Electro-Motive GP40WH-2 Diesels
9969, Class GP40WH-2, was built in July 1967, #33215, FN 7987-2, as New York Central 3051, Class EF-30, GP40. It became Penn Central 3051, Class EF-30, in 1968 and then Consolidated Railroad Corp 3051, Class GP-40, in April 1976. It was sold as Maryland Department of Transportation 32 and rebuilt by Morrison Knudsen in January 1996 as 69, GP40WH-2. It was sold as CSX 9969, Class GP40WH-2, in July 2014.
