Sud Pacifico del Mexico

 

208, Class T-15, was built by Schenectady in December 1880, #1306, as Southern Pacific of Arizona 25.  It became Southern Pacific 105 in 1891 and rebuilt as 1608, Class DP, in 1891.  It was renumbered as 2018, Class T-15, and sold as Phoenix & Eastern 295 on November 25, 1912.  It was sold as SPM 208, Class T-15, in November 1917.  It was sold to United Sugar Co in November 1919 and Mexicano del Pacifico 2.

1629, Class M-4, was built by Schenectady in November 1900, #5680, as Southern Pacific 1629, Class M-4.  It was rebuilt Auugst 25, 1929, and leased to Sud Pacifico de Mexico between March 16, 1946, and May 10, 1946.  It was retired in Tucson on May 1, 1957, and sold to Gene Autry on May 31, 1957.  It was donated to Santa Clarita Valley Historical Society in January 1982.  It was cosmetic restored and displayed at the Newhall, CA, station.

1673, Class M-4. was bbuilt by Schenectady in November 1900, #5683, as SP 1673, Class M-4.  It was rebuilt Auugst 5, 1922, at acramentoand leased to Sud Pacifico de Mexico between March 16, 1946, and May 6, 1946.  It wasretired in Tucson on December 14, 1945. and donated to Tucson, AZ, on June 2, 1955.  It was set up at Himmep Park and moved to the SP station and became Southern Arizona Transportation Museum on December 3, 2000.
