Electro-Motive NW2 Diesels

8655, Class ES-10, was built in February 1948, #5360, FN E897-1, as Pennsylvania RR 9155, Class ES-10.  It was renumbered 8655, Class ES-10, in 1966 and became PC 8655, Class ES-10, in 1968.  It was rebuilt in 1969 as 9169, Class ES-10m, and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9169, Class NW2u, in April 1976.  It was traded in to Electro-Motive.

8665, Class ES-10, was built in October 1948, #5802, FN E897-11, as PRR 9165, Class ES-10.  It was renumbered 8665, Class ES-10, in 1966.  It became Penn Central 8665, Class ES-10, in 1968 and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 9256, Class NW-2, in April 1976.  It was sold as Naporano Iron & Metal Co 9256 and sold as New England Milling Co 1000.

8666, Class ES-10, was built in October 1948, #5803, FN E897-12, as PRR 9166, Class ES-10.  It was renumbered 8666, Class ES-10, in 1966 and became PC 8666, Class ES-10, in 1968.  It became Conrail 9257, Class NW-2, in April 1976.

8670, Class ES-10, was built in October 1948, #5807, FN E897-16, as PRR 9170, Class ES-10.  It was renumbered 8670, Class ES-10, in 1966 and became PC 8670, Class ES-10, in 1968.  It became Conrail 9259, Class NW-2, in April 1976 and sold to Naporano Iron & Metal Co in 1982.  It was sold as Brandywine Valley RR 8203 in April 1982 and sold as Canton RR 8203 in April 1994.

8684, Class ES-10, was built in June 1948, #3169, FN E824-6, as New York Ontario & Western 116.  It was sold as New York Central 9501, Class DES-13L, and renumbered 8684, Class ES-10, in 1966.  It became PC 8684, Class ES-10, in 1968 and became Conrail 9264, Class NW-2, in April 1976.  It was sold to New York Susquehanna & Western and restored as NYO&W 116 in 1987.

8685, Class ES-10, was built in June 1948, #3170, FN E824-5, as NYO&W 117.  It was sold as NYC 9502, Class DES-13L, and renumbered 8685, Class ES-10, in 1966.  It became PC 8685, Class ES-10, in 1968 and became Conrail 9265, Class NW-2, in April 1976.  It was retired.

8686, Class ES-10, was built in June 1948, #3171, FN E824-6, as NYO&W 118.  It was sold as NYC 9503, Class DES-13L, and renumbered 8686, Class ES-10, in 1966.  It became PC 8686, Class ES-10, in 1968 and rebuilt as 9156, Class ES-10m.  It became Conrail 9156, Class NW2u, in April 1976 and sold as Central Soya Co 9156 in 1991.

8700, Class ES-10, was built in July 1946, #3606, as NYC 8700, Class DES-13a.  It was reclassified Class ES-10 in 1966 and became PC 8700, Class ES-10, in 1968.  It was rebuilt in 1969 as 9165, Class ES-10m, and became Conrail 9165, Class NW2M, in April 1976.  It was sold as Ashland Ry 9165 in January 1986 and renumbered 65 on February 18, 1986.  It is a parts supply now.

8761, Class ES-10, was built in December 1948, #6206, as NYC 8761, Class DES-13g. It was reclassified ES-10 in 1966 and became PC 8761, Class ES-10, in 1968. In April 1976 it became Conrail 9208, Class NW2. It was later sold for scrap to Midwest.

8762, Class ES-10, was built in December 1948, #6207, as NYC 8762, Class DES-13g.  It was reclassified ES-10 in 1966 and became PC 8762, Class ES-10 in 1968.  In April 1976 it became Conrail 9276, Class NW-2.

8794, Class ES-10, was built in September 1949, #7205, as Indiana Harbor Belt 8794. Class DES-13g.   It was transferred as NYC 8794, Class DES-13g, and reclassified Class ES-10 in 1966.  It became PC 8794, Class ES-10, in 1968 and rebuilt as 9164, Class ES-10m.  It became Conrail 9164, Class NW2u.  It was sold as Central Soya Co 9189.

8804, Class ES-10, was built in November 1949, #7178, FN E1042-2, as IHB 8804, Class DES-13j.  It became NYC 8804, Class ES-10m, in 1966 and became PC 8804, Class ES-10m, in 1968.  It was rebuilt in 1969 as 9166, Class ES-10m, and became Conrail 9166, Class NW2M, in April 1976.  It was sold asAshland Ry 9166 in January 1986 and renumbered 66 on February 18, 1986.

8809, Class ES-10, was built in November 1949, #7183, FN E1042-7, as IHB 8809, Class DES-13j.  It became NYC 8809, Class ES-10m, in 1966 and became PC 8809, Class ES-10, in 1968.  It was rebuilt as 9107, Class ES-10m, and became Conrail 9190, Class NW2M, in April 1976.  It was sold as Atlas-Lederer Co 9190 in 1985 and sold as George R Silcott Co 9190 in 1989.
