Electro-Motive SD40A Diesels

6006 was built in August 1969, #34939, FN 5743-1.  It was rebuilt as SD40-2 in July 1995.

6007 was built in August 1969, #34940, FN 5743-2.  It was rebuilt as SD40-2 in June 1995 and retired in August 2010.

6008 was built in August 1969, #34941, FN 5743-3.  It was rebuilt as SD40-2 in September 1995 and scrapped at Woodcrest in August 2010.

6009 was built in August 1969, #34942, FN 5743-4.  It was rebuilt by VMV as SD40-2 in May 1995 and retired on February 5, 2009.  It was sold for scrap to Allied Equities Corp in August 2009 and sold to Indiana Boxcar Co as IBCX 6009

6012 was built in August 1969, #34945, FN 5743-7.  It was wrecked and rebuilt as 6024 on December 19, 1974, and wrecked in May 1989.  It was retired.

6014 was built in August 1969, #34947, FN 5743-9.  It was rebuilt as SD40-2 in May 1995 and retired on February 5, 2009.  It was sold to Allied Equities in August 1909 and sold as Indiana Boxcar Co 6014 for lease on March 7, 2010.  It was used for lease and then sold for scrap in November 2011.

6019 was built in January 1970, #35685, FN 5748-1. It went to Helm Leasing as 5019 in 1985 and then to Soo Line RR as 6406. It later became Canadian Pacific 6406.

6021 was built in January 1970, #35687, FN 5748-3, as ICG 6021. It went to Helm as 5021 in 1985 and then to Soo Line as 6408. It later became CPR 6408.
