Electro-Motive SD9 Diesels
2341 was built in March 1957, #23156, FN 5532-2, as New York Chicago & St Louis 341, Class ERX-17A. It became Norfolk & Western 2341 in 1965 and renumbered 2941 in 1983. It was retired on May 25, 1984, and traded in to Electro-Motive. It was sold to Cycle Systems for scrap.
2342 was built in March 1957, #23157, FN 5532-3, as NYC&StL 342, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2342 in 1965 and renumbered 2942 in 1983. It was rebuilt as Norfolk Southern 50 in September 1989 and sold as Penny Newman Grain Co 50 in 2008.
2346 was built in March 1957, #23161, FN 5532-7, as NYC&StL 346, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2346 in 1965 and renumbered 2946 in 1983. It was retired on March 21, 1984, and traded in to General Electric. It was sold to Naporano Iron & Metal for scrap in March 1987.
2350 was built in April 1957, #23165, FN 5532-11, as NYC&StL 350, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2350 in 1965 and renumbered 2950 in 1983. It was rebuilt as NS 53 in 1989 and sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 56 on September 13, 2012.
2353 was built in April 1957, #23168, FN 5532-14, as NYC&StL 353, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2353 in 1956 and renumbered 2953 in 1983. It was retired in April 1987 and sold to Naporano Iron & Metal for scrap in December 1987.
2355 was built in April 1957, #23170, FN 5532-16, as NYC&StL 355, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2355 in 1965 and renumbered 2955 in 1983. It was rebuilt as NS 55 in 1989 and sold as NREX 55 on September 8, 2012.
2356 was built in April 1957, #23171, FN 5532-17, as NYC&StL 356, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2356 in 1965 and renumbered 2956 in 1983. It was rebuilt as NS 56 in May 1989 and sold as Western Rail Inc 13 in 2008.
2358 was built in April 1957, #23173, FN 5532-19, as NYC&StL 358, Class ERX-17A. It became N&W 2358 in 1965 and renumbered 2958 in 1983. It was rebuilt as NS 57 in June 1991 and donated to Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society in December 2010.
