3000, Class DRS-16a, was built in October 1965, #30037, FN 7831-1, as New York Central 3001, Class Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became Penn Central 3000, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Consolidated Railroad Corp 3000, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co and leased as Point Comfort & Northern 3000. It was sold as Southwestern RR 3000 and wrecked on November 30, 2013.
3004, Class EF-30, was built in December 1965, #30941, FN 7831-5, as NYC 3004, Class Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3004, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3004, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was retired on September 25, 1990 and sold as Maine Central RR 303.
3007, Class EF-30, was built in December 1965, #30944, FN 7831-8, as NYC 3007, Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3007, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3007, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was retired on September 25, 1990 and sold as MEC 304.
3016, Class DRS-16a, was built in December 1965, 30953, FN 7831-17, as NYC 3016, Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3016, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3016, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Precision National Corp in July 1980 and as Chicago & North Western 5506 in July 1981. It was becamr as Union Pacific 637, Class GP40, on May 9, 1996 and became UP 691 on July 23, 1997. It was renumbered 9968 on June 14, 2000. amd retired on June 20, 2001. It was sold at National Railway Equipment Co NREX 9968 andrebuilt as Coos Bay Rail Line 2018. GP38-2.
3018, Class EF-30, was built in December 1965, #30955, FN 7831-19, as NYC 3018, Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3018, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3018, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Precision National Corp in July 1980 and as C&NW 5508 in July 1981. It was assigned as UP 639, Class GP4-, in August 1995 and reassigned 693 in December 1997 but retired on May 15, 2000. It was sold and rebuilt as Paducah & Louisville 2115.
3020, Class EF-30, was built in December 1965, #30957, FN 7831-21, as NYC 3020, Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3020, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3020, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Precision National Corp in July 1980 and as C&NW 5510 in July 1981. It was assigned as UP 641 in August 1995 and reassigned 695 in December 1997 but retired on July 25, 2000.
3032, Class EF-30, was built in December 1965, #30969, FN 7831-33, as NYC 3032, Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3032, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3032, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Precision National Corp in July 1980 and as C&NW 5521 in July 1981. It was assigned as UP 650 in August 1995 and reassigned 704 in December 1997 and reassigned as 9976 but retired on July 17, 2001. It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment as GP38-3 in November 2003 as Kankakee Beaverville & Southern 701.
3036, Class EF-30, was built in November 1965, #30973, FN 7851-1, as NYC 3036, Class DRS-16a. It became Class EF-30 in 1966. It became PC 3036, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3036, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Precision National Corp in July 1980 and as C&NW 5525 in July 1981. It was assigned as UP 653 in August 1995 and reassigned 707 in December 1997. It was retired in 2000.

It was assigned as UP 660 in August 1995 and reassigned 714 in December 1997 and assigned 9986 but retired on May 15, 2000. It was rebuilt as PAL 2121.
3050, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33214, FN 7987-1, as NYC 3050, Class EF-30. It became PC 3050, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3050, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold as MEC 305.
3051, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33215, FN 7987-2, as NYC 3051, Class EF-30. It became PC 3051, Class EF-30, in 1968 and then Conrail 3051, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold as MARC 32 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen in January 1996 as 69, GP40WH-2. It was sold as CSX Transportation 9969, Class GP40WH-2, in July 2014.
3052, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33216, FN 7987-3, as NYC 3052, Class EF-30. It became PC 3052, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3052, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold as MEC 306.
3056, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33220, FN 7987-3, as NYC 3056, Class EF-30. It became PC 3056, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3056, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Rochester & Southern as 101 in 1986 and became Buffalo & Pittsburgh RR 101. It was rebuilt as GP40-3 and renumbered 3101 in 2006.
3058, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33222, FN 3798-9, as NYC 3058, Class
EF-30. It became PC 3058, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3058, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It then was sent to
Morrison-Knudsen for rebuilt as New
Jersey Transit 4130 on February 1, 1988.
3059, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33223, FN 7987-10, as NYC 3059. It became PC 3059, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3059, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold as R&S 103 in 1986 and rebuilt as Ferrocarril Chiapas Mayab 201A, GP40-3, in April 2001.
3062, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33226, FN 3798-13, as NYC 3062,
Class EF-30. It became PC 3062, Class EF-30, in 1968 and then
Conrail 3062, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen in
1987 as MARC 70.
3063, Class EF-30, was built in July 1967, #33227, FN 7987-14, as NYC 3063, Class EF-30. It became PC 3063, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3063, Class GP-40 in April 1976. It was sold as R&S 104 in 1986 and became B&P 104, It was rebuilt as 3121.
3072, Class EF-30, was built in August 1967, #33236, FN 7987-23, as NYC 3072, Class EF-30. It became PC 3072, Class EF-30, in 1968 and then Conrail 3072, Class GP-40, in April 1976, It was sold as R&S 105 in 1987. It was transferred as Quebec-Gatineau Ry 3105.
3074, Class EF-30, was built in August 1967, #33238, FN 7987-25, as NYC 3074, Class EF-30. It became PC 3074, Class EF-30, in 1968 and Conrail 3074, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Helm Leasing as HL 3074 and rebuilt as Union Pacific 872, GP-40, on February 6, 1989. It was returned to Helm and rebuilt by Boise on February 8, 1999, as Union Pacific 2543, Class GP38-3. It was planned as 1043 but returned as HLCX 1043 in 2010.
3080, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33491, FN 7064-1, as NYC 3080, Class EF-30. It became PC 3080, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3080, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Kyle RR as 3080 and renumbered 3105 in 1986. It was wrecked and scrapped in 1986.
3081, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33492, FN 7064-2, as NYC 3081,
Class EF-30. It became PC 3081, Class EF-30, on 1968 and Conrail 3081,
Class GP-40, on April 1976. It became Chrome Crankshaft Co on 1983 and Alaska
RR 3016 on May 1983.
3083, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33494, FN 7064-3, as NYC 3083, Class
EF-30. It became PC 3083, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3083, Class GP-40,
in April 1976. It was sold to Arkansas
& Missouri as 3083 and then sold to Kyle
RR as 3116. It was sold to Helm
Leasing as 3116 and rebuilt as Amtrak
654 and later returned to Helm as 654. It was later renumbered 4407 and sold as
Webb Asset Management 4043.
3084, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33495, FN 7064-5, as NYC 3084, Class EF-30. It became PC 3084, Class EF-30, in 1968 and became Conrail 3084, Class GP40, in April 1976. It was sold as Southwest Portland Cement Co 412 and wrecked on September 18, 1993. It was scrapped in September 1994.
3086, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33497, FN 7064-7, as NYC 3086, Class
EF-30. It became PC 3086, Class EF-30, on 1968 and Conrail 3086, Class GP-40, on
April 1976. It became Chrome on 1983 and ARR 3017 on May 1983.
3088, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33499, FN 7064-9, as NYC
3088, Class EF-30. It became PC 3088, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3088,
Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Kyle RR as 3108 and later to Helm as
3108. It was rebuilt as Amtrak 651 and later returned to Helm as 651. It was

It was sold to Kyle as 3117 and later to Helm as 3117. It was rebuilt as Amtrak 655 and later returned to Helm as 655. It was renumbered 4414 and became WAMX 4046.
3093, Class EF-30, was built in October 1967, #33504, FN 7064-14, as NYC 3093, Class EF-30. It became PC 3093, Class EF-30, in 1968, and Conrail 3093, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold to Kyle as 3111 and later to Helm as 3111. It was rebuilt as 4401 and sold as WAMX 4041.
