3702, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #796297-44, FN 79627-44.  It was rebuilt as 1688, Class SD40N, on February 17, 2012.

3703, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #796297-45, FN 796297-45.  It was retired on August 29, 2001, and sold as Florida East Coast 710 in 2001.

3706, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #796297-48, FN 796297-48.  It was retired on September 28, 2001, and was sold as FEC 706 in 2001.

3708, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #796297-50, FN 796297-50.  It was rebuilt as 1640, Class SD40N, on August 25, 2011,

3710, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #796297-52, FN 796297-52.

3713, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1980, #796297-55, FN 796297-55.

3717, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-59, FN 796297-59.  It was rebuilt as 1692, Class SD40N, on February 23, 2012.

3727, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-69, FN 796297-69,  It was rebuilt as 1686, Class SD40N, on May 18, 2012.

3729, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-71, FN 796297-71.  It was retired on December 28, 2000, and sold to Larry's Truck Electric Co.

3731, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-73, FN 796297-73.  It was rebuilt as 1638, Class SD40N, on August 17, 2011.

3734, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-76. FN 796297-76.  It was retired on January 30, 2002, and sold to National Ry Equipment Co as NREX 3734.  It was sold to WATCo  as WAMX 4117.

3737, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-79, FN 796297-79.  It was rebuilt as 1565, Class SD40N, on July 9, 2010.

3740, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-82, FN 796297-82.  It was retired on August 31, 2000, and sold to CIT Rail Resources as CEFX 3172.

3741, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-83, FN 796297-83.  It was rebuilt as 1823, Class SD40N, on April 25, 2014.

3743, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-85, FN 796297-85.  It was retired on November 28, 2001, and sold as FEC 711 in 2001.

3749, Class SD40-2, was built in February 1980, #796297-91, FN 796297-91.  It was rebuilt as 1699, Class SD40N, on February 13, 2012.

3751, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-93, FN 796297-93.

3753, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796287-95, FN 796252-95.  It was retired on July 16, 2007, and sold as Wisconsin & Southern 4011.  It became WAMX  4180.

3759, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-101, FN 796297-101.

3760, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-102, FN 796297-102.  It was retired on December 28, 2001.  It was rebuilt at San Luis Potosi in 2003 as Iowa Chicago & Eastern as 6405.  It was transferred as Rapid City Pierre & Eastern RR 6405 and renumbered 3436.

3761, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-103, FN 796297-103.

3762, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-104, FN 796297-104.  It was rebuilt as 1662, Class SD40N, on June 3, 2011.

3763, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-105, FN 796297-105.  It was rebuilt as 1805, Class SD40N, on April 10, 2014.

3766, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1980, #796297-108, FN 796297-108.  It was retired on November 28, 2001, and sold as FEC 713 in December 2001.

3769, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1980, #796345-1, FN 796345-1.  It was renumbered 2040, Class SD40-2, in July 7, 2017, and rebuilt as 2040, Class SD40N, on July 11, 2017.  It was renumbered Y349 on December 4, 2018.

3772, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1980, #796345-4, FN 796345-4.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and rebuilt as 1582, Class SD40N, on October 20, 2010.

3773, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1980, #796345-5, FN 796345-5.  It was retired on August 29, 2001, and sold as FEC 712 in 2001. It was transferred as  Alabama & Gulf Coast RR 712 in 2012.

3775, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1980, #796345-7, FN 796345-7.  It was renumbered 3219 on May 21, 2004, and rebuilt as 1559, Class SD40N, on July 24, 2010.

3776, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1890, #796345-8, FN 796345-8.  It was retired on August 10, 2000.  It was sold as Southwestern RR 3776 and transferred as Washington Eastern RR 3776 in November 2018.

3778, Class SD40-2, was built in October 1980, #796345-10, FN 796345-10.  It was renumbered 3233 on July 14, 2004.

3783, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #796345-15, FN 796345-15.  It was rebuilt on March 18, 1992, as B3783, and retired on December 26, 2001.

3786, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #796345-18, FN 796345-18.  It was renumbered 3282 on October 9, 2003, and rebuilt as 1803, Class SD40N, on April 10, 2014.

3791, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #769345-23, FN 796345-23.  It was renumbered 3339 on February 19, 2004, and rebuilt as 1597, Class SD40N, on October 18, 2010.

3794, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #769345-26, FN 796345-26.  It was renumbered 3297 on May 13, 2003, and rebuilt as 1871, Class SD40N, on August 11, 2014.
