Texas Transportation Museum

1 was built by Baldwin in July 1925, #58555, as UGI Contracting Co, no number.  It was sold then as San Antonio Public Service Co no number and became San Antonio Public Service Board & Lower Colorado River Authority Comal Power Plant 1.  It was donated to TTM in 1964.

Cooperativa de Transportes Urbanos y Sub Urbanos de Veracrus 6 was built by Brill in 1908 as Compania de Luz Fuerza y Traccion de Verzcrux 6.  It went to the TTM at San Antonio in 1964. I have heard that it was mounted on a truck chassis. What a shame. It is here shown on the Texas Transportation Co. line at the Pearl brewery. It was later sent in pieces to the Fort Smith Trolley Museum for restoration in 1995.

6 was built by Baldwin In January 1911, #35816, as W T Carter & Bro Lumber Co 6.  It was transferred as Moscow Camden & San Augustine RR 6 in August 1929 and donated to TTM in 1970.  It was lettered as L&WRR.

404 was built by Pullman-Standard in 1926, lot 4977, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 404.  It was rebuilt in 1955 and donated to TTM.

4035, RS4TC, was built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton-Whitcomb in 1954, #61285. as United States Army 4035.  It was sold to TTM and lettered as Longhorn & Western RR 4035.

7071, 45 Ton, was built by General Electric in October 1942, #7071, as USA 7071.  It was transferred to U S Air Force and donated to TTM in 1983.

11919 was built by Missouri Pacific in 1963 as 13939.  It was renumber 11919 and is on display at TTM.

13083 was built by MP in 1982.  It was damaged by fire and retired on November 16, 1992.  It was acquired by TTM about 1993.  It was rebuilt for passenger service and lettered Longhorn & Western 13083.

13430  was built in by MP 1948.  It was acquired  by TTM

"McKeever" was built by Pullman in 1923, #3410.  It was rebuilt in 1935 and leased on Missori-Kansas-Texas after 1948.  It was purchased by Dr Bill Boyd and placed at Lake Placid, Seguin, TX, in 1966.  It was purchased by Dr. John Worsham and donated to TTM in 1983.
