4001 was built by Alco-Schenectady in August 1941, #69572. It was retired in November 1961.

4005 was built by Alco-Schenectady in September 1941, #69576. It was retired in July 1962 and was donated to Forney Historic Transportation Museum in June 1970.
4006 was built by Alco-Schenectady in September 1941, #69577. It was retired in May 1961 and donated to National Museum of Transport in June 1961.
4012 was built by Alco-Schenectady in October 1941, #69583. It was retired in February 1962 and donated to Steamtown in August 1964. It was moved from Vermont to Pennsylvania in November 1984.
