General Electric B23-7S Diesels

3198, Class B23-7S, was built in June 1972, #38407, as Western Pacific 2261, a U23B.  It was assigned Union Pacific 530, Class U23B, in December 1982 but retired on November 19, 1987.  It was sold to GE in February 1988 and rebuilt as Monongahela Ry 2309 in March 1990.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 2039, Class B23-7S, in 1993 and sold as CSX 3198, Class B23-7S, in 1999.
