It is rather surprising that so little has been done on the trolleys of Little Rock since they ran until at least 1947. They were replaced with Brill electric buses which later were sold to Shreveport, who sold them to Mexico City.
221 was built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1903, order #446, and appears to have been rebuilt.
246 was built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1902, order #366, and was rebuilt.
252 is shown in an early postcard view. I don't have builder information on it except that it was rebuilt from an open car.
301 was built by American Car Co. in 1926, order #1424.
305 was built by American Car Co. in 1926, order #1424. It was retired in 1935 and the body was acquired by Fort Smith Trolley Museum in 2009. It is planned to be restored.
310 was built by American Car Co. in 1926, order #1424. It was retired in 1935 and the body was acquired by FSTM in 2009.
320 was built by American Car Co. in 1926, order #1424. It was retired in 1935 and the body was acquired by Waldon Too Railroad
406 was built by American Car Co. in 1924, order #1385.
Fort Smith Light & Traction Co.
10 was built by American Car Co in 1902, #433. The body was acquired by Fort Smith Trolley Museum in 1993.
34 was built by American Car Co in 1905, #585. It was rebuilt in December 1911.
205 was built by Cincinnati Car Co in December 1919, #2430. It was retired in 1933 and the body was acquired by FSTM in 1979. It was mounted on a trailer.
221 was built by American Car Co in 1926, #1425. It was retired in 1933 and the body was acquired by FSTM in June 1979.
224 was built by American Car Co in 1926, #1425. It was retired in 1933 and the body was acquired by FSTM in June 1979, It was restored into service using a truck under Kansas City Public Service 1545. It was completed in 1990.
Hot Springs Street Ry.
This system was abandoned in 1936.
50 was built St Louis Car Co in 1904, #474A. It was retired in 1936 and the body was acquired by Fort Smith Trolley Museum in 1991. It has been restored.
101 was built by American Car Co in March 1918, #1137. It was scrapped in 1936.
Southwestern Gas & Electric Co.
Texarkana Gas & Electric Co.
The interstate street line had a horse car line opened in 1894 and electrified in 1900. The service ended on December 31, 1934.
14 was built by Danville Car Co in October 1909.
Waldon Too Railroad
81 was built by Pullman-Standard in 1947, #W6820, as Shaker Heights Rapid Transit 81. It went to Northern Ohio Railway Museum in 1987 and sold to WTR in 2000.
320 was built by American Car Co. in 1926, order #1424, as Arkansas Power & Light Co 320. It was retired in 1935 and the body was acquired by WTR.
