2701, U23B, Class U-23-B, was built in August 1972, #38507, as Penn Central 2701, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2701, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and retired on April 11, 1991.

2769, Class U-23-B, was built on September 30, 1973, #39324, as PC 2769, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2769, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in August 1994.

2770, Class U-23-B, was built on September 30, 1973, #39325, as PC 2770, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2770, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in 1994.

2771, Class U-23-B, was built on September 30, 1973, #39326, as PC 2771, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2771, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in May 1994.

2772, Class U-23-B, was built on September 30, 1973, #39327, as PC 2772, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2772, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in 1994.

2773, Class U-23-B, was built on October 10, 1973, #39328, as PC 2773, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2773, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in 1994.

2774, Class U-23-B, was built on October 10, 1973, #39329, as PC 2774, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2774, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in September 1994.

2775, Class U-23-B, was built on October 10, 1973, #39330, as PC 2775, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2775, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in 1994.

2776, Class U-23-B, was built on October 10, 1973, #39331, as PC 2776, Class GF-23.  It became Conrail 2776, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and traded to General Electric in 1994.

2779, Class U-23-B, was built in November 1974, #40100, as Lehigh Valley 503, Class GF-23.  It was sold as Conrail 2779, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and sold to Wimpey Minerals USA Inc WIMX 2779.  It became Vulcan Materials as VULX 2779.

2783, Class U-23-B, was built in November 1974, #40104,  as LV 507, Class GF-23.  It was sold as Conrail 2783, Class U-23-B, in April 1976 and sold to Texas Utilities Generating Co as TUGX 23012 in 1998.  It was scrapped in May 2012.

2789, Class U-23-B, was built in May 1977, #41584.  It was retired on May 9, 1991, and sold as Reading & Northern 2397 in 1992.  It was sold to RMDI in 2007 and scrapped in November 2009.

2791, Class U-23-B, was built in May 1977, #41586.  It was retired on May 9, 1991, and sold as R&N 2399 in 1992.  It was sold to RMDI in 2007 and scrapped in November 2009.

2793, Class U-23-B, was built  in May 1977, #41588.  It was retired on May 9, 1991, and sold as R&N 2398 in 1992.  It was sold to RMDI in 2007 and scrapped in November 2009.

2798, Class U-23-B, was built  in June 1977, #41593.  It was retired on December 3, 1992, and sold as Providence & Worcester 2203.  It was sold to Railroad Museum of New England as Naugatuck  RR 2203.
