3903, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1976, #756145-04, FN 756145-04, as Missouri Pacific 3219. It was renumbered 6003 in May 1978 and became UP 3903, Class SD40-2, on July 9, 1986. It was retired on February 1, 1994, and sold as General American Transportation Co 903. It was sold to Watco as WAMX 4127.
3904, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1976, #756145-5, FN 756145-5, as MP 3220. It was renumbered 6004 in May 1978 and became UP 3904, Class SD40-2, on January 21, 1987. It was retired on February 1, 1994 and sold as GATX 904. It was sold as Georgia Southwestern RR 904 and renumbered 4003 in 2006. It became Columbus & Greenville Ry 3312 in 2010.
3909, Class SD40-2, was built in September 1976, #766005-5, FN 766005-5, as MP 3225. It was renumbered 6009 in May 1978 and became UP 3909 on June 6, 1986. It was retired on January 30, 2002.
3910, Class SD40-2 was built in September 1976, #766005-6, FN 766005-6, as MP 6010. It became UP 3910, Class SD40-2, on May 16, 1986, and retired on January 17, 2001. It was sold as Southwestern RR 3910 and transferred as Western Eastern RR 3910 in N0vember 2018.
3921, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786181-2, FN 786181-2, as MP 6021. It became UP 3921, Class SD40-2, on October 1, 1986, and became 3104 on December 9, 2002. It was rebuilt as 1731, Class SD40N, on September 26, 2012.
3925, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786186-6, FN 786186-6, as MP 6025. It became UP 3925, Class SD40-2, on December 17, 1987, and retired on August 29, 2002. It was lettered as WP 3925, Class RSD40-2, on February 13, 2005, and sold to Fadale & Associates. It was scrapped..
3927, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786181-8, FN 786181-8, as MP 6027. It became UP 3927, Class SD40-2, on January 31, 1987, and renumbered 3105 on January 7, 2003. It was donated to Railway & Locomotive Historical Society, Southern California Chapter, in December 2013.
3928, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786181-9, FN 786181-9, as MP 6028. It became UP 3928, Class SD40-2, on October 20, 1987, and retired on January 26, 2000. It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 3928. It was sold to WATCo as WAMX 4126.
3942, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786181-23, FN 786181-23, as MP 6042. It became UP 3942, Class SD0-2, on September 22, 1987. It was retired on March 17, 2000, and lettered as WP 3942 on January 12, 2004. It was sold to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 6232 and sold as Norfolk Southern 3535, Class SD40-2, on December 20, 2013.
3946, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, ##786181-27, FN 78618-27, as MP 6046. It became UP 3946, Class SD40-2, on April 10, 1989, and retired on May 24, 2001. It was lettered as WP 3946, Class RSD40-2, on February 13, 2003, and sold to Helm Leasing Corp as HLCX 6238 and scrapped by Milano Metals in March 2013.
3948, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1979, #786181-29, FN 786181-29, as MP 6048. It became UP 3948, Class SD40-2, on September 11, 1987, and retired on November 29, 2000. It was lettered as WP 3948, Class RSD40-2, on February 13, 2009, and sold as NREX 3948. It was sold as WAMX 4118.

3956, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1980, #796311-3, FN 796311-3, as MP 6056. It became UP 3956, Class SD40-2, on August 22, 1988, and retired on December 21, 2001. It was sold as HLCX 6234 and sold as NS 3583, Class SD40-2, on December 7, 2013.
