860 was built in January 1972, #7344-3, FN 7344-3.  It was renumbered 2011 in September 1974.  It became Union Pacific 2337, Class GP38-2, on November 26, 1986, and retired on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm Leasing 2337 and rebuilt as UP 1802, Class GP38-2, on July 7, 1989.  It was renumbered 302 on June 26, 2000.

861 was built in January 1972, #7344-4, FN 7344-4.  It was renumbered 2012 in September 1974.  It became UP 2338, Class GP38-2, on December 10, 1986m and retired on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2338 and rebuilt as UP 1803, Class GP38-2, on May 12, 1989.  It was renumbered 303 on November 15, 2000.

863 was built in January 1972, #7344-6, FN 7344-6.  It was renumbered 2014 in September 1974.  It  was assigned UP 2340, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2014 and rebuilt as UP 1805, Class GP38-2, on September 8, 1989.  It was renumbered 305 on October 6, 2000.

864 was built in January 1972, #7344-7, FN 7344-7.  It was renumbered 2015 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2341, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2015 and rebuilt as UP 1806, Class GP38-2, on April 10, 1991.  It was renumbered 306 on October 15, 2000.

865 was built in January 1972, #7344-8, FN 7344-8.  It was renumbered 2016 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2342, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2016 and rebuilt as UP 1806, Class GP38-2, on October 3, 1990.  It was renumbered 307 on May 23, 2003.

866 was built in January 1972, #7344-9, FN 7344-9.  It was renumbered 2017 in September 1974. It was assigned UP 2343, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold to Grand Trunk Western and rebuilt as 5708, Class GR-420g, on December 30, 1987. It was renumbered 4908 in 1997.

868 was built in January 1972, #7344-11, FN 7344-11.  It was renumbered 2019 in September 1974 and assigned UP 2345, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2019 and rebuilt to GTW as 5726, Class GR-420g, on February 14, 1991.  It was renumbered 4926 in 1997.

869 was built in January 1972, #7344-12, FN 7344-12.  It was renumbered 2020 in September 1974 and assigned UP 2346, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2020 and rebuilt as UP 1808, Class GP38-2, on July 31, 1989.  It was renumbered 308 on November 18, 2001.

872 was built in January 1972, #7344-15, FN 7344-15.  It was renumbered 2023 in September 1974 and assigned UP 2349, Class GP38-2, in January 1984.  It was returned on July 3, 1987, and sold as Helm 2023.  It rebuilt as UP 1809, Class GP38-2, on October 12, 1990, and renumbered 309 on October 23, 2001.

874 was built in January 1972, #7344-17, FN 7344-17.  It was renumbered 2025 in September 1974 and assigned UP 2351 in January 1984.  It was retired on July 3, 1987, and became Helm, 2025.  It was rebuilt as GTW 5730, Class GR-420g, on June 30, 1991, and renumbered 4930 in 1997.

 

875 was built in January 1972, #7344-18, FN 7344-18.  It was renumbered 2026 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2352 in January 1984 and returned on July 3, 1987, to GTW as 5706, Class GR-420g, on December 11, 1987.  It was renumbered 4906 in 1997.

883 was built in January 1972, #7344-26, FN 7344-26.  It was renumbered 2034 in September 1974 and assigned UP 2360 in January 1984 but returned on September 30, 1987.  It was sold as Helm 2034 but never lettered.  It was rebuilt as UP 1814, Class GP38-2, on April 20, 1990.  It was renumbered 314 on February 14, 2003.

884 was built in January 1972, #7344-27, FN 7344-27.  It was renumbered 2035 in September 1974. It was assigned UP 2361 in January 1984 and returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5725, Class GR-420g, on February 16, 1990. It was renumbered 4925 in 1997.

885 was built in January 1972, #7344-28, FN 7344-28.  It was renumbered 2036 in September 1974 and became UP 2362, Class GP38-2, on November 25, 1985.  It was retired on July 3, 1987, and sold as Helm 2362 and leased as UP 1815, Class GP38-2, on September 15, 1989.  It was renumbered 315 on January 25, 2000.

886 was built in January 1972, #7344-29, FN 7344-29.  It was renumbered 2037 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2363, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 and returned on July 3, 1987.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5731, Class GR-420g, on August 30, 1991.  It was renumbered 4931 in 1997 and wrecked at Springfield, MI, on November 15, 2001.  It was retired on December 21, 2001.

887 was built in January 1972, #7344-30, FN 7344-30.  It was renumbered 2038 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2364, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 and returned on July 3, 1987, as HLCX 2038.  It was leased as UP 1816, Class GP38-2, on September 28, 1989, and renumbered 316 on January 24, 2004.

888 was built in February 1972, #7344-31, FN 7344-31.  It was renumbered 2039 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2364 in January 1984 and returned on July 3, 1987, as HLCX 2039.  It was rebuilt as Grand Trunk Western 5733, Class GR-420g, on November 7, 1991, and renumbered 4933 in 1997.

889 was built in February 1972, #7344-32, FN 7344-32.  It was renumbered 2040 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2366, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 and returned on January 3, 1987.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5710, Class GR-420g, on April 13, 1988.  It was renumbered 4910 in 1997.

890 was built in February 1972, #7344-33, FN 7344-33.  It was renumbered 2041 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2367, Class GP38-2, in January 1984 and returned on January 3, 1987.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5703, Class GR-420g, on October 15, 1987.  It was renumbered 4903 in 1997.

892 was built in February 1972, #7344-35, FN 7344-35.  It was renumbered 2043 in September 1974 and became UP 2369, Class GP38-2, on July 3, 1987.  It was retired on July 3, 1987, and sold to GTW.  It was rebuilt as 5709, Class GR-420g, on March 30, 1988, and renumbered 4909 in 1997.

898 was built in February 1972, #7344-41, FN 7344-41.  It was renumbered 2049 in September 1974 and became UP 2375, Class GP38-2, on June 2, 1986.  It was returned on July 3, 1987, as HLCX 2375.  It was leased as UP 1818, Class GP38-2, on July 14, 1989, and renumbered 318 on November 20, 2003.

899 was built in February 1972, #7344-42, FN 7344-42.  It was renumbered 2050 in September 1974. It was assigned 2376 in January 1984 and returned on July 3, 1987, to GTW as 5702, Class GR-420g, on September 30, 1987. It was renumbered 4902 in 1997.

902 was built in February 1972, #7344-45, FN 7344-45.  It was renumbered 2053 in September 1974. It was UP assigned 2379 in January 1984 but returned on July 3, 1987, to GTW as 5704, Class GR-420g, on November 6, 1987. It was renumbered 4904 in 1997.

903 was built in September 1972, #72759-1, FN 72759-1.  It was renumbered 2054 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2380 in January 1984 but returned on January 26, 1988.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5713, Class GR-420g, on June 16, 1988, and renumbered 4913 in 1997.  It was wrecked at Springsfield, MI, on November 15, 2001, and cut up on the sight.

904 was built in September 1972, #72759-2, FN 72759-2.  It was renumbered 2055 in September 1974.  It was UP assigned 2381 in January 1984 but returned on January 26, 1988.  It was sold as Helm 2055 and rebuilt as UP 1820 on March 15, 1989.  It was renumbered 320 on September 20, 2000.

907 was built in October 1972, #72759-5, FN 72759-5.  It was renumbered 2058 in September 1974 and became UP 2384, Class GP38-2, on June 12, 1986.  It was sold as Helm 2384 on January 26, 1988, and rebuilt as UP 1821 on July 11, 1989.  It was renumbered 321 on December 14, 2003.

908 was built in October 1972, #72759-6, FN 72759-6.  It was renumbered 2059 in September 1974 and became UP 2385, Class GP38-2, on June 12, 1986.  It was sold as Helm 2385 on January 26, 1988, and rebuilt as UP 1822 on February 28, 1989.  It was renumbered 322 on March 24, 2002.

912 was built in October 1972, #72759-10, FN 72759-10.  It was renumbered 2063 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2389 in January 1984 but returned on January 26, 1988.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5722, Class GR-420b, on December 12, 1988.  It was renumbered 4922 in 1997.  It was wrecked at Springfield, MI, on November 15, 2001, and cut up on the site.

913 was built in October 1972, #72659-1, FN 72659-1.  It was renumbered 2064 in September 1974.  It was UP assigned 2390 in January 1984 but returned on January 26, 1988.  It was sold to GTW and rebuilt as 5720, Class GR-420g, on October 21, 1988.  It was renumbered 4920 in 1997.

919 was built in October 1972, #72659-7, FN 72659-7.  It was renumbered 2070 in September 1974.  It was UP assigned 2396 in January 1984  but returned on January 26, 1988.  It was sold as Helm 2070 and rebuilt as UP 1825 on July 23, 1990.  It was renumbered 325 on February 6, 2004.

920 was built in October 1972, #72659-8, FN 72659-8.  It was renumbered 2071 in September 1974.  It was UP assigned 2397 in January 1984 but returned on January 26, 1988.  It was sold as Helm 2071 and rebuilt as UP 1826 on June 27, 1989.  It was renumbered 326 on February 11, 2004.

921 was built in October 1972, #72659-9, FN 72659-9.  It was renumbered 2072 in September 1974.  It was UP assigned UP 2388 in January 1984 but returned on January 16, 1988.  It was sold as Helm 2072 and rebuilt as UP 1827 on May 7, 1989.  It was renumbered 327 on November 5, 2003.

922 was built in October 1972, #72659-10, FN 72659-10.  It was renumbered 2073 in September 1974.  It was assigned UP 2389 in January 1984 but returned on January 16, 1988.  It was sold as Helm 2073 and rebuilt as UP 1828 on May 26, 1989.  It was renumbered 328 on February 9, 2004.

923 was built in January 1973, #71702-1, FN 71702-1.  It was renumbered 2074 in September 1974 and became UP 2074, Class GP38-2, on May 16, 1991.  It was wrecked at Chidester, AR, in May 1994 and retired on November 29, 1994.

924 was built in January 1973, #71702-2, FN 71702-2.  It was renumbered 2075 in September 1974. It was returned to Helm Leasing without being repainted on April 4, 1994, as HATX 200. It was then rebuilt and returned as UP 1830 on May 23, 1997. It was renumbered 330 on February 28, 2003.

928 was built in January 1973, #72702-6, FN 72702-6.  It was renumbered 2079 in September 1974.  It became UP 2079, Class GP38-2, on March 13, 1991, and was returned to Helm on May 26, 1994, as HATX 212.  It was then rebuilt and returned as UP 1842, Class GP38-2, on July 8, 1997.  It was renumbered 342 on January 10, 2002,

930 was built in January 1973, #71702-8,, FN 71702-8.  It was renumbered 2081 in September 1974 and became UP 2081 on May 24, 1988.  It was retired on December 31, 1993, and transferred as Alton & Southern 2000 in January 1994.  It was sent to MEI and rebuilt as New England Central 2151 in November 2019.

932 was built in January 1973, #72702-10, FN 72702-10.  It was renumbered 2083 in September 1974. It became UP 2083, Class GP38-2, on February 8, 1991, and was returned to Helm on April 4, 1994, as HATX 202. It was then rebuilt and returned as UP 1832, Class GP38-2, on June 3, 1997. It was renumbered 332 on June 5, 2002.

936 was built in February 1973, #71702-14, FN 72702-14.  It was renumbered 2087 in September 1974.  It became UP 2087, Class GP38-2, on October 3, 1986.  It was renumbered 352 on September 18, 2002.

937 was built in February 1973, #71702-15, FN 71702-15.  It was renumbered 2088 in September 1974.  It became UP 2088, Class GP38-2, on March 9, 1990, and was renumbered 353 on April 16, 2002.

938 was built in February 1973, #71702-16, FN 71702-16.  It was renumbered 2089 in September 1974.  It became UP 2089, Class GP38-2, on November 4, 1993, and was renumbered 354 on February 5, 2000.

941 was built in February 1973, #71702-19, FN 71702-19.  It was renumbered 2092 in September 1974. It became UP 2092, Class GP38-2, on June 2, 1994, and was assigned 1856 in September 1997 and renumbered 356 on February 27, 2007.

942 was built in February 1973, #71702-20, FN 71702-20.  It was renumbered 2093 in September 1974 and became UP 2093, Class GP38-2, on October 18, 1991.  It was retired on April 4, 1994, and became HATX 204.  It was returned as UP 1834, Class GP38-2, on April 15, 1997, and renumbered 334 on March 30, 2001.  It was returned as HLCX 334 and renumbered as 3884 on November 21, 2012.

943 was built in March 1973, #71702-21, FN 71702-21.  It was renumbered 2094 in September 1974.  It became UP 2094, Class GP38-2, on September 24, 1992, and renumbered 357 on July 24, 2003.

944 was built in March 1973, #71702-22, FN 71702-22.  It was renumbered 2095 in September 1974.  It became UP 2095, Class GP38-2, on May 18, 1989, and retired on December 31, 1993.  It was returned to Helm Leasing and sold as Montana Western Ry 2011 in January 1994.  It was sold as Rarus RR 1011 in 2005 and became Butte Anaconda & Pacific 1011 in 2007.

946 was built in March 1973, #71702-24, FN 71702-24.  It was renumbered 2097 in September 1974.  It became UP 2097, Class GP38-2, on February 3, 1989, and renumbered 359 on March 22, 2001.
