, as Chicago & IllinoisWestern 803.  It was transferred as IC 3572  in 1951 and was sold as LE 29 in 1959.


Louisiana Midland Ry.

509 was built by Baldwin in April 1913, #39553, as Louisiana & Arkansas 403.  It was rebuilt as 509 in 1928 and sold as LMRy 509 in 1945.  It was transferred as South Shore Ry 509 and transferred as Rapides Gravel Co 509.  It became Mid-State Materials Inc and it was sold to George Silcott Co in 1966.  It was sold to John Thompson in 1968 and resold to J David Conrad in October 1971.  It was resold to Larry Spreckelmeier in December 1973.  It was leased to Whitewater Valley RR in 1974 and sent to Tennessee Valley RR Museum in 1982.  It was sold to Cookeville (TN) Depot Museum in 2002 and displayed as Tennessee Central Ry 509.


Louisiana Southern RR

502, 45 Ton, was built by General Electric in August 1941, #13190, as North Carolina Shipbuilding Co 3002.  It was transferred as United States Maritime Commission 2 and was sold as Alexander RR 1 in March 1946.  It was resold as LSRR 502 in August 1946 and transferred as New Orleans & Northeeastern 6841 in August 1959.  It was sold to Little Giant Co in 1972 and damaged and retired.


Louisiana Steam Train Association

Texas & New Orleans 745, Class Mk-5, was built at Algiers Shops in February 1921.  It was rebuilt at Houston on May 20, 1953, and rebuilt on January 1942.  It was donated to Audobon Park Commission at New Orleans on May 28, 1956, and saved it by LSTA in October 1984.  It was restored to service.
