PRR 4025, Class B23-7, was built in April 1978, #41908, as Consolidated Railroad Corp 1901, Class B23-7. It was sold as NS PRR 4025, Class B23-7, in 1999 and retired.
PRR 4030, Class B23-7, was built in May 1978, #41922, as Conrail 1915, Class B23-7. It was sold as NS PRR 4030, Class B23-7, in 1999 and sold to Power Source Supply Inc as PWSX 4030.
PRR 4031, Class B23-7, was built in May 1978, #41924, as Conrail 1917, Class B23-7. It was sold as NS PRR 4031, Class B23-7, in 1999 and retired.
PRR 4032, Class B23-7, was built in May 1978, #41925, as Conrail 1918, Class B23-7. It was sold as NS PRR 4032, Class B23-7, in 1999 and scrapped in March 2005.

It was assigned Union Pacific 524 in December 1982 but was retired on November 19, 1987. It was sold to General Electric in February 1988 and rebuilt as Monongahela Ry 2301, B23-7S, in October 1989. It became Conrail 2031, Class B23-7S, and became NS PRR 4093 in 1999. It was sold as AOK 4093.
PRR 4097, Class B23-7S, was built in June 1972, #38408, as WP 2262, a U23B. It was assigned UP 530, Class U23B. in December 1982 but was retired on November 19, 1987. It was sold to GE in February 1988 and rebuilt as MGA 2307 in February 1990. It became Conrail 2037, Class B23-7S, and became NS PRR 4097. It was sold as Ohi-Rail 4097
PRR 4098, Class B23-7S, was built by General Electric in June 1972, #38406, as WP 2260, a U23B. It was assigned UP 529 in December 1982 but was retired on November 19, 1987. It was sold to General Electric in 1988 and rebuilt as MGA 2308, B23-7S, in October 1989. It became Conrail 2038, Class B23-7S, and became NS PRR 4098 in 1999. It was sold as AOK 4098.
