Harsco Corp took over Fairmont Railway Motors in 1979.  Pandrol International Ltd., a subsidiary of Charter plc., acquired Jackson Jordan in 1990, along with Speno Rail Services and Dapco, and formed the Track Maintenance Division.  In 1992 Harsco Corporation acquired Tamper, creating Fairmont Tamper.  In 1999 Harsco Corporation acquired Pandrol Jackson. Fairmont Tamper merged with Pandrol Jackson to become Harsco Rail.

101, F40PH-2M, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1982, #816021-1, FN 816021-1, as Speno 1.  It was renumbered RMSX 0701 and scrapped in 2012.

109, F40PH-2M, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1982, #816021-2, FN 816021-2, as Speno 2.  It was renumbered RMSX 0711 and scrapped in 2012.

111, GP38M, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1969, #35445, FN 7202-2, as Penn Central 7816, Class EF-20.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7816, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and rebuilt as Speno 111.  It was renumbered RMSX 111 and scrapped in 2012.

112 was a slug.

292, F40PH, was built by Electro-Motive in July 1978, #776963-13, FN 776063-13, as National Railway Passenger Corp 292.  It was sold as Pandrol 292 and became HTT 292.  It was renumbered RMSX 0611 in October 1999 and scrapped in 2012..

0411 , F40PH-2M, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1985, #846066-2, FN 846066-2, as Speno 4.  It was renumbered RMSX 0411 and scrapped in 2012.

463, F40-3, was built by Electro-Motive in June 1981, #807050-16, as Amtrak 376, F40PH.  It was rebuilt as Canadian American RR 463 in 2004 and sold as HTT 463 in 2004.  It was marked as Fairmont Tamper FTSX  463 in 2005 and sold as Titan Rail 376 in 2009.  It was sold as Western Rail Inc 376 in 2015.

0601, GP38m, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1967, #337968, FN 7076-2, as Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines 2001, Class EF-20.  It became Penn Central 2001, Class EF-20, and became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7661, Class GP-38.  It was rebuilt as PJ RSM-2 and renumbered 0601.

3301, SD45, was built by Electro-Motive in December 1969, #35569, FN 5745-24, as Norfolk & Western 1813.  It was sold to Tamper Corp as P8115-4 and renumbered as 3301.  It was rebuilt by National Railway Equipment and rebuilt as Union Pacific 4759, Class SD40-2, on July 22, 1999.  It was renumbered 2809 on December 18, 2001.  It was retired on April 15, 2002, and returned to CIT Group as CEFX 2809.  It was sold to Luminant as TXU 33026 in September 2012.

H1056 is a ballast leveler.  It was leased to Herzog Construction Co.

1310, TR-10,  is a tie remover/inserted.  It was leased to Herzog.

1405 is a track stabilizer.  It was leased to Herzog.
