Roberval & Saguenay Ry.
It began as Ha Ha Bay Ry in August 1910 and took over the electric railway owned by Chicoutimi Pulp in 1911. It became RS in 1912 and purchased by Alcan in 1926.
17 was built by Canadian Locomotive Co in January 1940, #1959. It was sold to John Thomspon in 1970 and sold as Crab Orchard & Eastern 17 in February 1975. It was sold to Boone & Scenic Valley RR in 1987 and is on display.
25, RS18, was built by Montreal in June 1965, #84871. It was sold for scrap by Benoit Girard Metal Inc in 2000.
27, M420TR, was built by Montreal in April 1972, #M6061-02. It was sold as BGM 27 and resold as Mohawk Adirondack & Northern 27.
28, RS3, was built by Alco in August 1953, #80531, as Delaware & Hudson 4129, Class DERS-60. It was reclassified as Class RS-15 in 1959 and sold as United Railway Supply Co 4129 in April 1972. It was sold as RS 28 in July 1973 and later sold as Adirondack Ry 28 in 1979. It was then sold as Buffalo Southern RR 28.
29, RS3, was built by Alco in September 1952, #80317, as Delaware & Hudson 4117, Class DERS-60. It was reclassified as Class RS-15 in 1959 and sold to URS as 4117 in April 1972. It was then sold to RS as 29 in October 1973 and then as Adirondack Ry as 29. It was then sold to New York Susquehanna & Western as 104 in April 1982 and sold to Cuyahoga Valley Scenic RR for scrap.
32, RS11, was built by Alco in August 1959, #83551, as Southern Pacific 5866, Class DF-615. It was renumbered 2931, Class AS418-6, in 1966 and sold to RS as 32 in 1976.
39, C420, was built by Alco in April 1964, #84790, as Long Island RR 219, Class AGP-20msc. It was leased as Delaware & Hudson 219, Class C-420, in 1976 and sold to United Railway Supply Co in 1979. It was sold as R&S 39 in 1979 and wrecked in 1988. It was scrapped in 1993.
41, C420, was built by Alco in April 1964, #84782, as LIRR 221, Class AGP-20msc. It was leased as D&H 221, Class C-420, in 1976 and sold to United Railway Supply Co in 1979. It was sold as RS 41 in 1979 and sold to Benoit Girard Metal Co in 2000. It was sold to Central New York Locomotive Co and resold as Vintage Locomotive Co 41.
43, RS18, was built by Montreal in December 1959, #83192, as Canadian National 3127, Class MR-18e. It was sold as RS 43 in 1990. It was sold as Lackawanna Valley Ry 1801 in 1991 and sold as Depew Lancaster & Western RR 1801.
52, B23-7SR, was built by General Electric in January 1977, #41531, as Missouri Pacific 2287, U23B. It was renumbered 4536 in 1980 and became Union Pacific 570 on February 15, 1989. It was retired and traded in to General Electric on August 28, 1989. It was rebuilt as B23-7SR and sold as RS 52 in 1990.
63, GP38-3, was built by Electro-Motive in February 1967, #32869, FN 7959-1, as Illinois Central 3049, a GP40. It was purchased in April 1982 and numbered Kansas City Southern 785. It was retired in 1991 and rebuilt at AMF in 1997 as RS 63.
67, GP38-2, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1969, #34852, FN 7158-30, as Baltimore & Ohio 3729, Class GP-40. It was later returned to General American Transportation Co as GATX 3729 on May 17,1984 and leased to Canadian Pacific from 1984 to 1989. It was sold to Morrison Knudsen Corp in 1991. It was rebuilt as MKCX 4301 on January 24, 1994, and leased to Bangor & Aroostook. It was rebuilt by Alstom Canada to GP38-2 and sold as R&S 67 on October 27, 2000.
